I guess the HT article was not true and I haven't yet listened to the int with RJ Smriti.

obviously the one with rj smriti was genuine...
in HT when the pic was edited..i can hardly rely on the written parts!!!
i can understand the intention behind this post..but you are going to get a MU it seems..

BTW the questions asked were different one was precisely about IDEAL GIFT and other was about special thing.

I guess the problem is not with Barun's interview the problem is with viewer's/reader's thought which no one can help.

Ideal ya special, gift tho gift hi hai na...

The difference in statement is because of the difference in questions...one was about particularly gift and other was about any special thing..

and its not just for his wife...i remember Barun mentioned once during Rakhi that he is not a kind of person who is materialistic or someone who will buy gifts...

and if you have heard the interview well he did mention something else at 1st and after that he told I don't know...and then he will figure it out and then may be some material...so that means the same which he told in HT interview that for him these materialistic things does not matter much but he never told he will never gift any material.

And why are we discussing on this..its no where related to us(viewers)..its his personal choice and something which does not matter to us...its just related to his near and dear ones.

Dont be confused. As their fan, I think people should not dig deep. Leave it. Any way ,materialistic or not, its he, his wife , their money. Let them do what ever they want to do with that money. Why bother? Read interview, enjoy or just ignore. Whatever he says, whatever he does, stop opening a thread about it.. And 5th grade or 9th grade(as some one commented below), whatever it is, they fell in love with, the picture what ever I saaw definitely not of a fifth grade picture. And one should worry or start thinking if he changes his wife's name. Every thing else doesnot matter. In real life even normal person gives contadictory statements ! No one discusses about it because no one takes a normal person's interview. His bad luck , he has to give interview and go through all this mess.
