I have always felt he is lot better in Hindi and expresses his thoughts better in it. But why so adamant about English...when u come out confusing with ur words? Is it a shame to accept u r comfortable in Hindi? He is always repeating words with fake accent to look c(f)ool I guess!!

Angels 11, I agree. Think most of my post is directed towards the grown ups who gave the same reason- I can read the pain in the eyes.

Infact i dont hold the younger lot for the whole hysteria, I have been a teen myself. However certain adults took advantage of the situation to create this mass hysteria.

i think theres a very wrong perception of today's TV actors(mind u not the ones who were intelligent) , that coz SRK was a TV actor n made it big then I have TV now im gonna make bigger.

Firstly SRK belonged to that TV chronology when stories made actors n that made a channel.
Today channel chooes stories then brings in actors.

no one actually remembers SRK's drive.
He lost his father , his mother worked two jobs to bring him n his sister up.
He was 22 something when his mother died coz of lack of medication coz there wasnt much money.

"n that day i decided that whether i live or die , i'll make so much money that my family will never suffer because of the lack of it."

a 22 year old had decided his fate...the hours that SRK has put to become who he is , a slip disc a-level patient for more than 12 years n is still putting those many hours still , its no job of popularity but struggle even when ur on the top.

I dont see any drive to prove wat u want to become in Bollywood.They dont even say i wanna become a better actor...but wanna work with biggies.
Its always the big bugs , the glamor , the glitch never a thought of wat breaking bones it makes you do.

I dont think his poor pr skills r due to english. even if he speaks in hindi i am damn sure he w'd make the same guffaws. some ppl r born with good communication skills & some ppl simply suck in that. cant b helped. frankly i w'd say some of the top stars in bollywood r even worse. coz of their stardom & power they get away with it. just chk some of the interviews of salman & srk. u ll understand wat i am talking bt.

Also i think v r over assuming things. if the fangals r silly enuf 2 claim that they can read his eyes its no better 2 speculate on the reasons y he doesnt come 4 awards ceremonies. Just 2 quote an eg the tamil hero ajith doesnt attend such functions coz when he was a young struggling actor the mom of a famous heroine insulted him in public. The director maniratnam is a v reserved guy & hence rarely makes a public appearance. he rarely gives interviews & is a recluse. i am not equating bs with such famous, established celebrities. all i am saying that every1 may ve some specific reasons for not attending such public functions. its not right 2 comment on that.

just like its wrong on the part of fangals 2 defend every action of his its wrong on our part 2 criticize every actions of is. Balanced criticism is better than biased dislike.

Just my opinion & of course u ve every right 2 disagree & criticize!
