Episode 128

Garima is saying that she knows that Khushi will get all happiness after marriage and then Payal is about to leave. Garima says that soon she will also get married. She says that life partner should be good than everything is good whatever the situation can be (for now she is describing akash) and Payal gets the Flashback of Akash and Payal leaves from there and Khushi goes behind her.

Akash is telling Anjali that he will start distributing the cards soon and tells her to make the guest list final. And she again starts teasing him by saying that chote ke card to chapp gaye tum kab chapne wale ho kisi ke dil mein and asks him whether he went ahead and he tells that he did and did not get an answer and just left. Anjali was shocked that he left without an answer.

Khushi is asking Payal why is she so sad but she does not tell her and Khushi says that in childhood she used to get fool but now she cannot be fooled easily.

Here Anjali gives Akash motivation that he should go ahead and ask her again and not give up.

Khushi hugs payal and tells her that she can tell her anything.

Khushi goes to RM and La is maha excited and she stsrts saying that they have to select ring, mehndi, dress, etc. Hari prasad comes and gives tea to Khushi and la also asks for tea with extra sugar. La said thank you to HP and he got super excited like no one ever thanked him his life (I forgot to mention that there is a new HP, and the old one must have been scarred by watching nani ji dance to OH LA LA).😆 La said Arnav's decision and anger scars her and La says that she is awesome and she can say anything to Arnav and not scared of him and can make him to change the decision (duh that is because arnav is smittened by her).agree. Jeweller comes to the RM and ladies in RM are selecting jewelery. Anjali tries a ring on La finger and now they have to make choice between rings and they miss Arnav and nani while selecting the jewelry (of course mami ji there, she will never miss a chance to buy gold) so La decides to ask Khushi and she wonders where she is. Khushi is on the phone telling Akash about the guest and as soon as she keeps the phone down she sees Arnav and asks him that Anjali told herthat he is not coming and he said tum he kyun farak padtha hai (arnav know the answer to that but he wants to get it out of khushi).

At the gupta house bua is calling Payaliya and the doo bell rings and bua does not her glasses on and its Akash!!! Payal comes and tells bua its Akash, arnav and anjali's brother, and that they met him at janmastami. Bua ji is of course and calls him inside. Akash is like he wants to talk to them about the relationship and Payal is nervous and she tries to say something but bua make her to keep mum. Payal thinks that she told Akash not to say anything (she is getting freak out and is wondering what akash is going to do next).

Anjali and La are excited to see ASR there and la goes to hug arnav (I am burning with jealousy).i was really annoyed, ccan't see La hugs and kisses Arnav. Arnav belongs to Khushi. bas.You can tell khushi is disturbed by his presence, she must be wondering how else will arnav emotionally/mentally torture her. Anjali asks Khushi if she talked to akash.

Akash is about to say something but Payal again interrupts her and Akash says that rishta is pakka now and Payal's face is like what (who is this churail) and bua ji is like she knows about Arnav and La engagement and Payal is relieved. Phone rings and bua goes to pick the phone and there Akash asks Payal if she will come to the engagement and she says she will go and bring tea to which Akash says that now he needs to leave and while leaving he again asks Bua and Payal to come to engagement. After he leaves Payal is nervous (she secretly wants akash and talk to her family about the rishta) and bua asks about this and Payal says that she needs to leave to see rice which is on the stove.

jewellers are showing jewellery and mami is very excited while seeing the jewelry and she goes to try on some (she already has so much on, where is she going to put it) Anjali asks Arnav about the ring and he nods in agreement and Anjali tells Khushi that he selected her choice and he says that he didn't selected it he just liked (no words, just no words). Then Anjali and La tries another set and ASR and Khushi are still sitting on the couch. Arnav is "texting" you know what people do when it is awkward and want to avoid it or when they are with their crush and do not want them to know that they are secretly observing them. Then jeweler shows some jewelry to Khushi and Khushi again and again rejects. Her eyes fall on one with a slight smile (I personally did not like it) me too, so cheap looking. but I ignored it. They show kuchvi in the show.and the jeweler is like so you like the simple one and asks khushi to try it. Arnav is all ears listening to this conversation. Before she could answer that guy, La calls Khushi and she goes and the set Khushi was looking Arnav tells the jeweler that he wanst to buy it and khushi hears this and is like what is going on. he takes the necklace and walks up to Khushi (he face is like I will show you some farak padtha hai).yup he was so determined to show her the farq. Khushi thinks that he is giving her and she said aap, yeh, arnav takes the necklace and she said aap yeh. but he gives her the box case and she is like what he is doing (if he really gifted her that necklace he would not have handed it to her like, he would have handed to her with the necklace facing her) and then he calls La and said that he wanted her to try on the necklace to see how it is. La is excited to see this and and it is so pretty and asked him if he chose it for her (well he didn't but she does not need to know that, if he hands her a necklace and asks her to try it on, that kind of means he picked it out, if that was the case). He said yes never breaking eye contact with khushi. He puts the necklace around la. Khushi is hurt and disturbed by this. La looks at it in the mirror while arnav steps closer to khushi and said I have given the set that you liked to lavanya, I hope tum he farak nahi padtha hai. Sad RABBA VEY. And khushi just looks at him hurt and sad and confused. Will khushi ever know why arnav is acting this way???

Convincing Solutions for Mamiji

Sometimes answers lie right in front of your eyes and you just wander around to get a perfect one as sometimes we find questions easier than answers.That's exactly somewhat is happening with Poor Arnav here. I found him more miserable than Mamiji and family in this epi.He imagines as Khushi's filmy plan worked with Akash and Payal so may be it will show a different angle to him'.but oh boy.he has to go through his Harvard brain with thick filmy gestures to dialogues and all the way to "furres" lol

What furres?..."woh cheating wala paper"''..How can a tycoon be so mellow down with KKG and her filmy antics'.its got to be "love" otherwise nothing can blind you like that''Nothing'.. he enjoys her so of course he is mellow

Here are we facing two different approaches towards the same question to find the answer and the question is.."How can we convince Mamiji to resolve Akash and Payal's issue?"Khushi's answer lies in emotions and feelings "bahvnas" and Arnav's in practical and direct attack for cracking deals'..hmmm'.and in my POV both are right in their own sense as things depend on the situation and the nature of the problem and person in front of you. i feel the same way, with mami arnav's way is the best...she loves money and things

PONDERING CONNECTED DOTS: Khushi is all round filmy as in Nainital drama to stop Arnav, to Payesh wedding till Salman's poster in Arnav's room 'all the way until she replaces Salman Khan's pic with Arnav after shagun'..Arnav's mellows down to her filmy style slowly from having Salman's poster in his room to give her his posters and then dance like him[a bit too much for me]'yeah the dance was too must but it was cute..THE biggest inclination towards her filmy style was his dance of Teri Meri [Salman Khan again] as he was making her realize his feelings for her as she was not getting it so he tries her way but ended up seducing her in Salaman Khan's way..A filmy way. kya explanation hai 👏

Akash's leaving RM causes a bit sentimental drama among Raizadas and Manorma Mami as she is here trying to control the situation and does not want to give in her dream of Miss India.Everyone tries but in vain.My grabber is how with miserably looks he follows Khushi's plan but glares at her as he knows better at the end.She was commanding him in anger and he was helpless at certain moments for following her.Too good ..just like hubby and wify'. haye i know, they are very much husband and wife now these days, i love how he follows her around and listens to her...the old asr would never do that

Among all of this Arnav really gets irritated and lands in Eternal heaven[pool side] as things are getting out of order under his nose and that he can't let that happen.Khushi follows him and politely"Arnavji "agar aap ne thodi bhavna ke saath, mehsoos karke kaha hota toh..[If you said this with feelings then may be']

"just shut up, khushi..." he swirls around furiously and back into his own ASR mode and shell where everything is placed accordingly and promptly in the avariciousness of this world."maine tumse pehle hi kaha tha... yeh jodian... koi kahin... ye sab..." [I told you before all this couples made some where 'all this.]ASR tone with gritted teeth and acrimony but firmly to his poignant point' he knew it would not work and plus his family found it weird that does words are coming from him, he is an atheist after all

"yeh sab phaltoo ki baatein hain... it's nonsense." [All this is stupid nonsense] "mujhe mat sikhao apni yeh stupid feelings"[don't teach me your stupid feelings and all].

Pause here: You are telling her not to teach you feelings and all but you are thriving with these skills already way too much ,may be more than her..sad or happy doesn't matter '👏

I always feel extreme acrimonious pain associated with this dialogue when it comes to my brain,the way he said to Khushi later,why does he want control and why he wants to keep it that way and today he is confirming it to me'.

In their Eternal heaven[pool side'"Mujhe apne tareeke se handle karna hai," [I will handle it my way] he decided as he knows how to crack these deals.

"problem koi bhi ho... professional ya personal... solution eik hi hota hai... aur solution kissi feelings ya dil se nahin aata... solution aata hai power aur paise se..."[whatever may be the problem, professional or personal, the solution doesn't come from feelings... it comes from power and money.] well life has taught him that at a tender age when his chacha kicked him out after his parent's death.

His cruel Past taught him that and he did prove himself worthy of this as he cracked his deal with his uncle in the first epi which reflects here.His "mayoosi" or in other words tiredness of any belief in these feelings or relations.That's why he knows the meaning of DEAL and command on his decisions with grinchy style as this is his trade '

"yeh ek language hai jo sabko samajh aati hai,.Got it" [this is one language everyone understands.] Why does it sound he is done begging or may be he begged somewhere in the past, may be for his mother who left him hanging with these guards like a pouting child and ended up being atheist'..His walk upstairs today leaving everyone downstairs with command and authority reflects the brutality of life he faced. nice explanation. i felt like he might have done that in the past, i think it is is chacha.

PONDERING CONNECTED DOTS: He will be joining hands later with Khushi in Mandir for their happiness but doesn't mean his atheism is going to change. He will do for Khushi's happiness. her happiness becomes more important after he realizes his love, his love was really intense

Mamaji first time shows his backbone in this case which makes Mamiji from hello hi to bye bye'.Arnav and Khushi rushes to stop this family emotional drama with more emotions from Khushi's side.He brings Mami back by cracking the deal of her brain in her language which she understands just like he bought the jewelry for her as he knows how much she adores these materialistic life.Her heart and brain only knows the language of getting power and status symbol and labels and that's what he assures her and things resume in its order. well she did work hard to get her position that she has today, i still wanted to know how she managed to marry him even with nani...i guess she thought her son's happiness was more important, i wish mami learns this

Once again he proves Khushi wrong to regain his control'.."Eik bar phir tum ghalat niklin aur mein sahi'.[once again I am right and you are wrong]He ascends leaving her baffled about his words and actions' i am pretty sure she proved him wrong that day too and other times as well

Anjali sweet sis brings Akash and helps closing gaps in between mother and son.Despite the bitterness of a mother ,I still love these small gestures and the essence of the beauty within. me too

The very same way In GH,Khushi wants to bring smile on her Jiji's face and can't hold her chatty breath till tomorrow but she gets irritated as no one gets her charade '.This time.But love the similarity as Arnav's "uppar" and Khushi's "uppar" became a delimma'. khushi cannot hold anything in her stomach

New day rises with the honk honk in Payal and Khushi's life and drum roll for Scorpion to Bhag Scorpy Bhag[Thnx to Durga]...Khushi,"apke pati nahin aye"[your husband didn't come'..love CVs who always puts dialogues in Khushi's mouth for Anjali'.

Shyam's abhorrence and aversion is worth watching'.just love it ,my fav part'Yes Anjaliji he is busy in his work right next room 'go check'lol

His running style by keep running his fingers through his hair and trying opening the window.seriously ..just waiting anxiously for the slap'.which I am giving him right now for talking to Khushi with this much authority.Who the hell he thinks of himself'😡😡😡he thinks he can live a double life, but his lies are catching up to him

Wondering who he was calling on phone...Lalan Da' Love the increasing anxiety from his side each time when Akash and Payal wedding is being fixed.I just want to squish him like this'. me too

Love the way Naniji as an elder of the house was asking Payal's hand.Naniji and Anajli make Payal feel really a worthy Bahu for RM.Mamiji digs some doubts for a mother which Naniji resolves and relieves them. nani knows mami the best so that is why the guptas are relieved

,Mamiji's anger and dream of her Miss World is still on and every word of her is just a taunt ,even Arnav didn't like it but no one says anything to her so the peace won't get disturbed except Naniji as usual as she is the only one who really takes this Fox down'.But one thing I must say ,the clash of class does matter and sometimes stinks but IPK really pulled this difference off amazingly and ravishingly.A new and adverse thinking really brought new approach too just like other things.As Indi mentioned it so many times Rahim Chacha in Mandir,all the Prakash bros have fully access every where and don't even knock'..but seriously a very new thinking is making a new difference here.

Akash did enjoy the simplicity of Payal here and enjoyed her anxiety.just like a new couple in love

PONDERING CONNECTED DOTS:Anjali and Mamiji came before with the agreement of Naniji as she planted that seed of Khushi in hAnjali's mind to bring Khushi to train La.Huge difference ,that day these ladies were talking about "proposal" and today those words came true.That day Mamiji and Buaji's nok jhonk was so on and today still on.Anjali brought the contract up front and new contract is on the way in between these two souls.very true

Awww'Dashing hunk comes in white'to give his Queen a surprise and Dhak Dhak by touching her hand first and then shoulder strike'.can't let her go and can't keep her either'..uhhh'...😕

Pause here: Arnav's hand on Khushi symbolizes his support for her always.Even in hate he couldn't deny either.He pushes the door to open and he is the one who will start opening his heart doors for her. loved that pause, i think khushi felt something different in that touch, it was more tender

PONDERING CONNECTED DOTS:Arnav first came in this house as a HORUS of Khushi after guest house incident,then again to help her for money but by degrading her.Today again he is saving the whole Gupta house from Scorpion and indeed he is a protector of all of them indirectly.how do you come up with all this stuff, you are too good

They share their own feelings in between tea moments ,her bending down for him and his admiring her closeness was desirable and worth watching and yes "inn feelings aur zajabt ka koi matlab nahi Mr Raizada"[ These feelings have no meaning Mr Raizada] .Akhroo does not want to take tea from her hand because he is busy adoring her'..😳

He drops the tea on his shirt and comes in the kitchen and Khushi startles with his presence as she can't imagine Arnav Singh Raizada could be in their Kitchen in front of her like this'.

Pause here:Love CVs and the intensions, as when Mamiji says "yeh love ka chakar hai.."[This is love matter..] and camera turns to Arnav and Khushi while she was giving tea'..

PONDERING CONNECTED DOTS:He will be in the kitchen for the deal over Sangeet,During GH he will be saving her from being close to fire and all the way picking food and putting in the kitchen the night when Khushi calls him over and over and many more'.ASR will be Arnav that time and Damad of this house. arnav is a good damaad in the training...he does things because he wants to not because they expect it with the gupta. with the raizadas it is his duty and he has to do it, he knows his responsibility to his family, he has been doing that for years...

Her hesitations and his close proximity is making her way skittish which did not go unnoticed by him either ."tum door hi raho tou acha hai..[its better you stay away from me].uhhh.He can't resist either from his Queen'and he shows his impetus love from his gestures and loving expressions when she jumps to stop Buaji for giving him sweets as always' bua ji has a soft spot for him for a while now, she knows that he is a softy inside

Pause here:Arnav became "Babua" for Buaji from now on.yeah a little fuss over forced marriage but He will always acts as playful as any child could do in front of this kind of Buaji.They will be so close ever.Buaji really loves Arnav like her own son and same with Arnav as he can't see her angry with him either. this made me go awww

it was interesting to watch the two, asr and khushi, act protective toward their siblings, turning downright aggressive and obnoxious with each other. and of course, pushing payal and akash to one side, completely out of the date that poor akash had so desperately set up.

he said he didn't want his bro to be halwai. she said, huh, not keeping my sister under the control of laad governor.

so he discovered she called him laad governor. a spectacular expression was bestowed upon this effrontery by one so irritating and halwai-ish. did he imply being a confectioner is a bad thing? oh, the class conscious raizada, maybe he's just mad at all halwais because he can't gobble sweets.😆 okay, i will not be easy on him about this... he is ughly uppity and unnecessarily derogatory about someone's parent and people of a whole profession.

and how rude was that, "tum dono behene din mein sapne dekhna band karo," stop having absurd dreams, you two sisters. really, brusque, nasty, arrogant... even your good looks right now are not cutting no ice, sir.

payal was fabulous... and gave akash a much needed reality check. yes, you are in love with me and imagine you can't live without me. but what do you know about me? do you know that my baraat went back and i was left at the mandap?👏👏👏

was it on purpose the writers made asr say such hateful things? so that when he realised the truth of the night in sheesh mahal, his reaction is even more of a contrast, making the viewer empathise more keenly? fact is, i know wonderful strong super exciting people who say terrible things at times. it hints at some not too nice notions in their heads, but more often it speaks of how rattled they are about something. and really, asr was completely taken aback to see his bro-like coz with payal... the sis of the girl he is struggling desperately not to let matter. he sort of lost it and his worst side came to the fore.

khushi was no less aggressive and rude. again, because her sis being in a relationship with anyone related to this man, the man she can't hate however mean he may be, bothered her no end.

"aap nahin jaante... lekin yeh... yeh toh sab jaante hain na..." payal was distraught, the pressure of wanting someone but knowing it can't be. she tells him, you didn't know about that night, but he... he knows everything, meaning asr, of course. i am talking about that day when you...

"jiji!" with one quiet but insistent call, khushi stopped her sister from going there. too painful.. for everyone. a beautifully intense and timeless moment set in a scene marked by lightness, youth, the here and now.

as the girls leave, she turns back for an instant, he looks at her... just a little contact where a whole memory sits, pearls scattering. he looks nonplussed, so unlike him. a minute ago he was yelling and calling her names. ah, so human, these two.

then in a drenched voice, "chalo, jiji..." and the girls leave.

it isn't easy being a girl in this world. the thought came over me as i watched the two young women. when you are naturally the second gender, the one at the receiving end, whose aims, ambitions all become secondary to the men in your lives, it's a tough world. a man can walk out on a woman at the mandap, that too for dowry... it doesn't taint him, it taints her. where's the justice in this. yet that is what happens.

he offers to manage the meeting... a feeling for his brother. sweet.

and as he gets out of the car, a look on his face heralding a difficult memory (the look is so perfect, i didn't edit it, just let the cap be). she's falling, running, "please hume ghar jaane dijiye..." i need to go home, otherwise my sister's marriage will break. "toh toot jane do shadi..." then let it break, his cruel answer, not believing a word she said. suspicious of her, certain she'd come there with an ulterior motive. his long held wariness about women surfacing in the worst possible way.. what a night. and what he did to a girl, her family...

"maine usski baat kyun nahin suni, woh sach kah rahi thi, meri wajah se unki behen ki shadi..." why didn't i listen to her, she was speaking the truth, because of me her sister's wedding... he slams the car.

a beautifully frenetic payal.. we're not talking about what happened... leave me alone for a while. khushi is perplexed. even talking to dm isn't helping. then the dupatta takes over. akash's gift falls on jiji, and she can't help but hold it and weep, speaking of her helplessness... "humare haan kahne se kya hoga akashji humae naseeb mein aapka pyaar nahin... hume maaf kijiye... hum baar baar aapka dil todne ke liye majboor hain,"

what's the good of my saying, yes. your love is not in my fate... forgive me... i have to deny you time and time again.

khushi watches this whole thing and at last she understands. i guess when she first saw payal and akash, the zing of laad governor was on her, and she didn't make the obvious connection. but now she knows she has to set things right... and the way to do it is to talk to that arrogant...

in a touching scene, asr realises how smitten his coz is. he doesn't like to watch his family suffer... bit of a don, our asr... he must solve the problems his fam faces. and don't mess with his family, if you know what's good for you..

"akash?" just one word... a world of love and concern, the slightest grain and hoarseness in the voice.

"payal ji ne dobara mana kar diya..." payal ji said "no" again, akash is sad, forlorn, lifeless. he says a key thing about love... there is no "wajah" no reason for loving... you just love.

then a difficult question, "jiss din usski shadi tooti... kya hua tha uss din..." the day her marriage broke, what happened. asr won't answe that question but he did ask...

"i'll ask you just once... are you sure of your feelings... dekho yeh pyaar wyaar mujhe samajh nahi ata.." see all this love and things, i don't understand. no he doesn't, because he has decided there's no place for it in his life. if anything, it's an impediment... a thing that leads to terrible things. but again, in his typical liberal way, he's not stopping anyone else from feeling it or wanting it.

in fact, once he's convinced that it is what akash is very sure of and after marrying payal will not regret it, he says with alacrity, "ok then it's done, agar yeh tumhare liye itna important hai... toh main yeh deal final karwake rahoonga," if this is so important to you then i'll make sure the deal is closed.

"lekin, bhai... wo..." but, bhai... akash is floundering. really, akash, there's a limit to being clueless i feel like yelling.

"bas, bol diya na!" now i've said it, that's it.

"bol toh diya lekin... kaunsi deal?" you said it, but what deal, wonders the lost lover.

i need to give an award to the creative who chose khushi's ring tone. it is maddening, irritating, dancey, feels gota covered, unforgettable. what a perfect answer to the brief the director must have given.

his call to her leads nowhere, as she is still unaware of jiji's true feelings. but then they both try to call each other at the same time.

he's completely frazzled at not getting through...

"zaroor apne fiance se baat kari hogi," she must be talking to her fiance, he sounds practically jealous. and so what if she is, mister.

"kisse baat kar rahi thi tum..." who were you talking to... the moment she picks up the phone. so cute.

these interactions, the irritated, aware of each other repartee and conversations and fights between the two, these are classic ipk. and their unwittingly overstepping boundaries, always a little further in than their relationship allows them to be, such a fantastic way to portray attraction... a powerful attraction really that doesn't allow you to remain cool in the other's presence... you are always slightly aflame when the other one is there. and you say things you wouldn't to others.

and so it is that they go out on their first hot date. they must meet to bring their siblings together. and for the sake of that love, their own private nafrat must be suspended for a while. whatever the excuse, asr and khsuhi are in a restaurant, just the two of them together.

and in all the fun and games that followed again i saw asr fall madly for khushi kumari gupta one more time. bitten badly by the love bug.👏😳

of course, the cue to craziness came from the chair chase... "aree hum yahan baithne wale hain..." arre, i am about to sit here, yelled she when he again pulled out the chair she went to. i had felt his heart go thud when he found her in his wardrobe, one eye shut, then when she admitted she couldn't find orange juice and so poured mango juice into his shoe, at odd bizarre utterly and only khushi sanka moments i think he really fell in love. of course, her kindness, her innocence, her love of fam, her courage, her beauty, all of what was khushi he loved, but it was at these moments that i think his heart did crazy things.

when asr really met khushi. no baggage, no misconceptions, no barriers. just him and her. two people... meant to meet. a man and a woman. a boy and a girl...

perhaps he felt his heart flip, and wanted to move away quickly, so with an amused, adult air, taking back control, he said, "khushi, agar tumhari chai aur biskutt ki important conversation khatam ho gayi ho toh akash aur payal ke baare mein baat kar sakte hain?"

khushi, if your important conversation about tea and biscuit is over shall we talk of akash and payal?

and they spoke of the deal they would help clinch... while the biggest deal of his life got going.

Arnav is putting on the necklace on La not breaking eye contact. La is in her dream world and does not notice through the mirror that arnav is only looking at khushi. Arnav is looking away because for obvious reasons. Arnav said I gave the necklace you like to la, I hope tum he koi farak nahi padtha. Khushi looks up and and is shocked and hurt (this girl is strong, I would have been like farak padtha hai damn it a long time ago, kudos to her).So true. I sometimes gets surprised to see her endurance.and strong will. I wish if I could be like her! La hugs him again (calming myself down) and said it is like it is pretty Lavanya is happy and shows Anjali that arnav bought her this necklace. Everyone is happy. And khushi is hurt. Shyam calls Anjali and she told them that they got the jewelry and said that they got it from the place he recommended and not Motilaal (hhhmmm something is fishy there, I guess he does not want Anjali to know he bought a ring after he lied to her about it). Anjali said that they have to go to the store to pick out clothes. She asked Arnav and Arnav was about to deny going but he then saw khushi's uncomfortable face and decided to take them. He turns to see Khushi and Khushi also looks at him.

They arrive at the store (which look like a place in his office), 😆 Uff kya bataoo IPK's poor set ke bare main.La says thank you to ASR and khushi is walking in but her dupatta gets stuck on the door (no clue now it got stuck on that door handle, it is impossible, and the dupatta looks like it was tied to the handle).😆 She tries to get it off and arnav sees her struggling and walks off. That shocks khushi because he always helped her with that kind of stuff even in anger but not this time. She finally gets it off and goes into the store. Anjali bumps inot motilal and invites him to the engagement. He asked if they bought the jewelry and it is awkward turtle time because Anjali has to tell him that they got the jewelry from somewhere else. He assumes that Anjali did not like the rings shyam gave her. Anjali is like what ring'he is like you know that simple one, he bought it a few days ago for you. Anjali gets a Flashback of the time when he said that he did not buy a ring. She plays is off by saying oh that ring it is nice. And said that they got jewelry from the other place because it was closer. And he said it's all cool but for the wedding be sure to buy from my store (I made it sound threatening but it was not). Anjali went to thinking mode. Khushi gets Anjali out of her own world and tells her that la is calling her. Anjali gets a call form nani that the cators is at the RM and wants to meet her. Anjali said to tell him that I will come home to see him. La is showing arnav some saris. Arnav and khushi keep glancing at each other.their aakh mein choli game was in full swing. Anjali tells them that she has to go home, khushi said that she will go with her (I know she just wants to get away from arnav). Anjali said that you stay here because you have more knowledge about clothes (so close). Arnav offered to drop her but Anjali said that she will go alone (she wants alone time after the news she got, I hope her brain is working now). Arnav was like atleast let me drop you to the car or I guess a taxi since they came in arnav's car and they leave.

Anjali was disturbed to know about the ring. she couldn't focus on shopping. so decided to leave.

La tell khushi to try this outfit on and khushi said it is your engagement so you try it on. La was not hearing anything and tells khushi that you must try it on. Khushi wears the outfit and la said she looks pretty and undoes her hair and makes khushi look at herself while she tries on her clothes.

Khushi is in the dressing room area with the mirror and arnav comes and his radar goes off 😆and is just mesmerized by her. Khushi's radar goes off a moment later and notices arnav is looking at her. RABBA VEY.

Arnav walks up to khushi and conscious she covers herself with her dupatta. he moves his hand forward (I thought he was going to moves the hair out of her face, judging by the way he was looking at her). he actually moved towards her to do that. When Khushi stepped back, he came back from his trance. Khush moves back. Arnav notices that and grabs the price. Arnav says the dress is not that bad but too bad that you and your fiance cannot afford this dress, what a pity, by the way the dress is like 34999 rupees (I think, which sounds super expensive). No Anita if it is a designer piece, then I have to say it's cheap. Arnav said that I am in a nice mood so what the hell I will by this as your engagement gift and tell that to your fiancee but since you are did so much from me and it as a tip rather than a gift. Khushi looks at him in shock because those were some harsh words. Her eyes are becoming glassy and takes the tag from his hand. She said that she does not want it and thanks for asking and she tells him that the dress is not that bad and it is nothing special and I don't like like this (during her whole response you can see arnav's smug smirk dropping which each word that she said). Our sexy boy is too brilliant giving his priceless expressions. Arnav seems like he was about to respond but could not say anything. And his phone rang. He picks it off and leaves looking at khushi in disbelief, it sure was not disgust.

Khushi is standing the upset and sad. La comes and said that none of her dress looks good and she finds one and tells her that she is going to try this white one she found (in her happiness she ignored khushi's sadness and her unresponsiveness). Khushi sits on the chair thinking about those harsh words arnav just flung at her. Arnav sees her sad and talking on the phone. La said that she feels like she is in a dream world and her heart beats fast all the time (which sounds very unhealthy and she should check that out). Khushi responds saying that staying in the dream world is good because in the real world only hearts break and looks at the price tag. A tear drops on the tag. Arnav sees this and she is feeling bad about what he said. His eyes are tearing up because he knows that her heartbreak is due to him. He goes forward but he is not able to comfort her because he does not know how to apologize for what he said and he just clenches his fist and closes his eyes to calm himself down and leaves from there. After he left khushi felt that someone was there. But she is disappointed when no one was there

Nani, Mami and Anjali are in the living room. And Anjali asks about the sweets lost in her own thoughts. Mami asks her what happened and why are you repeating for sweets. Nani asks what happened but Anjali avoids the topic. She tries to call shyam and mami is like oh damad ji is not picking up the phone (well that is part of the reason). Anjali calls the courthouse and asks for advocate shyam forgot his middle name jha and that person repsonds saying that shyam did not come to court today. Anjali is worried (please use your brain).

In the dressing room, khushi is helping la with her outfit. La asked where arnav is and said that he must of gotten an important call. La's phone rings and asks khushi to pick it up. Khushi goes to get it and finds out it is arnav's call, she is apprehensive to pick up. La is like who is it, khushi said it's arnav and asked her to answer it. Khushi takes the call up hands the phone to la but she asks her to put it on speaker. Arnav informs la that he is leaving. He stammers saying me dukh nahi'I mean mein rukha nahi jayenga, I can't stay (you can still see the tears in his eyes. I love how he was stammering, he knows that he did a wrong, he could not even think of a proper excuse so he kept going on about how he has to go) so I told the people on the counter that I can't pay so you can leave with your stuff (it must be nice to be rich.). arnav hangs up and thinks about what khushi said about the real world breaking hearts. The episode ends with arnav's sad/tense/distressed face. Will Arnav redeem himself????
