For me posts are not about the characters alone

It is about right and wrong

Sensitivity versus insensitivity

Posts like Khushi should be slapped

Arnav should have sex with someone else

And Lavanya should be brought back to teach a lesson

Shows how appalling cruelty to a girl can be, even if it is fictional

A guy can slip multiple times

Even have a live in relationship with a girl

But he is forgiven and everything is forgotten the moment he changes even if he has been downright cruel

The fact he has changed does not erase the past

Similarly the girl also has a past

She suffered endlessly

She makes a few mistakes and that too out of love

And she receives such comments

Am I a feminist? No

I am a humanist and I am appalled about the cruelty of girls to girls even if it is fiction

Shows hypocriciy and double standards at its heights

Ill admit that for the first time I was also dissapointed in khushi yesterday but such posts are heights of insensitivity and crass behaviour. I can't believe that people actually have such vicious ideas in their minds and that too for a fictional character. God knows what will happen if ever any of it turned into reality

Ye hai ipkknd forum meri jaan ,yahan sab kuch chalta hai. Agree with your post Rima. If i do some funny things which embarrases my hubby in front of others then he shall bed some other woman .Really? Grotesque yaar. then it must apply to me also ,whenever i have a tiff with my hubby, i shall look for someone else to please me. What kind of reasoning is that?
