The exceptions are few and far between. From personal experience, the only decent looking teenage guys have ugly personalities.

The worse they look in their teenage years, the better they'll look later... sometimes. Unless you're my cousin - he was the most adorable little kid ever, and now he's my age and ugly. There's no going back for him now...
