And that is the reason Khushi is more unique to him,even after he insisted to call him Arnav she is still calling him Arnavji...it has a certain charm,but I would definitely like to hear from Khushi saying Arnav in their bedroom...😉

Sheetal and Arnav were classmates (assuming in Harvard) so obviously she'll call him Arnav and Khushi has always called him Arnavji from the time they met.
