I really adore Khushi (except for a very few ott scenes towards the end).

She has always fought with ASR. She is scared of him yet she fights for what she believes in - office scenes, guest house, resignation, for lavanya, after forced marriage (either by arguments or by irritating ASR in her own childish ways), characterless, airport scene, birthday & many such instances.

She is selfless & forgives others easily, still different from other female lead characters on television. She never looked weak to me in front of ASR.

Hats off to Sanaya for playing that role brilliantly. I have seen Gul's interview. And she is right. Khushi is not an easy role to play.

Thanks for making a post on khushi.its the character that is mostly ignored in this forum by tms. But she appreciated outside alot.I totally agree khushi was totally a selfless character.I loved that she used to get happy on little things like channa, jalebi.revenge for her was to just close the watersupply, she never ever thought to harm anyone more than that.she rescued her love and got ready to die for him despite of all the pains he gave to her.The ott scenes at the last are just a lack of good script.in order to show khushi a pampered wife but that doesn't makes her character wrong.Love her the mosr

Yes, she was!! And it's a damn shame that someone like Sanaya Irani never got an award for this role!! I'll always hold a grudge over this fact!! 😡😡 The girl was brilliant, those people turned a blind eye when it came to her for someone who wasn't worthy of awards!! 😡 Sanaya lived the character of Khushi!! 😊

Khushi was a gem...she was a live wire always trying to solve problems, taking them in their hands...though she had a family she had grown up to be independent and tried to face every problem for them...she never shrugged from hard work and she always had a strong conviction of what is right and wrong according to her and never cowarded from voicing her opinion...she might have been less in touch with her womanly instincts...and was a child many times...till separation from Arnav taught her how much he meant to her...but a beautiful character inside out...played to perfection by Sanaya...

the natural progression for her character after the second marriage would have been becoming a stronger, more confident, educated person but that was not let to happen...with a husband like Arnav and all the love they promised each other, i wonder why should she have been reduced to a i-will-prove-myself-at-any-cost comedian by the CVs...but then they did it...

Khushi is an icon of love and femininity in all its beauty !

yes, its pathetic that she did not even receive one award for her splendid performance and some fools say she was dumb and over-reacted...hahaha i found this the joke of my life-time. The show got famous because she never scared to go and challenge ASR and his attitude. But what to do...some ppl never understand this.
