There was no "oh god is this possible", type of doubtful reaction from Arnav what so ever when he realized that Khushi had done a DNA test to find out whether he was Aarav's father or not. This itself proves that though Sheetal may have been Arnav's ex girlfriend they had never gone all the way (never had sex). He indirectly even told Khushi this. And if the spoiler is true then the fact that Sheetal told Khushi not tell Arnav about Aarav being his son proves that she doesn't want him to know as Arnav is the only other person who knows Aarav cannot be his son and he doesn't need a DNA test to prove that

I agree ASR cannot be his dad how come it is possible when he was the boyfriend of lavanya he did not have any physical relation with her he could have done anything lavanya also tried a lot to seduce him but he was ASR so how could ASR do with sheetal , sheetal is just. faking all this drama for sure I hate sheetal
