Buaji, pleased with Khushi's decision to hand in the resignation herself, and advised Khushi "apne fufaji ke superfast train ki engine ki tara dhad dhad dhad jaana aur dhad dhad dhad turant waapis aana...samjat ka hai laad governer? Hamri bitiya konu kam hai ka?😆" her love for Khushi is a lot more apparent now, it's so nice to see :) ...i must say Buaji gave me some of the biggest laughs, Abha Parmar, was excellent!

Shyam is in a cheerful mood as Khushi made her announcement, he got her prasad...almost seems like he went to thank God because Khushi is quitting (thus making his deceit easier). "Khushiji, all the best, DM is with you." Really Shyam, is DM really with Khushi on her decision?

Shyam seemed like a very God fearing man in the beginning, ran into Khushi TWICE at the temple before residing with her as a PG, we learn later on that he was all words and no heart and using God to show himself a good man...On the other hand, ASR chooses not to have words because his heart is in pain, therefore doesn't believe in doing anything just for display, but when he finally steps into that Mandir because it would mean so much to his love, he did with all of his heart to get the blessing of DM for him to make Khushi his forever.

Lovely contradiction of Pujaari(someone who prays alot) vs. Nastik (Athiest)

Khushi, thanks Shyam for his politeness and realizes she has yet to write her resignation letter. Payal looks at her little sister writing the resignation that she pushed her for, she come and give Khushi a big hug,

"kya hua jiji?"

"darr lag raha hai, agar woh contract wali baat tum sambhaal nahipaaye to?" (what if you're not able to handle the contract part?)

Khushi smiles "kuchch bhi sambhaal lungi...ek baar hum man bana lete hai to phir hum darte nahi...aur agar uss raakshash ko ladna hai ...to hum bhi taiyaar hai"

Payal still consumed with concern, "now what jiji?" khushi trying hard to make it all right. Payal tells her that ever since the contract, "i haven't been able to sleep" and then she puts her hand around Khushi's face "agar tumhe khuchh hojata to? (what if something happened to you?)"---goes to show Payal's love for Khushi can be put on the same pedestal as Arnav's love for Khushi, they both shiver at the thought of losing Khushi.

Payal talks about going back to Lucknow, "aur vaise bhi Diehli hum uss insaan ki waje se aayen the, na woh hota na ye sab hota"...Khushi seems to disagree with Payal's ASR-bashing

Khushi is quick to say "Nahi jiji! Diehli itni bhi boori nahi hai" (I think she meant ASR itne bhi boore nohi hai )...Khushi goes on to explain that she would've never gotten her dupatta (symbolizing unbloomed love from Akaash) hadn't it been for this city.

Arnav walks in to his office where everyone stands up in his respect but he marches on, eyes lowered...

until immature laughs and the name "chamkili"( synonymous with Khushi) puts a full stop to his feet.

It didn't bother him before when people made fun of her and hurt her by calling her names, but then again back then she was "Ms.Gupta" or "Khushi Kumaari Gupta" and now she is "Khushi"(in soft mellow unbelievably sexy husk voice sigh)... It bothers him because it would hurt her...as we seen in the last few days her pain has fast become unbearable for the mighty ASR.

The first time he stands up for her respect, "to iss cheez ki salary milti hai tum logo ko, doosre employees ka mazaak udaneka?" Sim/Pam make a run for it after a quick apology.

ASR inquires about the calendar, La tried to calm him down "mein handle kar rahi hu na"...as Arnav is about to leave, she hangs on to his arm curious about what Naani said about her, Arnav lets her know he is fixing her mistake. La tries to clarify something but ASR in no mood to hear it.

"yeh sab uss chamkili kis waje se hua hai" she mumbles as ASR is leaving, he stops and turns around and stands up for her respect again

👏*whistles* 👏

"Mujhe aaj ke baad yeh naan chamkili iss office mein sunaye dena nahi chahiye, uska ek naam hai Khushi Kumaari Gupta, sab usse ushi naam se bulaayenge." ---koi farq nahi padta huh???

Lavany is hurt and furious with jealousy on top, she sensed before the effect that chamkili was having on her man, but at least then his anger toward Khushi gave her something to smile about but "now he yelled at me for her?"..."thats enough!" she tells Sim and Pam, "if she comes in front of me..."

Khushi walk into the office, unsure, nervous maybe to face him for the first time since that night that has left her restless for the first time in her life.

Thoughts of him saving her, the looks he gave her, her attack on him and finally his control and eyes on her...No, this Khushi is not here to show that Rakshash anything, she almost feels bad for doing this but it will make her sister happy.

Arnav gets a call about Di, and rushes to go home...

but he pauses to look at her empty desk and her belongings...

After all the emotions he went through after that night, he was looking forward to seeing her in flesh, he longed to see her...so much longing

but for now his Di needs him, so he will have to wait..

so lovely when a person falls for someone, how their belongings in their absence can trigger so much longing, this scene is so powerful as he stands there looking at her DM and other things that define her personality

He leaves just as she walks in, maybe he is too worried about Di to feel her presence and She is too has too much going on to feel his😆

La/Sim/Pam are thrilled at the news that Khushi is quitting but Khushi sets them stright "Lakhnow se hai, iss liye darr ke bhaage nahi...khud bataane aaye hai ki yeh naukri hamaare layak nahi"

she goes on to point out that to have self respect you need your own identity...a clap worthy scene! La has enough and wants Khushi to give her resignation to her (La never could get in the middle, even when she tried), but Khushi makes it clear that she'll give it only to Arnav Singh Raizada..."he started this game, but i'll finish it" [guess it won't be a dhad dhad dhad return home 😆]

Meanwhile at the RM, Anjali refuses milk due to her fast. A worried Arnav gets home, but is annoyed after finding out she fainted due to her fasting,

his charming sarcasm kicks in while scolding her a little,

"Di, if you don't fast, it won't be the end of the world, and if you want to fast, fine, par kaali pet ek jage baite rahi na, kaap karne ki kya zarurat hai?... "agar ek vrat tod doge to Bhagwaan aapke saare vrat bhool nahi jaayenge" [is you break one fast God won't forget ALL of you previous ones] ...Bhagwan ki nahi to Jijaji ki socho"

"teek kahat hai Chotey" Naani said in support of Arnav, maybe forgetting her fallout with him this morning, they both give each other a look and have a unspoken understanding and common concern for Anjali.

so cute the way Anjali says "hum bachhe thodi na hai?" (i'm not a child) [In many ways, Arnav was like the older sibling as the responsibilities fell on his young shoulders, he grew up fast, but he did all he could so his sister could stay herselft, sweet, innocent , puja doing and loving older sister. He once says to Khushi "Di duniyadaari nahi samajti, but i know it very well" its because he protected her from it ]

Wasn't long before naani started her "arrow-baazi"(All credit to maamiji for this word..Love it!) "Khaana ho ya ladkiya, kaafi badlaav aahi gay ha chotey mein" (food or girls, he taste has change) Arnav puts his foot down, "Jab tak Di ki tabiyat teek nahi ho jaati, hum iss baare mein baat nahi karenge."

It has been established that Di is very important to Arnav, below is the first scene we see just how important...

As the room clears, he asks Anjali "why does naani keep bringing this up?" "Because she loves you" she tries to make him understand "think how bad she must feel when you talk to her like that...I wish i would handle all of his, your gussa, naani's gussa...kaash koi hota" then she says ...kaash mama/papa hote"

At the very mention of his parents, his face fills with pure pain, and thoughts go to that place he seldom allows himself to visit

and his fist closes in anger until he couldn't take it anymore, "DI!" he turns to make her stop but is interrupted by the tears in her eyes,

he forgets his anger and wipes the tears on his sister face...

taking her hands in his "Di, aapne kabhi bhi, kisi ki bhi, ma ya papa ki kami mehsoos hone nahi di...aap sab khuchh ho, mein aap ki aankon mein aansoo nahi dekh sakta, aap ke liye puri duniya se lad sakta hoon mein (you never let me feel the void of mom or dad, you are everything to me, i can fight the whole world for you)" [This promise he keeps, even when it meant breaking two hearts, his own included, that was the least he could do for his sister that was both a mom and a dad to him]

I'm appreciating Sobti evenmore in these second viewings, i'm talking about just his acting...swooned after his looks just as much the first time 😉

EPISODE 32

Today's epi is about how the "one knight"(Payal) and the "one rook"(Anjali) is going to change the game plan of the future for the King (Arnav) and the queen(Khushi).These two sisters play a major role in shaping the positions and setting teams of pawns in such a way,that will seem a Tsunami apparently but under the layers of waves Fish will be swimming, surviving,and thriving for their existence. 20 min of power of LOVE by siblings and their meaning of existence.👏👏👏

"Apne phoopa ji ki train ki tarah "dhar dhar' kar ke jana aur 'dhar dhar kar ke wapas aa jana"(Like your uncle go to office as fast as you can and come back soo too) hmmm Are you sure Buaji? That's how our episode starts today. It directly indicates what Arnav said to Nani "Jaldbazi mein kia hua faisla khabi sahi nahi hota"(Rash decision are never correct.)HTne same feeling Khushi has making this rash decision about leaving job.er brain and heart has mixed vibes.She is doing it just for her "knight" Jiji as pawn Buaji had no effect on her [(Kitni Dheet hai Yeh Larki.(How stubborn Khushi is?)]and so does the "rook"Shyam.Khushi can go to any length for her "Knight".Queen is playing her game around "Knight" to reach where ever DM will take her. Hmmm we all know where.

"Shyam and "Arti", are you doing that becoz "You will be relaxed God knows for what"hmmm "Hum jante thay aap bilkul theek faisla lain gi"(I knew you will make a right decision.)How the heck you know which decision is right smarty pants?"Dal mein kuch kala hai"(something is wrong with this creep for sure)Hate his drooling face.You are right for one thing dude DM is with her and she knows that.(At this point as Aranav and Khushi are baffled about each other I am baffling about you.😕)

Jiji said,"Humain dar lag raha hai aagr tum us contract wali baat ko na sanbhal pai to"(I am afraid if you couldn' take care of contract terms)But Payal you just said"Contract gaya Bhar mein"(I don't care about contract" then what is worrying you???? Khushi,"Girti hui imarat sanbhal li kuch bi sanbhal loon gi"(I took care of falling building ,now I can take care of anything)Indeed Khushi you did take care of falling kindom of Arnav within the White Wall of ASR.Pause here: The guest house(ASR) is white from outside and looks perfectly fine but inside(Arnav) bricks were falling and Khushi was trapped inside of this falling building which is Arnav's Palace.Simply magnificent''.👏

"Agar us Rakshus ko rarna hai na to hum bhi tayar hain" (If that devil wants to fight then I am ready too) Aww Khushi you are but he is not.becoz he is angry why are you not playing along with her.Pause here: ASR is remorse and angry becoz he wants to go back in time to fix everything to start fresh with her as he can't and she does not let him mend his mistakes in the beginning as she can't.(Satsun meeting,she did not give him chance to explain his side)

Both are "Humain Farak nahi Parta"(We don't care) Egoistic couple but cute hai.😆

"Bina Dil ke Dili " is "Dil wali "now.( heartless Delhi has heart now) Really Khushi❤️My heart goes mmm mmm mmm ----------------"😳

But one thing is clear Khushi can do anything to make ppl laugh around her despite her own heart bleeds in that process. Have tears all the time.

Even though Ama and Babuji is not with her but her Jiji is.

ASR's entry in the office shows how this man's presence effect his surroundings and people around him.He is a self made person standing alone and tall among others. He is right in one sense "I write my own destiny and others too"Yes of course not without God's consent but he did make his name by his own's will power and daring nature.His entrance shows his determination, assurance, fearlessness, certainty, and courage at each level of his life.Just Bravo.👏

"Uska eik Naam Hai" She has a name.He knows the meaning of the Name as he has to borrow someone's to complete his proudly.Somehow she mattered to him yes he is in denial right now but she is as he stopped TWICE for defending her over her Name after all she is his QUEEN.❤️
(Koi Farak Nahi Parta) Right😆

On the other side King(ASR) made it clear to "senapati" (La and company) everybody will call Queen(Khushi) by her name.Khushi had emerged as an independent individual infront of Him and he does not want anyone to take advantage of her.hmmm interesting "Khushi ka ASR ke Dil aur Dimagh par Raj" Background music so he is ASR at this moment so ASR is giving back to her what he took away from her"Her Respect" "Dupatta. Yes Indeed "Khushi nai girti huai amart ko sanbhal liya hai"(Khushi indeed took care of falling building.) HEART (Arnav)AND BRAIN(ASR) reaching for Khushi. Making me proud Double "A" Arnav and ASR (for fragilious heart)😆😛

"Tum nai mujhai na bata kar Nani se jo milne ki ghalati ki hai use Sudhar raha hoon"(trying to mend the mistake which you did by meeting Nani without telling me )I am confused just as La,"What are you implying to."So you want her as your gal for your society so no one bothers you in your circle but you never want your family to meet her.hmmm very complicated .Pause here: So he took La home when Khushi gave him her two cents "Hum Lakhnow ja rahain hain"(I am going Lukhnow)and Nani was giving him her two cents (broke up with La and get married).Awww poor ASR "Mein wohi karta hoon jo mujhe sahi lagta hai"(I do what I think is right) 😉

Other side Arnav has to leave for his Di in a rush but he stops at Khushi table.He can't wait to see her back.Her belongings are the most treasure to him now.Pause here:Balance scale is tilting towards Khushi side for a while till he moves it back.Khushi will be tilting this balance later as He is moving at DM's wishes for Khushi.Pause here:During Telepathy "Mujhe aur khuch nahi chahiye" (I don't want anything else Khushi.)It will be Khushi who will keep Di at pedestal for His sake.Brilliant.👏

Khushi entered baffling with mixed emotions not even giving two cents about contract just remembering SOFT corner of ASR and clutching her Resignation as she is holding his collar.DM is smiling as this piece of paper is taking her towards him anyway.

I loved the way she was looking at his chamber,the same chamber she was thrown out so many times but today the same was pulling her like a magnet.❤️

Love the scene though where they both cross each other and did not feel each other presence. Pause here: This is indication there is always something more than two of them which will apart them may be just for while though but has its own undeniable importance and that is "Anjali" his Di.So King actually playing his game for "rook" to go around to get his "Queen" hmm inetersting.😳

So next move is for "rook" and for "knight" to get close to each other.hmmm wicked DM.Pure fun.👏( Marrying Khushi for saving Di and marrying ASR for saving Payal's marriage)

As Buaji said"Do minute bhi rukne ki zaroorat nahi hai wahan.Samjhat kia hai laad Governor,hamari Bitya kissi se kam hai kia"(You don't have to stay there for long,what ASR thinks of himself.our daughter is no less than anyone)That's what Khushi did,even though her mind was playing games but her heart is PURE and wants her to stop but her brain took less than two minutes to show everyone in the office "who she really is?"Laad Governor's "Praja"(employess) and even his "Senapati" La with her stooges really got "Right in your face" treatment.

" Khabi Lakhnow aeye ga phir hum aap ko sikhayen ge keh sar utha ke Zindagi mein kaise jiya jata hai"( Come lakhnow and I will teach you how to live with your chin up)This is the day when Khushi is shown as an independent woman what ever happened later don't want to pour my thoughts here.Just being mum is better.Pause here: -Board says 2:0

ASR -0 represents cycle of events and recovery (Perfectly suits to ASR as he is going through a lot until his recovery from past )

Khushi-2 oppositions and conflictions (suits to Khushi as she will face both of these till she becomes winner)

Khushi says,"Hum nai to yahi Seekha hai jo sahi hai wohi Karna"(I learned do what is right) to shut everone's mouth.Isn't this the same as Arnav said to Nani"aap nai hi sikhaya khabi khuch ghalat nahi karna"(You taught me don't do any thing wrong.)hmmm Both are arrogant in their own way.😳

Today Khushi left the office but did she------------

At RM Arnav finds out Di was making his "Continental" while fastening and gets worried.Nani,"Lagta hai Chote nai waqat ke saath apne moon ka zaika bhi badal diya hai"(With time he has changed his taste too).Deep arrow bazi. (Game) She is referring how he has forgotton his mother's taste in everything.He pressed the issue of Di's health and Nani becomes not only quite but also agrees with him when he said,"You don't have to work while you fastening".They both share lovely glancing which change into stern look on both sides which Anjali felt deeply.😳

Anjali,"Agar aaj Mama papa hote to iss sub ko sanbhal laite".His rage with the closed fists is ready to blow but the moment he sees "tears" in his Di's eyes ,his anger turns filling his eyes too."Mere liye aap sab khuch ho".(You are everything for me) ."YOU ARE MY FAMILY" "Mein aap ke liye khuch bhi kar sakta hoon."(I can do anything for you Di) by holding Di's hand.A promise made by brother who did each and every length to Make her happy.😊😊 hmmm

indeed King has to go around the "rook" to get to the queen.Lovely just like Khushi she has to go around the "knight "to reach to her King.DM is planning her next move around ALL of these to bring them together.👏❤️

your chess game is fun to follow. i have no idea of the moves, on crooner there used to be talk of chess, yes the makers played their game with the finesse of chess masters in the beginning. setting up a ruse here, taking advantage of a little weakness there, it was game of minds to finally capture the heart. love your references.

you also noticed how similar they are in many ways. and yes this khushi they showed today, pity they never developed this theme, and helped her discover herself too.

that "bafflement" as you call it regarding each other, that was the nub of it, wasn't it?

sibling love is a strong, beautiful, mysterious thing. here writers have used the sisters to push them together as you rightly say and so do the others. it was lovely.

but while the plot structure was neat and yes the actions of their sisters or circumstances surrounding them brought khushi and asr closer to each other. did they really marry for their sisters' sake?

if shyam were philandering with some other girl and asr discovered it, would he marry her? if a guy she couldn't stand told khushi you have to marry me or i won't let your sister get married (and for the second time her sister's marriage would be broken), would khushi just go along and wear sindoor mangalsutra. yes the moment was impossibly pressurising, but if she could fling off shyam with such a sense of righteous anger, why not asr? was it because deep inside something knew dilli has dil in it? her dil? neither convinced me with that love for sister story. and for e that remained their real marriage.

i sorely missed a real conversation around that passionate night later. and asr saying, he was wrong, he didn't marry her for his sister's sake as he genuinely thought at that moment, but because he couldn't imagine being without her, he wanted her, f=e loved her. and so too for khushi, in the way she understood the feeling growing in hate was actually love, well it was there that night too.

from day one he felt wrong somehow. clever writing and direction that we kept sensing daal mein kuch shyam hai.

but have to say, at this stage, he was in fact smitten with her. she aroused in himfeelings of tenderness, protectiveness, a desire to just look at her asking for nothing in return, a wanting to touch her lovingly not in an overt sexual way.

and perhaps there was a little someone in him that really regretted he was a married man already when he met her. that dialogue about "kabhi kabhi zindagi mein..." the creatives detailed his facination with music, moments, and stuff, nurturing it. not to take it to magic, but to mayhem. that was the crux of conflict i the tale and all good stories need a good point of conflict. so the set up had to be convincing.

there was finesse in their thinking. all that impact he has on buaji, till now it's not by design, it will be when he figures out she can be of use. great use of buaji's character and a childless widow's loneliness and the exploitation of this. and had they stuck to the original story of shyam, the entire thing would have been a fabulous study of people, motives, love, lust, and more. in fact, if his love for khushi had been genuine, would have been a treat of a glimpse into a completely untethered and corrupt character, with one facet clear and true. i wonder what he would have done with this feeling of his finally. it's the only thing perhaps that lets him feel human, clean. the rest sickened by whatever story that was his.

i love what anjali said about arnav to khushi...she is right he is not that bad of a person but him and khushi got off on the wrong foot and misunderstood each other

and the end when arnav read the resignation letter and crumbled it...you can tell that he is not done with Khushi Kumari Gupta (i so badly want to add Singh Raizada). he will not leave her until he says his bit to her...as for khushi walking on the road, to me it looks like she is wondering if she did the right thing or not...it looks like anjali's words affected her

i am waiting to be numbed by it. 😆 great observation there in red. after all that screaming, which really started in the guest house, you'd think she'd be done with it, yet...

i like your instinct in blue 😳. and i adore asr for always honouring her name, not asking her to let it go and replace with singh raizada. how sweet was she when she completed it with a singh raizada as he kissed her maddeningly by the the pool. ipk delved interestingly into issues of name and identity, and in this case a woman's identity pst marriage, is she object, to be just given her husband's name, or person, who adds it to her own existing one.

and perhaps there was a little someone in him that really regretted he was a married man already when he met her. that dialogue about "kabhi kabhi zindagi mein..." the creatives detailed his facination with music, moments, and stuff, nurturing it. not to take it to magic, but to mayhem. that was the crux of conflict i the tale and all good stories need a good point of conflict. so the set up had to be convincing.

there was finesse in their thinking. all that impact he has on buaji, till now it's not by design, it will be when he figures out she can be of use. great use of buaji's character and a childless widow's loneliness and the exploitation of this. and had they stuck to the original story of shyam, the entire thing would have been a fabulous study of people, motives, love, lust, and more. in fact, if his love for khushi had been genuine, would have been a treat of a glimpse into a completely untethered and corrupt character, with one facet clear and true. i wonder what he would have done with this feeling of his finally. it's the only thing perhaps that lets him feel human, clean. the rest sickened by whatever story that was his.

I completly agree with the bold, Shyam had a motive and he knew how to get it...also I thought he was smitten by Khushi...no lust...if he did lusted over her he would have done something bad by now

And for the italics I never thought about it like that...you made a good point

about that girti imarat dialogue.

i felt a bit bad for asr really. twice he has risked his life to save her. yet no acknowledgment from anyone. even di scolds him, though she can see he is troubled and knows how deeply things matter to her outwardly khadoos bro. that he is really putty inside.

actually khushi did not samhalo the falling building, she was cringing in a corner, ready to give up. not blaming her, it was scary as hell and hours had gone by. he had no idea about the state of the place, he really didn't. but she was not prepared to listen. he had been harsh with her beyond a point that morning, and as a result here she was. disproportionate anger, she felt, to her mistake of mentioning lavanya to nani. she of course is not to to know why he is so irked. what ails him.

but we know, that the moment he realised she might be in danger he left everything and ran. right in the middle of a tense conversation. caring only for her well being. drove madly, ran into the building though he could see it may not be safe, searched everywhere, found her bag and phone and his heart just connected with her in that terrible fear. he called out. he got desperate, where shall i look for this girl now... at her scream, he followed the sound unerringly and found her. and as with the car in the rain, just came and scooped her off to safety. when he looked at her as she stopped, the whole world seemed to stop too. then he acted swiftly again and the final haul to safety.

asr is not weak. he is damaged. he is hurting. but he has strength of character. yes, she is breaking down his fortress wall, that makes him very uncomfortable. but in my understanding his sanctum sanctorum is pristine, clean, strong, and love will take him there. he will realise that wall is not necessary.

in khushi's statement i saw her bravado, mainly to calm down her sister though it had the opposite effect, and her denial to accept that this laad gov had actually put himself in harm's way to save her. i don't blame her. his expressed behaviour has been way less than perfect, and his arrogance cuts into her. but fact remains, he did the right thing in the rain and in the guest house. nasty of him to send her to the parking duty, but as he said, he didn't ask her to throw herself in front of a car. and what's he to know she's standing without umbrella in the torrent directing cars. when he does, he pretends not to give a damn, for they are both riling each other constantly. but he does, doesn't he? faraq padta hai.

i am missing asr and khushi.

Green I totally agreed with you.Khushi did not want to leave it was Pawn's pressure to change the game and of course DM.Anjali was pure heart but at the end there were a lot of things they vhanged which transformed her character as a dumb person then it was not making sense of anything if CVs kept her same as she is now wow it would be awesome as so many other things would be.Excellenet points👏

About Anjali, totally agree how they butchered like so many other things. I remember being like "really?" when she believed Shyam over Khushi and NK, but after watching that scene with Akaash it justifies that part atleast for me. before i thought it was just to move the story fwd but now i think there was some thought behind it.😊
