yeah have seen many very good jodis that have done great memorable work... but no one is like them. i have to say... never before... never again. so glad i did get to see and feel this whole thing.

Like you, i was not a person who would sit in front of the TV watching Tv soaps, especially Indian Soaps! But that was destinied only till i saw a crazy yet adorable girl in his car boots, eating pakoras😆, whilst he was busy on his bluetooth. I watched and it clicked! For the first time, i felt like watching them continuously, forever!

I don't know what was it about them, but i know that i was blown, to such an extent that I watched epis after epis during my exams time. I had glimpse of many Indian telly couple in the past, courtesy my mom, but i never felt the need to even know which show it was! But with IPK, it was different. I googled about it, joined IPK forum, discussed about the show and even read countless FFs/ss on them.

Like many of u have mentionned, IPK was once in a life time show, and i have been lucky enough to watch it and discuss the minute detail with people i don't even know! For me, IPK was Barun and Sanaya, and without their input, this show wouldn't have been the same! First time i saw a couple who offscreen claimed that they laughed while doing a romantic scene and still whenever a romantic scene came, i was flabbergasted with the intensity, the passion and with SaRun! Just how could they make these scenes seem surreal. i still cannot understand!

It was not only their onscreen that caught me, it was the off-screen as well, it was their friendship, their crazy and cute pranks. They were completely different with each other off-screen, but on-screen they couldn't show their friendliness, and it is this transition, the ease with which they made the scenes so lively that made them an unforgettable jodi.

What they had between them was beyond chemistry, and it is perhaps only SaRun together that can surpass this. I watched some shows after IPK, but then i realised it was useless, because i was just looking for a jodi better than SaRun, which was kinda impossible. I don't even try to watch shows nowadays, because i know i will end up criticising it for not being upto the level. But truth is that these shows are good but i've watched the best, so i find all other useless.

SaRun has define, re-difine and raised the level of perfection so much that others can't even level them! Heck, they even made people who can't understand hindi watch them just coz their chemistry transcended language, nationality, in short everything!

Having said this, i do hope that one day, they will be back together to rule our hearts, to rule the Indian television!I don't know if this will come true but i'ill live with their beautiful memories until they are back and if they aren't ArShi memories, their insanely crazy or Khatarnak chemistry will help me to cope with their absence!

what a pleasure to read your comment. i have highlighted parts that left a mark instantly. yes, that mad leap into ipk under the spell of a pair that went as you say way beyond chemistry.

i was never ever a tv serial watcher. still am not, though the evening does seek a bit of drama after the mundane business of the day, to relax, to feel the joy, and a bit of spirit. but it's not there any more. so the tv remains off.

thanks for your words and appreciation. let's hope, some day, once more barun and sanaya and enchantment.
