I am logging in after a very long time.. I have not seen any of the episodes for over 2 weeks so am unable to comment much on the show.. However, I read some of the posts on this forum to learn that BS is taking a very, very, long, long break 😃 In short he is insinuating he is quitting.... Finally from the horses mouth... 

I heard his interview with BBC, to me he sounds like a petulant child... what is he complaining about? The PH did not point a gun to his head.. all he said was I need a break... from his interview he sounded a very bored, boring guy... for every question he says "what", or "I have no idea".. It was clear Barun had a tough time following the British Accent.. 😃 The funny part was when Raj requested to say Hi to Namrata he went Namrata hi and repeated the same sounding much like a parrot 😆 Basically he was not in a mood to do the interview but must have given it at the behest of SP.. but he sure sounded bored, uninterested and tired.. 😃 

Sure everyone needs holidays and take time off to prevent burn out... Perhaps it is time that the industry takes a good look at the work ethics, perhaps like others they should have 37.5 or 40 hour weeks.. ?

Something tells me that as soon as BS quits we will be hearing some very interesting news.. 😉

So I wasn't the olny one who thought he sounded bored!

When I read the WU people were talking like as if he was having a mini break down. And I thought I was hearing the wrong interview.

As for the long working hours - as long Indian TV produces shows 5 days a weeks with a report card every Wednesday, nothing will ever be worthwhile to watch.

Quality of work seems to be an alien concept to our soap makers.
