A fan from SPL event mentioned that other day that Barun constantly was overawed by the fans' cheering for him. It was like he had totally not expected how much they love him.

These are signs of a person who doesn't crave for fan following and if he does accept it at times it is not without a demur. This is a little strange in the world of show biz but it is what it is.

And when he doesn't crave for adulation of fans he probably doesn't thinks he owes any "honest explanations" to them either.

If there is any honesty to be displayed, he probably thinks it should be toward his work as an actor which he has undoubtedly displayed.

He probably knows that the same fans who would put him on pedestal in good times will one day push him off it in bad times.

N hiding...from whom...?? R they Public figure...?? Ok.. forget it...now tell me any 1 other PH name who share all things, in front of media or viewers... I agree with all that you have said Rima except the lying part. I agree we all have a right to privacy but when you become a public persona you also have some public reponsibility. He was point blank asked if he was leaving for movies and even when StarPlus was saying that he was he denied it and that one step added fuel to the fire that the conspiracy theory people already had blazing. Now, StarPlus was also lying and people as a collective needed to fight even more for this poor man who by the way never asked anyone to fight for him. He didn't need to reveal his contract or negotiations details, all he had to say is that yes it's something I'm looking into instead he said 'no, I'm taking a longish break and I may even come back to IPK2 if the storyline demands it'...which further fueled the PH wrongdoing rumors.

No one person or group is totallly responsible for what has happened, it was a complete hash up between all parties involved whether it was the PH, SP or the fans out to save Barun or the fans out to save Arshi/Sarun and Barun.

Barun Sobti has every right to live his life the way he chooses and I think he is an amzingly talented actor who God willing will achieve every success in his career but he does need to take some responsibility for the show shutting down not because he chose to leave but he chose to remain silent even when he saw what was happening. If Sanaya knew that people were asking for the show to be shut down then Barun must have also known and at that point a proper well thought out statement may have stopped the havoc that has been wreacked and maybe this evening would not have been the last episode of IPKKND.

its always said once u start a work u should complete...

barun-jo bhi hai but atleast he could treat his fan with his presence on the last day of show..bt he dont give a damn...

few days back u talked about business..goodwill is something v.imp

which employee will exist in corporate world who switch over his job every now n then without completing his work..??

Exactly why people are blaming Barun? Braun never asked to end the show and he gave them notice for quitting but SP and PH never handed this situation like this so they dont know what to do.

I always love Barun and Sanaya. they are the best.
