This is what I have been saying all along let Barun make his own decisions, let him live his own life. I think that is all he wanted but things went from bad to worse. I feel that none of this would have happened if Barun was allowed to walk away on his own accord. He would be doing what he wanted without worrying about other things, the show would have stayed on with someone else and SP would not have put that disclaimer up.

I wish the man all the best and success in his career.

U R right Di, Y don't ppl understand he is also a human being,he too has priority in his own life...

He has every right to decide his life like we has our own So Y don't ppl support him when he needed the most and wish him good luck for his future rather than bash him...Ppl r failing to see him as a human being who too has his own life,wife and his family to look after but no every one think he is a robot to work for 24 hrs and fulfill every one's demand...Ppl forgot that like us he too has a right to move for better opportunity but no they think that only they have rights where Barun has none...Really ppl Y don't u compare him with u for a once.Being a star does not say that he is not a human...Just for once see him as a human being...

And coming to the any one's fault then it is PH and SP's fault who could not handle the pbm properly,we fans r at fault who were not willing to see anyone at Barun's place as ASR or any new guy in Khushi's life, PH is at fault who is unable to maintain such a wonderful team and played politics to such an extent where they them self came up with open later stating the story run of its course, If there is any fault of Barun then it is only one thing that he being a loyal to his PH and SP...

Basher's stop bashing Barun...Sanaya & other team members have no grudges against Barun they them self stated he is a gem and good person at heart and they respect and love him...

I'll ask only one thing if u can't support him then just shut up instead of bashing him as u have no rights to question him and his decision...

As for me I respect his decision and as a fan will support him...😊

Rima I disagree with u just like I disagreed for show closure. I am one of those minorities who wanted the show to continue but have supported ur petitions for other stuff related to the show. I wish he was truthfull...atleast tiny bit sensitive to fans who made him. I like sanayas approach of honesty and straight forwardness. Know one is blaming him for doing movies...it's just that he has no clue how much audience loved him...voted for him...prayed for him and we got a rude alert.

Rima..I do not know if u will ever read my post as it is in the 20's pages...but I have to tell this...ditching...looking for greener pastures...backstabbing...all of these happen in this present world...BUT when it comes out in public and when it does come out infront of the very set of souls who made u what u are today ...it will backfire my friend.IF he had indeed chosen films over TV...logically there is nothing wrong in it...but that was not what he said...an actor taking a longish break was news to me...he needs to brush up his PR skills...otherwise the result is known to the whole world...I started watching this show for ASR...and I'm in this forum for ASR too...so it did(does) hurt when I read that he lied...(if he lied).He has his life..it is his decision...I agree with all of that...but u are in entertainment industry...here...u go with the audience...not against them...

I find this post as much a form of hypocrisy as I find the actor, if he had been clear that he is leaving this show because of a movie, and he had been open enough and honest enough to declare it to his fans, then this show would not have died a sudden death.

His personal life and decision is his, but his reasons for leaving this show should be public knowledge, and I for one am glad that Star Plus treated their audience responsible, and sane enough to understanding that he is leaving to further his career in the movies. And it is this reason why the show is shutting down, not some fancy full conspiracy theory that never existed, other than in the mind of a few.

And further more what would the cast members say on national TV. I am angry that this actor is leaving, what would that create?

I am disappointed, not because he wants to move on with his life, but because he lied to his fans. The same fan who made him what he is today. And yes, we also helped in shutting down the show, that INCLUDES you, so don't be a naive now or like an politician, at least own up to our mistake in helping the show shut down.

Tell me this, would you lie to your public, even if you are changing jobs, all he had to do was say, I am leaving for a movie, not state which one, or name the production house/producers, and fans would not have protested and make this show end before its time.

Very very nice post. Loved it. I am not a Barun fan either. I am ARSHI fan and IPKKND fan. I have not in my entire life liked a show so much. I admit, I started to watch this show coz I had liked (not a fan) Barun in BHPH. So when i saw the promo of IPKKND, I thot it might be a decent show as Barun is here. I did not know anything about Sanaya. Before IPK she did not even exist for me. But as the show progressed, I loved ARSHI/SARUN and IPK and it became my life. I made my friends to get glued to this show as well. I became a IF member coz I could'nt get enough of IPK and loved to read the post/spoilers/crooners etc., I was a silent reader/viewer of the forum until this fiasco. Now I have made around 200 posts.

The show was already loosing its charm coz of dumb tracks, then came the open letter issue, then the bomb shell that Barun is leaving. All this made me believe that Barun was being used as a scapegoat here in midst of all this dirty politics.

If PH had come clean from the beginning and gave us good tracks, and if Barun made a decision to leave, I would have honestly supported the PH. But apparently they have proven by giving us those dumb tracks that they are least bothered about the show, and even till today, the last day, Gul has not made any official statements. .

Having said that, as a professional, I feel Barun's is absolutely right if he wants to opt to go higher in his career ladder. He knows what's best for him. We are no body to tell him what he needs to do in his life. If he has 3, 10, 30 movies, good for him. He deserves it too. He is talented and will make it big.

Whenever any person resigns or quits from a job, one who wants to make a career, would never ever say anything bad about their employer. A true professional would not give the reason for quitting as I do not like this job, that's why I'm quitting. They'd always say, I got something better in my life, that's why I'm quitting. I'd definitely not say anything about my previous employer. It's does not sit right with the new employer, who's goning to hire me.

So I feel we should respect him for what he given us until now, and just LET HIM BE. He is definitely a great human being, from what I've been seeing for the past 1.5+ years

What ever his life takes him to, that's his personal life, I care least about it. I have my own issues to deal with.

A person can not play with fan's emotions, he has a right to choose his life but he doesn't have the right to play with fans emotions.

No one asked him to come forward and declare whether he has personal issues or movies which are making him ditch the show. The least thing he could have done is.. Issued a simple statement - "I am leaving the show on my terms, please support my new ventures & kindly do not request for the show to be called off due to my absence". He deserves this to the show which gave him so much fame. Before IPK he was no one, hardly some one recognized him. He got movie offers because of IPK.

I do not curse him or anything but I will not see him in any new venture let it be a movie or a show, the only exception is if he would act with SI. This is me personally boycotting his ventures for playing with my emotions, I have the right to do it.

Rahul, whats the point in doing this when the delusional fans would claim that a gun was put in his head while he was making this statement?

Its a catch twenty two situation. There is no possible solution when a person have crazy, delusional cult-mentality fans who saw controvercies in every freaking interview he gave.

I agree I don't have problem with his films but he should have told the truth instead of telling I don't know
@Rima sorry to say this but now a days I don't agree with you
