sad song... yes, she had hurt him too much, that thought of "improper" so linked to his father, he couldn't bear to have khushi say that of him, not her... but he would have recovered in his lonely night drive, this time she wanted to be there and feel for him, tell him she was sorry, she wanted to tell him it hurt her as much if not more... makes sense?

and she did want him to make love to her... for she knew her marriage had been for real. khushi has an ability to understand things average girls of 20 don't. her loss, her life, her basic sensitivity teaches her things... dadi ji brought a lack of harmony to the home, perhaps that had rattled her... but she thought through everything and went with what her instinct said...

i could see her swaying to that number...

and him pulling her into his arms at the mention of tears.

it was so much about dard, their whole story, that is what gave it depth... someone who feel your dard... someone who cares, who will move heaven and earth to take away your dard, thought he may be the one who gives you the most dard...

That was so intense. Beautifully written. I was wondering whether I was reading one story or two. The song selection was unconventional but perfect. With this gesture she told him she knew he was hurt and she apologized for demeaning his love for her too. She gave her what he wanted and he promised to give her a wedding with all the rituals just what she wanted.

So Shyam has kidnapped Khushi. I hope Arnav rescues her soon. I am glad that he is trying to keep calm and not doing anything on impulse. It was a beautiful chapter. Thanks for the PM :)

thanks and lovely to see you. happy you liked the writing, i did struggle with this one for a while, both in terms of significance and the telling of a physical moment, which actually when two people love each other is always transcendental.

somehow.

i feel love in many ways asks us to cross lines within us... when you can, there's a certain joy, a growth in that. ipk gave us that... and i can't imagine either khushi not going that extra bit for each other... 😆

so happy you liked the choice of song... what you write, that is exactly why she chose it.

now on to sheeshmahal and shyam and who knows what. 😳

The way you describe Arnav and Khushi feelings for each other, the effect on Khushi for finally listening the three -no- four beautiful words for which her ears and heart was desperate to listen, Arnav's desperation, Khushi guilt to disappoint Arnav and not caring for his feeling which he at last accepted, her way to make up to him, the telepathy her calling him from his heart and Khushi dressing up for her Arnavji, the song "sun raha na tu ro rahi hoon main" and them consummating their marriage gently and slowly to make pyaar ki raat memorable and the best part that was proposing for remarriage to shut the mouths and the last hinderance in their life, the cruel society or in other way honoring the wishes and dream of big fat wedding of his wife is stupendous. I love the flow. ❤️ They are ajeeb but looks very cute together.

I love the kangan scene. Kangans were the shogun by Arnav's mother who wasn't present with them but her blessing is and will always present with them. If Arnav's mom would have alive she would have been ecstatic seeing her dearest chotte getting married.

Khushi is kidnap😲. I am sure that like always this time too Arnav will make to his Khushi in time and will catch her again.
