The thread is obviously sensitive but has reached 25th page safely even though it is being watched closely by the MODs. I'm after a longtime is a bit glad too see constructive criticism building up. I was PMed by a member for my reply but that was polite and she also understood what I meant after I explained.

This is what I wanted to happen in IPK forum. MODS play a major role in building this positivity. I appreciate them. Also RC, thanks for making a thread that has been a tool in proving the fact!

What did IPK mean to me?

When I started watching IPK, it was just curiosity which made me watch it. I had seen ASR pulling KKG to him with his hand holding hers behind her back. I wanted to know what happens next. But again didn't bother to watch it as I didn't know the timings of the show. I had my exams around the corner and my sister was watching the episodes on YT with the headphones on and I was watching the videos seating behind her while holding my notes in hand. Bas wahi meri life khatam ho gayi! I woke up IPK, I slept IPK, I walked IPK, I talked IPK...

How did I find IF?

I had known and was part of IF before I knew about IPK (Don't ask me which show it was :D)

Did you even like IPK?

I loved it. The earlier episodes were brilliant (This thread has given me an idea to create a thread on the forum after a long time. Thanks :) )

Barun Sobti?

I had not watched any of his shows ever before. I didn't even know about his existence until I chanced upon the show! He gave me the perfect ASR in the start of the show and several episodes down the line. He could convey all the emotions without even speaking. His expressions were bang on! The story ruined and so did the character and then the interest of the actor. But I thank him for giving me and us ASR :)

Sanaya Irani?

I had never watched any of her serials but I knew that Sanaya Irani existed. I always found her very pretty. I was shocked to see Sanaya in a totally Indian avatar and speaking such fluent Hindi matched with perfect expressions. That girl is brilliant! She could play a million emotions in a span of 1 minute. She is the perfect KKG and thank you Sanaya for playing the role :)

Apart from all this, I can never watch Barun and Sanaya in any other movie/show. For me they are ArHi. I will watch them together and not individually. Yeah I am rigid that way!

Thank you for creating this thread. I enjoyed reading the responses :) And I am quite surprised many answered without unnecessary criticism 👏

So here it goes.

What did IPK mean to me?

IPK was my first hindi show that I've watched from the start to the finish. I have sat through the cringeworthy DKS track, the Miscarriage track and the Sheetal track. I have shamelessy watched all the episodes and raped the rabba ve scene vids on youtube. I am a person who is known to get bored very easily. So this was a surprise for me, and for my family! They thought I was the last person who would get this addicted to an Indian drama. I still remember the look on my mother's face when she saw me binging on ArHi love scenes on youtube last year. She was shocked. What can I say, I was addicted to the eye sex. And I have to admit, Arnav and Khushi did do an amazing job in the eye sexing.

How did I find IF?

Well, I stumbled across it when one of my friends said that there was a discussion forum for IPK online. She gave me the link to it. After that, I was a silent observer for a long time. Didn't want to make an ID, I figured posting will be time consuming. And I didn't wanna screw up my studies and piss off my parents. So I resisted the temptation of making an ID. But the members only posts were agitating me. I wanted to know so badly what was in those posts. And hence, I made an ID. And I ended up meeting some of the most amazing, witty and humourous people I will ever meet. And that too online. And now I have the most wonderful friends.

Did you even like IPK?

Yeah! So much so that I would watch one Dismailvegamze video a hundred times and still not get over it. Especially the eye sex ones. Oof. And when the rabba ve scenes came I would fangirl so much that I pissed my BF now fiance off. Once he was ready to break up with me. Cause I payed more attention to IPK than him. I think he was jealous.

Sanaya Irani?

LOVE this girl. She is just gorgeous and can also act! She did give so much to the show. I commend her on her enthusiasm for her work and also the effortlessness with which she portrayed the role of Khushi. A person who cannot speak hindi to be so convincing with the role of Khushi was unexpected. This just proves how hard she worked for the show. Kudos to her. I also have a girl crush on her. She is the epitome of beauty with brains.
