Yaaras, we all need to move on. We're still keeping Vijay bhaiyya's forum alive when *gasp* even he couldn't save IPK from its fate. Daiyya Ho, indeed.

i never thrust my opinions...because i know what the ppl outside are reacting to...in real sense.
This post will also fade away with time But what wont fade away is the ultimate thing that a hugely sucessful show was put in national embarrasment by an actors for his filmi dreams.

I dont care if anybody agrees or not...Jisko jo samajhna tha woh already smajh chuka hai..No more Image saving tactics wont work.

some Ppl think i wish ill for him,but i know myself what i have prayed for him..something which is out of all these sucess and failures of life, away from materialistic world..something that wud bring serenity in his life. something very diffrent and spiritual.

How much u attain sucess. U might b at the top ..But if u dont have peace of mind and being on Top if u hv no one to share ur sucess also..then that sucess its useless.

Honestly his career becomes HIT or whatever it doesnt matter..we will move away. daily actors come and Go..not a big deal. Peole climb up-down the ladder of sucess..
His fans are not his fixed deposit.. things are so fragile...

IPKKND was such a huge show whose bad abrupt ending could be avoided if the actor wud have extended his support to the PH to work for the show. But Ok...all wills ee for themselves and this India Forums PR policies to change facts wont work.

BARUN HAS TAKEN A VERY WRONG DECISION

writing in bold and caps won't make any difference in his decision or make it prove wrong.That can only express ur disappointment and frustration.I understand you are upset with his decision but if you call it wrong it does not become wrong.You or me may call it right or wrong but thats only each one of us analysis.Nothing real.Time will say about this decision and this "time" is very long. And who knows whether he has any support with him or not.

or again its an assumption by number of likes you get on your post and that too from only IF some active members.Sample of this 100 is a wrong sample to conduct a fair survey.Your 95/100 is a mixture of sampling error,coverage error and measurement error.

And since its a decision of an individual life it does not matter what those 100 thinks.Failure or success its all that individual has to be with.No one else has any stake on it.

why this actor has to make decision from what a director thinks.Everyone has their life and POV to think about.How can a director's thought and perception match with an actor.Sorry i did not find any reason why you emphasized on these people's remarks.Who are they to judge?I could not connect actually.

From each and every words of your post i can conclude only one thing that you are deeply hurt.You are hurt because an actor took his decision which looked wrong to you.And you find him the reason the show closed.And you assume many more things with it.

But again its his life.You or me are no one to decide about him.But if you believe in freedom as you mentioned in your previous post i assume you also believe in freedom one has to take his decision and let time decide its good or bad or somewhere in between instead we IF people deciding about his decision.

Again i hope i have not offended you with my comment because i really do not mean to do that.

Before I start let me clear one thing, I like Barun Sobti's acting and looks :))

Well, I agree with you on one thing for sure. Barun Sobti should have considered the popularity of IPK seriously. He definitely got fame from ASR role though I liked his performance even in bhph. Just like many famous good actors in BW who tried their luck with quite a few flop movies and then they finally hitting the jackpot. Like SRK. Here BS hit a goldmine with the ASR character. He should have taken the show seriously, discussed with PH, with SP about the timeline of the show. He shouldn't have ditched the show so early. He is getting a bad name and I am not happy about that. :(((

Having said that, your total shifting of the blame from PH to BS is not okay as per me. In entertainment industry they should be prepared for anything. An actor quitting is a normal thing. They should have just concentrated on the story line and not on the actor. If the tracks were good (yes even with the kidnap in between they could have developed the story very well) people like me, who at that time were not addicted to the arshi chemistry, would have accepted his exit. I watched only ipk. I initially was watching for the story and characters. But slowly the characters merged with the actors because they were good at it. I still was watching for the story line. But after kidnap phase, the tracks just hit rock bottom. It's like the first entire year was done by someone else and then next half year was taken over by an amateur who had no idea of the characterisation. The first two episodes just after the shyam's exit were outstanding for me.. i loved the mature and strong love between arshi and expected the change to be phenomenal. I was utterly crushed with the tracks later. There is no excuse for the PH to destroy a beautiful story this way. I will not accept insecurity of having / not having BS to be the reason. This might be their excuse but definitely not the correct reason. They are a creative group and should have developed the story strong enough to hold the interest of the people irrespective of the actors. I am saying this because after the story dropped, the only reason I continued to watch IPK is to see Barun and Sanaya together on the screen. Just that. Hated the plots, sets, direction, tracks. The only episodes unfortunately I liked were where arshi romance was there !!! No longer IPK was standing strong on the story + acting.

I just wish and hope that movies is not the reason for BS exit. Hope he has a good enough reason for taking "break" and that it is indeed a break. Hope he will continue TV. I also have a feeling that he might have been asked by mamr ph to take a break till the movie release to shake off the ASR association to his name !!!! Just my idea. Don't want that however !!!

I also feel the current TV daily soaps should have a rule that it should not exceed 2 yrs. If the ph / channel want to continue they should make a season 2. This way if the actors want to pursue some other interest they can do that instead of feeling tied down to doing the same role forever !!!! Honestly don't u think it is really boring for a creative person to do the same thing all the time for 4-5 yrs. It becomes like a daily regular job but creatives are known for being restless and they constantly want to try different things.
