Sanaya and Barun are both open about her relationship, and if it is ok for Sanaya to talk about Mohit, then it should be ok for Barun to talk about Pashmeen. If he was not open about his relationship, then he wouldn't talk about Pashmeen in interviews.

Being open about a relationship and and being private are two very different things. He tells everyone about his marital status, but he doesn't go around flashing smiles with Pashmeen in paparazzi cameras.

And dont YOU DARE tell me not to talk about Sanaya. If you have the right to talk about Barun when you are not even his fan then I have every right to talk about Sanaya seeing that I am her fan.
