an interesting opening line i thought. khushi prays fervently before the entrance rm and her playmate op assures her that the door has opened, god has heard her prayers. a simple reference to the door by the talkative young man. but at another level... signifies a new opening, a certain easein accessing something. which door is being referred to i wonder. the one to a closed heart? Indi the door will open and close again

then there is vanvas talk from la. yes she is all silly and confounded as you'd expect her to be. where is vanvas? is it further than gurgaon and noida? can a grown educated woman in india really ask such questions. obviously some significance to the exile story and how now it's time for ram to return from it. well, asr is in self imposed vanvas upstairs and khushi has to go and get him. Though silly I excused her as her base was London so probably she did not know but when I visit IF I find from all over the world Indians keep in touch with roots

khushi is today even more talkative than usual, constantly chatting with devi maiya. obviously the happenings of the past few days are doing funny things to her. first babuji's terrible illness. then the constant pressuring by buaji to agree to marrying shyam. her utter confusion regarding this. and all the time a terrific awareness of a not very pleasant young man. yet he is always on her mind. think anything and she thinks of him. sister speaks of dream man and there he is. it's all getting to be too much, just the evening before that dhak dhak giving fairy lights incident. he was so close and she was feeling all sorts of things. now she can't stop thinking about that laad governor. she's asked devi maiya to expplain this thing to her. why is she thinking of him, why is she refusing to listen to her family for the firtst time? she just doesn't want to see him today. but that's not to be. ke sara sara

however, when her attempt to call him down fails, she is delighted and scurries back quickly. he's not coming, la...

but the wind says something else...

and ramji comes back from vanvas

so the door to a heart has opened and now its owner is ready to return from his exile. interesting analogies and hints all over. the fairy lights have sparked something in both. she roams around perturbed but in denial. she has never imagined falling for a man like this. but he? tat contemplative look at the lights the night before, the long intense gaze at her, a concern, and just now, again the memories... but he too is in denial.

but can he ever deny her ever again. listen to the wind, the answer is coursing though it.

"di main sirf yeh check karne ke liye aa raha hoon khushi yahan koi gadbad nahin kar rahi hai, " i've just come to check if khsuhi's doing some goof up here. di had started all khsuhi had to do was call you... he'd cut in with his curt little answer. he'd refused la just moments before. di laughed off his answer, but la noticed what had happened, it registered in her slightly troubled look trying to mask her worry with a smile. Yes she is getting vibes what with ASR he incident of kanya pujan Nanital etc"doh," he grabs the wires from khsuhi and starts work on the gallery lights. a cute little moment with khsuhi. he's looking for the tape which is safely held between his teeth and she si pointing this out. a strannge sweetness, a glint of a smile at the corner of his lips. but he is not going to smile. no way. he is bothered by this happiness he seems to get just looking at her, especially looking at her happy. he's been in exile too long. exile is safe. it doesn't hurt. but this? dangerous. his instincts are warning him perhaps.

yet, try as one might, certain things just have their way. and so there is this constant awareness of each other as they do their work. she is helping di with rangoli,he stands on a stool and fixes the wires.

"dm, aajkal na aap humse bahut ukhdi ukkhdi si rahti hain... lagta hai pichhle hafte joh prashad humne chadaya aapko achha nahin laga," dm, you seem upset with me, looks like you didn't like the offerings i made last week. khushi talks to herself... audibly. the essentials sanak of khushi is at work. she as asked dm for some clarity on the marriage issue (it was poignant the way everything inside her said "no" to a marriage with shyam and the restless yearning that stoked her heart, all she does is think of arnavji, why), but dm hasn't answered. this habit of talking to themselves I have seen lot of people do it and they also gesture to themselves

"khushi ji... aap kya badbada rahe ho?" anjali asks, what are you muttering?

"shadi," marriage. at khushi's reply a man is alert.

"kisski shadi?" whose marriage?

he goes still.

"humari," mine.

he's chiseled stone for a fraction of a second, then he turns.

she is silent, he is waiting, she looks at him. eyes say things, wonder if the ears hear. just simmering awareness.

no i mean your marriage, how did you think about marriage? she asks anjali.

when anjali mentions it was easy to fall in love with shyam...

pyaar? asks khushi, a note of lovely excitement in her voice, a wonder. yours was a love marriage? but how did you know?

crucial question, how does one know one is in love.

anjali gives a beautiful personal answer. and had the listeners minds been working they'd have recognised themselves in anjali's words, but all they knew was this awareness. inexplicable. no one in a rush to explain also. early heady days of attraction slowly coming out of the closet. nainital was not reached, but a far more important destination seems to have been.

"pata hai khushi ji, jeevan mein na ek aisa insaan aata hai jise aap har pal dekhna chate... rat ko sone se pahle bas wohi ek chehra hota hai jo aap dekhna chahte ho... subeh uthne pe na... bas aisa lagta hai ki unki nazar aap pe pade... agar unhe koi dukh aaye na toh lagta hai ki bas kuch bhi karke woh dukh.. woh dukh unke jeevan se hata doh..."

you know, khushi, in life there comes a person one day whom you want to see all the time... before sleeping at night that's the one face you want to see... in the morning when you wake up, you want those eyes to fall on you... and if that one is even slightly troubled then you feel you must take away the pain by whatever means...

why do i think of arnavji all the time she's asked. before going to bed he'd stood by the pool thinking of her. and when she was in pain he was restless till he could ameliorate it somehow.

but neither was in a state to make these connections. too too bristling with the sense of each other.

"bas, pata chal jaat hai," anjali ends, you just know.

anjali leaves.

he can't, she can't, stop looking at each other... rabba ve... they both know but don't want to. she gets up ready to leave, walking past him with that dazed air, and he falls... taking her with him, he is down, holding her, keeping her safe.

colours of rangoli scatter and fly.

joy, blessing, fun they seem to say. two people hopelessly entangled sprawled over a half done rangoli. something erotic and sensuous on the main hallway floor. a man and a woman and the colour that wants to enter their heart. rabba ve...and their they lie.

khsuhi tries to get up, but of course falls right onto him, can't stop looking still... till finally, he tells the wriggling girl, stop... ruko...

they extricate themselves. as he pulls her up, she falls forward and strokes his neck accidentally, smearing yellow powder, i think of haldi, uff that nearness. she is about to put her hand in her eyes and he stops her, look you have colour on your palm he shows her. a normal enough exchange, just that there's a parallel conversation on all the time. desires calling out to each other. why do i think of arnavji all the time?

hot and bothered she is... he is.

the heady days of attraction are on. in full technicolor.

Arshi, appreciate PM. Love both analyses. Have to put little one to bed, will make detailed comments in the morning. Just one quick thing, some how when I was watching these epis this time, for the first time I empathized with Khushi in my n watching if these epis. She kind of understood by now that she loves her LG..how does it feel when a middle class girl with that kind brought up realizes she is in love with some one she can't dream off? Its not just their material diff but also he had a live in GF that time. She should have thought it was doomed preparing for a heart break.

One more thing, always wanted to ask, if you had any formal training in symbolism/ numerology?? It is always fascinating to read such stuff.

I will heal all of your pain

Episode-107

She is feeling a waft of his smell, and the warmth of his touch, the abhorrence in her heart, all are mixed with something else as her heart is racing fast and her breath is getting erratic. she can't keep her eyes open, can't bear his yearning gaze, just want to feel his tender touch. He is lost in her beauty, caressing her delicate skin with his rough fingers. He wants to devour her, love her, cares her for eternity. he is lost in her, oblivion about the rest of the world. Anybody can come, can see them so close. he is not thinking just wants to enjoy her angelic face. he gently wants to remove the stray tendril of her hair what fell on her eyes. It's getting tough for him to control his desire. And she is getting insane of her dhadhak. Arnav and khushi are falling for each other. love is conquering hate.

La insists Khushi to get mud from ASR's garden Khushi goes there with abhorrence. She prays to DM, that neither he nor she must not see each other. she requests her to keep an eye. she finds a pot without plant. so she decides to picks dirt from there. she is huddling towards the living room with hand full of dirt. as she was running from poolside garden to the living room, she drops dirt everywhere. makes a trail of dirt. ASR gets in his room talking with aman.. suddenly he finds dirt on the floor. he follows the trail what takes him straight to his garden where Khushi is getting mud from a pot. When she was running with handful of dirt she sees ASR. (pause; Khushi is just a big kid. why didn't she bring some bowl to get the dirt. only a little child would do such thing) she gets so aghast that throws the dirt on the air. All the dirt falls on her. some of it went to her eyes also, makes her blink it incessantly. She is so nervous that starts to squirm and tries to clean her eyes with her hand. She is very scared and tells him that she is teaching La to make diye. Arnav admonishes her not to touch her eyes. he holds her hand and makes her sit. Khushi is still fidgeting. Arnav gets annoyed,"ek minute sidhe baithne ke liye overtime dena parege kya (do I have to give you overtime to sit still for one minute?) (pause: gosh, why he has to bring money everywhere? kash you would know she is not greedy. she sold her last possession of her mom to reunite you and La) He holds her hand and gently touches her eyes. He makes her eyes open wide and starts to blow there. when he tenderly touches her eye lid, she can't keep her eyes open. he lingers his fingers on her soft skin more than necessary. It's good that Khushi closed her eyes. so he could touch her passionately. When he touches her face to move her some strand of hair, she opens her eyes in a jolt. He immediately extricates her hand, stands up and takes a step back. He gets embarrassed at his action. there is a shy look on his face. Khushi seems hyperventilating. Both of them can't look at each other, as if both got caught red handed. After a moment both look at each other and Khushi breaks the silence," plz forgive me, I got mud from your pot. He says that he planted seed there. Khushi becomes stupefied and wants to bring back the dirt. Arnav tells her to shut up and shows her a pot from where she can get dirt. when khushi was passing his room, she hears him saying ,"di is impossible."

Mami in the kitchen tasting sweets, asks La what is a mud cake. she says enthusiastically , "heard about mud face pack, but what is mud cake?" La tells it's very yummy chocolate cake. Mami gets allured to taste the mud cake.

Khushi finishes making dia and takes the dia outside to dry. There is still some mud left, what is kept on the table. La's mud cake also arrived. so she keeps the cake on the same table and goes inside to keep her wallet. She doesn't forget to call mami to taste the yummy mud cake.When mami comes there, she first notices the real mud. she thinks this is the cake. she gets so enamored and starts praising that how the world has progressed, that they can make a cake which is exactly look like mud. when she puts it in her mouth first she got a shock, "this mud cake is just like mud, how cum it's yummy!" then she realizes it's really mud and spits out the rest of the mud. Poor khushi arrives there at the wrong time to get mami's yell. She blames her to feed her mud, she starts to curse her whole family. Anjali comes for her rescue, "what is Khushiji's fault if you ate mud!" Mami keeps vexing khushi and leaves in frustration. Khushi thinks to keep the rest of the clay back to the garden.

pause: I was laughing clutching my stomach to see the scene. mami was so eager to eat the mud cake, she was praising so high. but when she put it in her mouth her expression was a treat to watch. 😆 she got punishment for humiliating Khushi.

In Arnav's room, OP reminds him, if he ties the lemon-pepper in the neem tree or not! cause Anjali wants him do it as soon as possible. Arnav assures him, he will do it. when khushi was passing through his room, she sees Arnav is talking and hanging the lemon-pepper on the tree. she gets flabbergasted to see it . she thinks he is doing some black magic. Arnav is actually in his blue tooth instructing Aman some official staff. Khushi recollects buaji 's words that someone did black magic to her. She also thinks same. When they stared at each other, she turns back and starts murmuring, "i couldn't believe he did black magic on me. That's why i see him everywhere." she gets a little frantic, "I know he wants to trouble me. but i couldn't imagine he may go that low." she thinks to stop him somehow. she imagines Arnav is clad in black cloth, sitting in front of fire, reciting some mantra. she gets more terrified. Khushi and her eccentric thought. no wonder why buaji calls her sanka devi!

Khushi is really aghast. she needs to stop this black magic. she is praying to DM to help her. she rummages in her bag and fortunately finds something, what brings a big glint on her face.

Arnav sets his skype for conference. but he forgets his file. when he went to get it Khushi surreptitiously rushes to his room and mixes something in the juice. but she can't get out from the room, cause by this time Arnav comes back. So Khushi hides behind the curtain. Arnav sits for the conference and drinks his juice. As long as he starts to talk he begins to cough. he can't even talk, just keep clearing his throat. he tells Aman to call back. Hearing his cough Anjali comes to see and gets worried. Khushi is watching him furtively behind the curtain and keeps imitating and mocking him.

Khushi is exulting in her victory. But Anjali is tensed, pacing back and forth. mami comes and says her that someone must gave an evil eye on him. so your lemon-pepper didn't work. Anjali tells her that she is the one who gave him the lemon-pepper. Khushi gets perplexed to hear that. she realizes that laad governor didn't do the black magic. She is now repenting. When OP got the kadha for Arnav, she wishes to go instead. she wants to apologize for sure. I must say she got the courage.

Poor Arnav, my sexy boy even can't talk. when he sets the skype, he suddenly sees the recorded video, were khushi is mixing something in his juice. he gets so frantic!

Khsuhi is cursing herself to become so fool that thought Laad governor can do black magic to her. She is incessantly praying to DM to help her. when she knocks his door, Arnav gets infuriated like a mad dog. She starts to say something, but Arnav doesn't let her talk. He grabs her hand pulls her inside,shows her the recording. Khushi gets flummoxed to see it. she covers her mouth with both of her hands. without fidgeting a bit, she just moves her eye balls to him. She looks at him in consternation.

Khushi you are dead!

We got the answer in the very same episode. Khushi's idiot is right there to fulfil all her foolish dreams. 😳

"Humne socha jab pyar hoga to asman mein sitare aur bhi chamkne lagegi. har jagah sref wohi nazar ayegi. aur jab woh samne ayegi to phool barasne lagegi, anchal mei sitare chamakne lagegi, charo taraf se sref hasi aur khushi ka mahal honga"

That's Khushi's dream about her love. But right now she is not feeling any such thing for shyam." - m glad who would Shyam is such a creep 😡

Payal knows how she has been dreamed of her marriage since childhood.when she sees her little sister is not happy with her marriage proposal, she is trying to make her understand.

When payal asked her is there anybody exist, Khushi's subconscious mind goes back to her LG,"ha maar daloonga .uski himmat kaise huyi tume haath lagay. . then the repercussion takes her to the hospital scene where Arnav put his hand on her head to console her. Khushi lies down pensive, she is incredulous of her feelings for her Laad Governor. Where LG in his room is also perturbed. He is succumbing in Khushi's thought again, how she hugged him in the hospital and then how they turned to look at each other! Arnav closes his eyes in perturbation, as if he is ebbing in a cocoon of feelings for Khushi." - 👏 WoW sohara...seriously amazingly written...wonderful words 👏

Mami is showing akash some girl's pics to select as his bride. but Akash is reluctant to even take a look of the pics. His mind is already preoccupied by Payal. Mami tells him that one of the girl is a daughter of some jewellary store owner. If he marries her they will get all the jewellary free as it is the day of dhandaras.(I heard the name, but don't know how it spells? so plz forgive me if I am wrong) Akash suggests mamij to buy jewelry from there rather to marry the girl.😆

"Anjali already knows Akash's liking for Payal. but she wants to make sure of it. Akash wants a simple girl, who will take care of everybody, who will talk nicely,she will not nothing but something, just like Payal. Anaji gets happy to hear that and instigate him to propose Payal." - Anjali is so genuinely happy for her brother...i liked tht...which they were more bondings between the all 3 of them 😊

Khushi is going to work. but buaji doesn't want her to go. she gives the excuse of her dad's health. but i think her intention is something else. she wants her to stay at home, get married to that monster as soon as possible. I hate buaji!👍🏼 but Khushi can't leave job, cause she needs money to meet the crisis of the family.i think e to sref bahana. she actually is restless to see her Laad governor.😃 - thts true 😉

Khushi comes to RM and see there is massive cleaning is going on becoz of the diwali. ASR is also doing the cleaning job. as he is allergic to dust, he covers his mouth and nose with a hanky. When Khushi enters RM both of them sneezes together. they did the same when Khushi came to RM for the first time. they are truly soulmates and made for each other👏. Khushi can't recognize him behind the hanky. she thinks he is also a worker. when she sees him sitting on the couch she starts to scold him,"why did you sit in between work? If ASR sees you, first he will say what the what the, then he will fire you from work.He can recognize people by smelling them." khushi is just a kid. ASR puts down his hanky, "did you just say something?" Khushi gets aghast to see him, she huddles from there fast.- i really like her acting her...the way she runs away as soon as she sees him😆 thts really cute

Anjali is exulting to see his bro's participation in diwali cleaning event. Aranv gives the excuse of the last year incident ,"last year the workers broke so many stuffs." He conituses his cleaning job.

(pause: don't worry your crazy girl will maintain the trend. you will also join her too. But I think that is just an excuse. as long as Khushi has been started working in RM, he mostly remains in the house.

their diwali cleaning reminding me of our eid and Ramzan, when we clean the house altogether.)"👏 well said 😆 tht is soo true...😃 he has rarely been to office...he can't stay to far away from Khushi 😊

Khushi is pareshan. ASR is follwing her everywhere.It seems he wants to talk to her. Moreover when he is around Khushi's dhakdhak gets erratic. Buaji calls her to get some stuff for the dhandaras. but she can't even talk to her properly cause her dhadkan is roaming around her. ASR asks her how is her dad. She answers him he is fine and they got him home. He leaves, but as usual don't forget to turn back to look at her. hai he is looking so hot. i'm hyperventilating! My sexy boy in white takes my breath away.😳

Akash comes near GH to see Payal. payal also sees him from the window. they steal glances to each other. First Payal gets happy to see him, but her happiness turns to sadness, when mami's harsh words reverberated in her mind,"I know the trick of low class people like you. It's better if you and phattisaree never step in our house." Payal turns away from the window." - i feel bad for payal...she s blamed for no fault of hers!!

Back to RM everybody is somehow participating in diwali preparation. La brings the cushion cover what Payal made on the other day. Anjali thinks to decorate it in Akash's room. Anjali is a sweet sister. Khushi remembers buaji's frustration that they can't afford precious jewels for the day of dhandaras. Khushi grabs a newspaper from her bag. She actually saw some ad in the newspaper that if someone buy a packet of chamko detergent she may get a silver coin free. when she opens the newspaper, a vase what was kept on the end table fells down and breaks. ASR comes to check what is broken. Khushi gets baffled. Anjali and La also comes to check. anjali asks how the vase broke? before Khushi confesses Arnav tells her that he broke it by accident.

Anjali is surprised,"it was your favorite vase!"

Nothing is more favorite than khushi now⭐️. so he answers "it was not that great".

Anjali is skeptical,"don't like it any more, that's why you broke it!"

She mischievously smiles. what did she think? she was sure that Arnav saved Khushi.

(Pause: i wonder why it took so long for anjali to understand Arnav's weakness for Khushi. she should realise this long time back. may be she ignored cause La was is GF and Arnav was always acrimonious to Khushi.)

My favorite funny looking prakash is back😆. When he was taking orders from everybody, Anjali asks Khushi if she needs anything! Khushi asks OP to bring 20 packet of Chamko detergent.(what a name! IPK's writer got a great sense of humor) she explains everybody about the free silver coin deal. La is skeptical,"if you don't get the coin what will you do?" Khushi shows her the math, there is nothing to lose if she doesn't get the coin. she is getting the whole year supplies of detergent. she is smart!👍🏼 I would be very happy if she would join arnav in his business. ASR overhears her and thinks something. he is actually not cleaning but wandering around Khushi.😆

In the living area anjali, La and Khushi enthusiastically watching Khushi opening the chamko packet one after another. Mami though is pretending, she is not interested, but sneak peaking their activity. Khushi is opening one after another, but silver coin is not coming out from any of them. khushi is precarious to open the last one. she requests La to open it for her. Mami is smart. she notices the damage in the packet.(pause: mami is the smartest in the family, she always noticed the suspicious activity first👍🏼) mami comments,"the packet is already damaged. it seems like somebody stole something from there. Phatti saree ki kismat mei phatta packet." (torn packet for torn saree's fate)

(pause: mami, you must not have any idea about her kismat. how arnav tore the packet and glued it ,same way he will adhere her torn fate so strongly that except God nobody ever will be able to tear it.) 👏👏 superb

Anjali is encouraging her,'don't worry be brave Khushiji, if you don't get the coin we will get some more" how sweet of she! Khsuhi wants to rely on her fate, "if it's on my fate I will get it from here." she puts her hand inside for the last time. Her face gets resplendent with a smile.She finds not one but two silver coins there. She remembers buaji's words again and starts jumping like a kid in rapture.. A silent admirer is watching her furtively, feeling delectable along with her.A blaze of triumph sweeps through him. Arnav might never saw anybody gets so happy for such a trivial thing😳. - he did fulfill her wish

Buaji extreme behaviour always either praise or contempt.. loved the description and collages of fairy lights untangling a lovely idea of the CVs

Khushi is exulting,jumping like a kid with the two coins in her hand.There is a glint on her face as if she got the world's precious treasure. Though Arnav was furtively enjoying her triumph.👏, but pretends something else. He comes to ask her,why she is jumping,"itna uchal kiyu rahi ho!" It seems Khushi's impact is increasing in Hotie's life. He has become nautanki like her😉. La tells him that khushi got the silver coins on the money day, dhandaras day. Khushi suddenly feels she supposed to get one coin only, not two. She intends to go to the store to return the other coin. (pause: It sure proves that how honest khushi is and of course not greedy at all. Arnav should remember this when later he called her gold digger👏.) - true...i wish he remembers this!!!
Arnav gets a little nervous to hear that. He immediately admonishes her ,"nahi," he was almost got caught, but instantly changes his tone and says,"if you go outside so much I'll cut your salary." Anjali also suggests her to keep both the coins as shagun. Arnav turns to leave, but looks back with a content smirk. Uff my sexy boy was looking extra delicious, my laddoo, muahhh!

Khushi is teaching la how to keep the dia stay for long. Anjali comes to ask her whether she saw OP or not. she tells her that the entangled fairy lights need to fix by the poolside. But khushi wishes to fix it instead.

Khushi tries to disentangle the lights, but instead of fixing it she enmeshes herself with those fairy lights. she is baffled,"hum to khud pei light laga dia. lagta hai ab sari raat murtiki tarah khada rehena parega.' -Khushi is so innocent lik a child here 😊

When Arnav was passing through the hall Anjali tells her to take a look if khsuhi could fix the light or not. Hearing this our sexy boy gets engrossed with happiness I guess. He enthusiastically comes to check Khushi on the poolside. when he turns the light on, he sees Khushi is incandescent with fairy lights. he gets mesmerized again at the resplendent beauty. The romantic tune of Rabba vey resonates the ambiance. He moves towards her, holds her hand gently, but his gazed is fixed on her eyes. He touches her bare neck to extricate her from the light." - very romantic 👏☺️

then slowly he turns her around. starts to remove the tangled light carefully from her body. he lingers his fingers on every part of her body where the fairy light touched her. Khushi is quivering by his touch. He seems exhilarating with the cascade of yearning. Khushi is feeling the warmth of his touch. His gentle touch is smoldering her with desire.😳 Her breath is getting heavier and uneven. Armav yearning gaze makes her hyperventilating. He finally extricates her from the fairy light , but either of them is unable to move. - ⭐️👏 very well written

Arnav asks her with concern, "tum theek ho? are you alright?"

when Khushi nods yes, he asks her again,"are you sure?"

i can understand Khushi's condition. He was literally burning her with desire. - 😳 so freakin true!!!

Anjali as usual comes to invade their rabba vey😆,"is everything alright?" Arnav answers without taking his eyes off from khushi, "khushi was entangled."

Khushi feels a little awkward and leaves. Arnav still is starring at her. Anjali also notices this. Did she guess anything!

Khushi is sauntering slowly down the street thinking of Arnav. she is recollecting all the recent confrontation of Arnav with her, first in nainital, how he took care of her, then how he extricated her from the tangled fairy lights. Her feelings sure is growing stronger for Arnav.

When Khushi comes home she gives two silver coins to buaji. Buaji thinks she got it for Shyam and herself as Shagun. Amma says as she didn't say anything, they fixed her marriage with shyam. She asks khushi is it alright with her or not. Bua antagonizes,"how cum it won't be alright. we are not getting her married with some ineligible guy. But khushi is in consternation, "I can't marry."Bua gets frantic, she gives her dad's excuse that he wants this marriage. Khushi tries to make them understand that she is not ready to marry. Shyam is eavesdropping their convo behind the curtain. he is fuming like a wounded snake😈, as if he wants to strike her right now.😡 Gosh this face of Shyam really scares me. - don worry m right next to you...fear not!!!

Amma is more understanding. she tells her that they are not pressurizing her. - i really appreciated her mother's support here
Their dad's wariness is making them to take such decision. amma says that shyam is a good guy. Buaji gets frenzy now,she reminds her how shyam helped her from the goons and also helped the whole family during their crisis. she is confident of her decision - Yeah right

. she thinks she can't be deceived so easily. she asks her for a strong reason of her refusal. Amma though is compassionate, she suggests not to pressure her.

pause: I didn't get it how cum they are forcing an eighteen year old for marriage. and how buaji is so overconfident of shyam. usually in an arrange marriage, people search groom's background. but in what basis bua is blindly trusting a guy!😡) 👏- my words exaclty...they hav no clue as to wher he is from...but all buaji knws is...he s been thr for us..nd he is perfect 🤢

Khushi gives her dad medicine. she is very upset. she holds her babuji's hand and asks him what she can do. she is very apologetic to him, "You did so much for me. For the first time you asked me something, but I can't fulfill your wish. I think this is not the right time for marriage. Shyam is a good guy, but don't know why i can't agree to marry him." - i like how she so honest with her dad 😊

In his heaven,by the pool side lovelorn Arnav is thinking of khushi. He touches the fairy lights with a smile, remembers how he devoured Khushi's milky skin with his fingers👏. khushi is also pensive in her room, turning the lamp on and off. She is also sinking in Arnav's thought, how he put his hand on her head, how he touched her to remove the lights. But she is incredulous, why she is thinking of Laad Governor! She is muttering herself,"buaji is right. shyam is not a bad guy. but why I can't agree to marry him. why am I thinking of Arnavji all the time! this is the first time i'm going against my family's wish. Plz tell me DM, what's wrong with me. plz show me the right track."

love is blooming between two soul mates.

an interesting opening line i thought. khushi prays fervently before the entrance rm and her playmate op assures her that the door has opened, god has heard her prayers. a simple reference to the door by the talkative young man. but at another level... signifies a new opening, a certain easein accessing something. which door is being referred to i wonder. the one to a closed heart?

then there is vanvas talk from la. yes she is all silly and confounded as you'd expect her to be.- she's innocent stupid...it is funny!!!

where is vanvas? is it further than gurgaon and noida? can a grown educated woman in india really ask such questions. obviously some significance to the exile story and how now it's time for ram to return from it. well, asr is in self imposed vanvas upstairs and khushi has to go and get him.😳

khushi is today even more talkative than usual, constantly chatting with devi maiya. - i enjoyed her conversation...she' s so worried nd the next sec she'll be happy nd agn worried 😊

obviously the happenings of the past few days are doing funny things to her. first babuji's terrible illness. then the constant pressuring by buaji to agree to marrying shyam. her utter confusion regarding this. and all the time a terrific awareness of a not very pleasant young man. yet he is always on her mind. think anything and she thinks of him. sister speaks of dream man and there he is.👏
it's all getting to be too much, just the evening before that dhak dhak giving fairy lights incident. he was so close and she was feeling all sorts of things. now she can't stop thinking about that laad governor. she's asked devi maiya to expplain this thing to her. why is she thinking of him, why is she refusing to listen to her family for the first time? she just doesn't want to see him today. but that's not to be.

however, when her attempt to call him down fails, she is delighted and scurries back quickly. he's not coming, la...

but the wind says something else...

interesting analogies and hints all over. the fairy lights have sparked something in both. she roams around perturbed but in denial. she has never imagined falling for a man like this. but he? tat contemplative look at the lights the night before, the long intense gaze at her, a concern, and just now, again the memories... but he too is in denial. - they both r lettin their feelings grow for each other

"doh," he grabs the wires from khsuhi and starts work on the gallery lights. a cute little moment with khushi. he's looking for the tape which is safely held between his teeth and she is pointing this out. a strange sweetness, a glint of a smile at the corner of his lips. but he is not going to smile. no way. he is bothered by this happiness he seems to get just looking at her, especially looking at her happy.
"he's been in exile too long. exile is safe. it doesn't hurt. but this? dangerous. his instincts are warning him perhaps." - The last line...awesome 👏

yet, try as one might, certain things just have their way. and so there is this constant awareness of each other as they do their work. she is helping di with rangoli,he stands on a stool and fixes the wires.

"dm, aajkal na aap humse bahut ukhdi ukkhdi si rahti hain... lagta hai pichhle hafte joh prashad humne chadaya aapko achha nahin laga,"
. the essentials sanak of khushi is at work. she as asked dm for some clarity on the marriage issue (it was poignant the way everything inside her said "no" to a marriage with shyam and the restless yearning that stoked her heart, all she does is think of arnavji, why👏), but dm hasn't answered.

he goes still.

he's chiseled stone for a fraction of a second, then he turns.

she is silent, he is waiting, she looks at him. eyes say things, wonder if the ears hear. just simmering awareness.

pyaar? asks khushi, a note of lovely excitement in her voice, a wonder. yours was a love marriage? but how did you know?

crucial question, how does one know one is in love. - this line remindes me of the movie..Jaane tu ya Jaane na...the tag line was similar 😊

anjali gives a beautiful personal answer. and had the listeners minds been working they'd have recognised themselves in anjali's words, but all they knew was this awareness. inexplicable. no one in a rush to explain also. early heady days of attraction slowly coming out of the closet. nainital was not reached, but a far more important destination seems to have been.??😕

"pata hai khushi ji, jeevan mein na ek aisa insaan aata hai jise aap har pal dekhna chate... rat ko sone se pahle bas wohi ek chehra hota hai jo aap dekhna chahte ho... subeh uthne pe na... bas aisa lagta hai ki unki nazar aap pe pade... agar unhe koi dukh aaye na toh lagta hai ki bas kuch bhi karke woh dukh.. woh dukh unke jeevan se hata doh..."

Hey Cyn, i skimmed over it, since i don't watch the show not sure what to make of it, it was just funny to see them "Considering" Barun Sobti...when all of us know that aint gonna happen! Personally i don't want see Sarun together just for the heck of seeing them together, both roles must have substance and the story had to be good. I would LOVE to see them do a movie together, their chemistry is off the charts but i' don't think Arnav and Khushi can ever be replicated.
