We all know that arnav was didn't believe in love
and he did not allowed any one to touch him physically even when lavana was his girl friend he didn't went close to her she was only come near to him
when khushi entered his life and his feeling started change but he didn't accepted that very easily
remembered diwai almost kiss when he was realize that what was he doing he felt guilty
so i don't think so that he have any affair with an other girl
may be new entry of women was interested in asr but arnav refused now she again come back with her new pan
