Ok ladies, I hope I can do this before heading to take my MIL to the doctor in a few min!!
Durga, yes the title was taken from the song you mentioned but that "hume dekhi hai un ankhon ki" song always conveyed that whole essence.. I know you would agree.. me just being rhetorical...
There is no doubt that his annoyance has been Kh- NK's rehearsals. And IS the reason for his NO.. after that thappad when he said "NK, you stay out of this".. he was so much wanting to say this since the day NK started to interact with Khushi.
Indi, I recall he not being able to eat those kababs in the very early epis in Lucknow when Akash abruptly stops him reminding Di's navrathri vrat. But other than that was there a mention I missed which said meat was totally banned at RM?? But I do feel for this man, where he has to constantly compromise in his own house. He respects everyone's beliefs/ notions, why there isn't a single soul who reciprocates that for him. After all he is the sole bread winner there??!!
Some how although that thappad was unnecessary, this dedication of an an entire epi for silent treatment didn't really bother me much. We get to see the two super dancers, Khushi and naniji's emoting with their eyes to my delight!!:)
That in red, my neurons are unable to fire right now.. may be dwell when bit relaxed... but need less to say beautiful idea.. pl continue to dream..as we may get to share!!
And, those collages.. brilliant .. when ever I see those collages of ASR'/ Barun's myriad of emotions, (Saaru had one couple of pages back in that white shirt), I recall a famous classical dance form "bhama kalapam" where Satyabhama tries to placate Krishna, in a section of it, a phrase of it (Raara, neevu raara), loosely translating to "come here, you come here" was repeated a 100 of times by top performers with various expressions, like one time she pleads, then she is angry, then is heart broken,.. how the whole mood changes with each single minute expression...truly a treat...sorry if it sounds irrelevant, but as all these are art forms...dancing or acting!!
