How can Arnav not know?

I just rewatched the poolside conversation. How can Arnav not realize what Khushi is trying to ask him? At one point he asks her "Khushi what are you really asking me?" And she says "nothing". And he holds her arm and says "what?" Khushi actually closes her eyes here because its so difficult for her to look at him and speak her mind. Which she has never done before. Khushi always looks him straight in the eye during there conversations.

How can Arnav not see how stressed out she was? How something is really disturbing her? And most importantly what she's trying to say.

I have a feeling that Arnav has slept with Sheetal but the kid is not his. Otherwise how can Sheetal ever even think of pining her child on Arnav?

I just feel so bad for Khushi. My heart was breaking seeing her in the closet. She has nobody to talk to.

I know Arnav has been very honest with her about Sheetal and he was upset that Khushi invited her to stay. I just wish he would be completely open about the relationship without Khushi having to question him everyday.

No he never slept wid her othrwise he wuld also hav a doubt abt d kid being his lukin at d similarities.

Khushi asks him if he has eaten jalebi's with Sheetalji and LOL he replies, crazy woman, i only do that with you, and hugs her, which gives us a hint that he is saying he has only done it with her, LOL, that is what i am thinking.

i dont think Arnav slept with sheetal, and sheetal does not want to point arnav at the kids father.

I don't agree that arnav slept with sheetal ... i don't hav a prob even if he does...he is the ASR but i felt very bad for khushi when she was all alone in the closet...no one to talk with her... :-( i think she got used to talk to herself since childhood after her parents death... :-(

If the cv's show that Arnav knows what Khushi is getting at, then they will have to make him reply either yes or no. And since it's very likely a no, they cannot let hims say that as that will bring a full stop to this sheetal-aarav track! 😆

Pretty dense of Arnav not to realize - or maybe he is trying to throw wool over innocent and shy Khushi's eyes, knowing she'll never be able to frame the question ? 😕😕😕

I think Arnav was pulling Khushi's leg (just like CVs are pulling ours by extending this saga). 😊

I guess the Cvs don't want us to know yet...
