The point is, many fans who are sticking to the show made an effort to like these track...people, including me gave the cvs a chance but so far it hasn't impressed most of us.

The whole prelude to the DNA test should have been more logical. IPK has dealt with things in a light hearted manner in the past but logic was also maintained. Aarav is similar to Arnav, this has been shown in the most ridiculous way, in fact it has been shoved down our throat.

The lack of interest in evident. I don't think the producers have even made an effort to hide it.

Look there are ups an downs in every show..like I said...sit through the slot of 6 to 11 with SP u will know why IPK clicks...also, why does everything reaches the producers..what u know about the dynamics behind thee camera...u get the onscreen stuff, talk bout that...lemme tell u sweet heart this is the only PH which accomidates the fans choices, and the actors needs I guess that is y we Re paying the price of being nice...

The changes have happened the track will click...also, aren't we allowed a breather once in a while..

Look we can go on and on...we can politely agree to disagree..like I said..if u have problem with this track u will have some other problem with the others as well...

And there is no lack of interest coz we KNIW how much this show has given to the team better than anyone else...so I suggest let's stop the discussion here..we won't be able to convince each other.

If u are so unhappy..u might as well chose to opt out..or petition...For something to end

coz the same thing being discussed again n again actually gets on to everyone...

The show is full of inconsistency now and the cvs have altered both Arnav and Khushi to suit the track, which is not acceptable to many fans.

But the spoilers are a far cry from our expectations...I feel we are heading the OTT comedy way and once again Khushi will be made to look lowly in Shital s presence...its sad...

They hv forgotten the wonderful selfless but also sensible and strong minded character ...Khushi...they created...and who we all loved...

Test of time... that's exactly what I am saying - their love withstood the test, they brought time back!!! What could be a greater test than that of death? He nearly lost her during the kidnapping!!! We all know what death means! They have ridden the tide so to bring in a low, level emotion like jealousy is debasing their love.

Of course, day to day life is not rosy, I agree with that. And I am not saying to keep showing romance only (although that would be great!) But to show day to day life, the CVs could have used the existing cast (like the TM suggested) which is what the show WAS all about.
As for watching with families - so what are you trying to tell me that it is OK to show or suggest pre-marital sex, out of wedlock children - the english word for that is bas***d - immature, idiotic behavior of a supposedly mature (remember she came to teach "sanskar" to La because she was mature and understanding!) woman who is a wife, in essence showing this is the way to face our problems (! - day to day life, right??) a husband treating a wife with irritation and looking upon her as a habit, a husband ogling his ex - this is what we want to show families??????? Sorry, but my priorities don't match yours.

Which show is perfect ...sit through 6:30 to 11:00 pm one day on SP and judge for urself..why IPK clicks?????is it only the lead pair?????u will get ur answers..even better give the other shows a few months and see for urself what happens...

Actually, I don't live in India, I'm not Indian and I don't speak Hindi (although I'm learning a few words/phrases due to IPKKND.) I don't watch any TV at all, (I watch a lot of Hollywood movies) so watching SP or any other shows is out for me. In any case, I have no interest in any TV shows, Indian or otherwise.
But let me ask you a question here, do you tune into IPKKND for the (h)mistrionics of Mami, or perhaps the sagity of Nani, maybe the antics of NK, or to spot Payal/Akash. Probably to hear the gratings of Buaji or to watch with pity the demise of Shashi and the inconsequential harborings of Garima? Or as of recent, is it to watch the interactions between Arnav/Sheetal/Aarav?? Tell me the truth here? I know I tuned in ONLY for ArShi and everyone else if they were there or not was irrelevant to me, The way the entire cast USED to be portrayed to play the roles they did AROUND ArShi was fine with me. When they changed the dynamics and the leads became sides, the love story changed... that was NOT OK with me. And now the intact cocoon has been broken. That is DEFINITELY NOT OK with me. The fact remains, this is not the story of star crossed lovers. It has become just any run of the mill B grade drama. The uniqueness is gone.

He judged her character with Shyam but is this making him any less here than a characterless man? Khushi never show any concern for Shyam infront of his face Khushi never give Shyam any eye lock like he's giving Shit-all. God he never show this much concern for Lavanya.

Tell me something is this the same ASR that went through a horrible past because of what his father did to his mother? Also he didn't look happy when Mami was taking about Sheetal marriage.

If you think about it, there is not much similarity between ASR and Aarav. The only thing similar he did was to say 'what the' and he said it only in front of Khushi.

He is grumpy, he doesn't like to eat, he thinks playing with dolls in silly, there are many kids out there who are like that.

Having toast and juice, watching football can't be such a huge thing. They are just forcing this similarity on us and on Khushi. sigh.

I am not understanding this Sheetal at all and this Arnav-Sheetal track isn't working for me at all.

Baffles the mind how Arnav and Kushi are being made to behave in front of Sheetal. It is being made to look like his "meant nothing" was a lie and he's ogling at her, looking at her the way he used to look at Kushi - which he doesn't any more. Treats her more like an amusing, irritating habit to be tolerated. Hardly the newly wed husband who claims to love his wife more than life itself!!! Like I said the characters have changed completely. Because whatever else ASR was, he had the integrity in his steadfastness. And the ASR of yesteryear, after proclaiming his undying love for her, WOULD NEVER EVER treat Kushi the way the ASR of today is. The ASR of yesteryear would NEVER EVER ogle at his ex. The ASR of yesteryear...

If the cvs have indeed changed the track only after the response they got after first 2-3 episodes, then I don't know what to say.

We learned from reliable sources earlier last week that the track received a 50-50 response. If they changed the track after getting 50% negative response, then it is just sad.

I am beginning to think if this was planned this way from the beginning and it was just us who had high hopes from this track.

I so agree with you. I really don't know what's the purpose of this track. Whatever it is, the execution is terrible. I was hoping, in this track we will eventually see some growth in khushi's character and we will see a mature Khushi. How wrong I was! I haven't watched the last two episodes. This is the first time I am skipping ipk episodes. For me, the story sort of ended with the remarriage. I am not exactly sure what they are trying to show now. The part that pains me the most is they are butchering both ASR's and Khushi's character.

The CVs keep on changing their tracks continuously. That's the part that frustrates me the most. They start a track, see the audiences reaction, then either discard it or change it midway. I once wrote it kernel's post, if you just keep on giving fans what they want, instead of sticking to your original vision, it will get you nowhere. I think that's where they are now. In no man's land. On top of that I think they now have completely lost their interest in the serial.
