But then these things cant be overlooked, Somebody needs to voice it...

i always supported cv's never bashed them,but not this time,...they surely showed how unprofessional they are..ok,i believe for a second they done it out of displeasure with fans..but what about their rude replies to the loyal fans who were posting their ideas and literally pleading them..these people are a bunch of toddlers when it comes to pr skills...

Where your post is appreciated, I have to ask, if you know the fandom of this show and you know the demographic, it is seriously diverse!. You will get seriously varied opinions, why don't you just ignore them?

I find this a little degrading, because there are some very talented writers on this forum who take out their time each evening to decipher the episodes and de-layer it. AND have been positive through some seriously mind numbing tracks and kept it together for a lot of the forum because of their analysis and positivity.

So to go around having outburts like this and then justifying them is being disrespectful to those fans and writers who actually portray the episodes much better than the PH can some days, because execution has been a big problem.

The one thing that riled me up was the 'open letter to viewers' where the PH wrote that the story has run its full course and there is not much left to the show, they need new ideas to keep it running. Now how do you expect fans to react when they read something like this?

Trust me i have pondered over this subject so many f***ing times and have actually come to accept atleast Khushi's CHANGE in characterisation (definitely not the same from pre-February) but ASR, I'm sorry I don't buy that. We are ready to accept comedy, no romance for 5 bloody weeks and what not but this shit-al track and then the PH complaining that they've tried enough, in a sense 'dekhna hai toh dekho' is just too much IMO. Yes we over-react and spread negativity, and yes this could lead to the doom of IPK but honestly, were we the ones that stretched the story longer than it was supposed to run? Were we the ones that compromised during December 2011 comedy track, DKS track and letting Mr. Sobti off for 45 days? No na!

As far as i remember cooking competition and pickle making was supported by the TRP audience, not its online fans (atleast those of the couple anyway) and these shows have loyal audiences who will watch anything if told with confidence and with lots of drama. If 4Lions wants a loyal fanbase who will support the show no matter what i think they should venture into soap operas and social issue shows, not love stories coz like you've said countless times, it takes the effort of a lot of people to make a show.

Please do not tell me this isn't a business venture (not denying it isn't more than that for them), once a product has had its full run either it goes into cessation or renewal. IPK has matured and had a good run, agreed but if this is how they renew their product then I'm sorry audiences won't buy that (and haven't if we go by 4Lions latest 'open letter to viewers')

Finally I just want to say that no-one's denying what the PH has given us, but the product they are selling today is not of the standard they have maintained till date and this primarily why there is so much negativity spreading. Some level of negativity was always there from the beginning of the show right till end of Shyam revelation which was mid october, that didn't get the show closed but there's got to be a reason for the recent rise in negativity. I do not think singular internet fans could lead to the closure of a show but that's my opinion, TRP verdict should clear it all that's if the makers want to keep the show till then.

Here are my two cents

1)Criticism and appreciation is a part of showbiz. You can scour through the forum for any show-you will see posts of both kinds.Similarily every movie even ones critically acclaimed get mixed viewer reviews. The points is that every PH has to learn to handle the criticism and other behind the scene problems that come with it. Almost all other shows have been plagued by similar problems-actors dropping out, tracks not being appreciated, behind the scene wheeling and dealing with channel, trp issues, viewers plastering channel and PH with petitions ...etc , however I have not seen similar coverage of those issues in news as I have seen on this show and the PH is partly responsible for it. Unfortunately everything I have seen seems to point that this PH starts to crumble under pressure I might be wrong but that is the general perception and in this business perception is more important that the truth.

2)Posts do not accurately reflect the thought process of writer and are often open to the interpretation of reader. The PH should be very well aware by now that thier sarcasm is not well received given this is not the first fiasco. I fail to see why they need to reflect attitude in thier posts on public forum. I am sorry but no PH has the luxury of lashing back at viewers...it is unfair but true. A little hint of humility goes a long way to pacify the irate viewers.

3)You are right when you stated that they need not interact with the viewers, that is not thier job but in today's world that kind of communication gives you an edge. It is however PH's call if they want to have that edge or not. If they do decide to open that communication channel then they have to do it right...there is no excuse for making a mess there because it harms them more than benefitting them.

4)I believe that the message was posted with correct intentions but it was worded very badly. On first read it came out non commital, rude and sarcastic. The fact is that the show has had execution slips in last 6 months...the viewers are already frustated, a post like that adds fuel to the fire. Other PH have also asked for tracks or viewer feedback in past. They have worded it in a way that made viewers feel a part of thier universe and appreciated. Why can't this PH do the same?

Now instead of posting what they did, if they had posted a message that started by thanking viewers for sticking around with them through thick and thin and a sincere promise to continue to work hard to meet thier expectations and ended with an invitation to suggest future tracks or vote for one of the five listed tracks... the forum would be drowning in positivity. All the past slips would be forgotten.

5) I understand that this show is better than many others but that does not mean that there is no potential for further improvement. The idea is to listen to viewer feedback, drown the unnecessary noise and make improvements wherever possible.

When loyal viewers can appreciate baby growing, pickle making and cooking competition, why is it that viewers here have problems with anything and everything that is shown?

Its b'coz they do everything with sincerity while you ppl don't. No continuity of story. Anjali is shown all happy & gay after such revelations. Khushi's character is unrelatable.

& One more thing understand ur customer base. IPK's customer base is very different from these saas bahu soaps so make the show accordingly.

No one is asking you to believe that all is well...has the track finished? Why are people over speculating ASR is being shown indifferent for a reason hold on the trak will unfold and take a high point from Tom.

exactly gopibahu's story is meant to be like that always..they never deviated from character sketches or basic plot..but what about ipk?i can't close my eyes and support blindly when truth is right infront of my eyes

When something wrong happens it is a habit to blame writers and PH
The show is a combo of Hugh team... Mess could be made by any one

PH tries to connect with fans... Fans bombarded them with negativity.. Here is not necessary that Arhi fans are spreading negativity.. But IPKKND has enemies as well.. Who wait for opportunities and do not leave even 1 chance to spread panic and negativity...

At the end this is just a show... The baby of PH... If a mom hits her child no one in the world has to right to question her
Another point why will 4 lions kill SP show for zee?? When SP is aware of the show fan base and popularity... Why will they kill established show for a new one???

Regarding BARUN... He is grown up and brainy... Hopefully knows what impact his decision will make... So let's hope hes matured enough

Last point

Believe it or not some even fans are responsible for messes that happens
