Our first Maha-Epi didn't disapoint, a very well excecuted, well directed action packed 40 minutes! Great acting by everyone, Special mention for Naaniji 👏, she was great! Barun and Sanaya superb as always :) i'm going to just concentrate mainly in the beginning, which sets the wheels in motion for the whole Guest house incident.

Khushi is being intimidated at the breakfast table by some very angry looks from Arnav...actually the background music suggest its ASR.

Ever since he found out Khushi has already been to his house before, thoughts about the beautiful woman in the red saari went away and thoughts about that manipulative small town girl that ruined his Lucknow show came back. So without trying to hide his displeasure, he stares her down, she's even scared to eat her piece of bread. 😆

Anjali takes notice of the way he is looking at her, and follows to talk to him when he gets a call. She asks him two questions,

"Kya hua? aaj phir tum gusse mein?"

"tum uss ladki ko itna pareshaan kyu kar rahe ho?

Arnav stays mum, but i think Anjali knows the answers to her questions are somehow related..😉

Anjali asks him to give her ride in his car, he refuses and goes back to the dinner table..."tum abhi yahan ho? office ne chhutti declare nahi ki 😆"

Naani objects to his rude behaviour and also asks or rather orders him to give her a ride. Arnav tries to argue but naani ain't having it...Go naani!!

Naani also tells him to come home early "hame appse konu zaruri baat karni hai" ...Arnav bitwa is in big trouble, you see when he was taking his call, Naani sent maamiji away...and tricked Khushi into revealing the trueth Miss Khashyap and Arnav 😲 Gullible Khushi assumed everyone knew accidentely told her everything and to make things worse...maami heard everything. He must get that shatir dimaag from Naani also along with the stubborness 😆

Arnav is infuriated more when naaniji tells Khushi that she loved talking to her and to come back when she can thinking Naaniji is being manipulated by her sweet talk.

The scene outside the house is SUPERB! all that he was thinking inside the house exploded out of him, very irrationally might i add:

"tumhari himmat kaise hui mere ghar mein aane ki?" (really ASR, REALLY?)

"logon ko apni baato mein fasana khoob aat hai tumhe...yahan tumhara natak nahi chalega miss khushi kumari gupta"

"Don't think for a second that you'll be coming with ME in MY car,

"2 min naani ne has ke baat kya kar li tum apni aukaad aur hasiyat bhool gayee" [he has used these two words to constantly bring her down and always gotten a reaction out of her, the difference here is before he really meant it as he is arrogant (ghamandi), but here look at his expression at her reaction when she says it...here is really looking to hurt her]

ASR in full swing, he didn't even let her defend herself, ordered her to get a taxi.

Anjali learns that Naani knows about Lavanya and calls Arnav to let him know...uh oh!!

He looks for Khushi to walk in

MISS GUPTA!

"Come in to my cabin right now"

Khushi makes her way up...very slowly

She stops short one step into the office, he asks her to come in..notice this isn't his angry face, and he really didn't care if naani knew about Lavanya, he wanted to tell her before, but Anjali kept stopping him...

"tumhari kismat acchhi hai ki mein tumse ab bhi baat kar raha huh, varna tumne jo kiya hai, i wouldn't tolerated you for even 1 minute! [Kismat? since when did you start believing in it mr.ASR? also why does he feel like he needs to say this line? Brilliantly they show his feelings through his behavior and dialogues so subtly !!👏]"...he goes on to inform her that the contract and job is one thing but if someone interferes in his personal life, he doesn't give them a chance to apoligise (so why giving her a chance?).

"What were you trying to prove?" he asks since he believes she has an angle.

Khushi tries to clear her name "Dekhiye sir,...hamne soch"

"Tumne socha! Tumhari khuchh sochne ki hasiyan nahi hai, agli baar soch ne se pehle, ye soch lena!" [I swear Barun got to say the most awsomest insulting dialogues EVER...i use this one on hubby too when i get mad at him but doesn't sound the same]

It my fault, he says, "tumhari aukaad jaanke bhi" i made the contract with you. "I should've remembered that intentions of girls like you are never pure, tum jaisi ladkiyan bina matlab ke khucch bhi nahi karti.

[I think he is clearly blaming himself for his attraction to her here and since he really believes she is like that, he feels hurt]

Khushi: "sir, aap aise kyu"

Arnav throws stuff off his desk,

"I'm sure you're upset b/c you still haven't been able to manipulate a rich man, that's why you're doing all this"

****As soon as a visible upset khushi's tears emmerge "Bas kijiye sir" (please stop sir) Arnav turns his back towards Khushi,

Significance of this part:

This is such a powerful visual,

Arnav turns around probably b/c those tears of hers don't sit well with him, more importantly how can he say the following stuff while facing her. they say when a person lies, they have trouble making eye contact.

"Get Lost" Mujhe aaj se tumhari shakal bhi nahi dekhni hai, contract ki shart yeh job thi, which you'll do from the guesthouse now. ta ki baar baar tumhari shakal dekh ke mera mood aur dimaag dono kharaab na ho"

Flashes of sadness on ASR's face

"Get out...I said GO!"

After she leaves

To further examine [i'm having too much fun with this 😃]. lets compare

ASR (facing Khushi)

and Arnav (facing away)

In conclusion, this scene was not all about Khushi telling Nani about Lavanya, yes he was angry because it wasn't her place, but I think he just felt hurt because he thinks she is really a manipulator and the news that Khushi told Nani gave him more reasons to take out his anger on her. He just wants her to away from his life and mind... just my POV :)

❤️ the show down scene b/w Naani, Anjali and Maami. Superb dialogues and acting by Naaniji, She showed her anger and disappointment flawlessly

when Lavanya comes to RM for the first time and Naani makes no effort to hide her dislike is great. I like how they show Lavanya is not all that bad. if she had time to change she would've. when she was shaking hands with Naani, she wasn't being rude on perpose, she right away did "Namaste"..the beauty of this show, no character is black or white (except Khushi maybe)

Cute scene when Akaash swings by Gupta house to get a glance of his love, too bad he missed her...in that dupatta also

Another interesting aspect how ASR mood was carried on consistently through out the day

First when Khushi calls from the guesthouse, he picks up, and tells her to do the reports again...and hangs up,

when Senha calls doesn't even pick up

"yeh Khushi aur Senha, dono mil ke mera dimaag kharaab kar denge [the only difference is that Khushi only called you once dear and why bring up her name when its Senha calling you???]"

🤣

Again when Akash calls him, he is still no in the mood to talk even though it sounds important, then Nani calls him...oye is there anyone who hasn't called Arnave today?

Shyam's hesitance to first go to AR office, and the to call the Raizada house was shown pretty well. Buaji's and Payal concern for Khushi were also well enacted. Bauji especially really loves her regardless all the grief she give Khushi.

The guesthouse scenes were also great, they went to great length to make sure little details were taken care of like what was Khushi sent there for and the moments leading up the collapse. BRAVO Sanaya! so many scenes in the guest house, no dialogues just her expressions and her body language. If Barun is the King of expressions, Sanaya is the Queen!

Tthe build up for tomorrow :)))

Arnav comes home at naani insistence, and is surprised to find La, "kya baat hui" as he is NOT ready to commit and i'm sure is worried that Nani convinced her. Nani Vs Arnav scene 👏

Khushi stuck at the Guesthouse

She tries and tries to break free, 👏 very well within her character

Only when she finds no way out...she gives up, "Amma, babuji, jiji, koi to aao...Hame ghar jaana hai"...💔😭

Cant wait for her to be saved tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ASR. was thhinking abt Khushi in her rrred sari, hair blowing, eyes mesmerising, pallu falling and he started loosening his tie and opening d top button of his shirt! Why pray?W as he feeling hot ? Ahem ahem. Well, Lavanya defntly thot he was in THE MOOD! She said, let me hellp u & was mad wen khushi interrupted them. Nice try La. bt I think ur fate ws sealed for. Khushi had taken over Arnavs body and soul
