Appreciation Thread:
Tant: Through the week that was... yours is the only post I read and only because that is the amount of time I had... it was like a warm blanket being put on me on a cold night... your analysis( I know you don't like taking this sort of praise, but dammit u must) is the guiding light for all that follows... it gives us direction and enlightens our path not to mention enriches our understanding of everything IPKKND. Thank you for taking the time hon, and welcome back...
Nia:
I have always enjoyed reading you... but today especially... I felt like you are a barati in the ultimate wedding in television... your entire post was amazing but your scene stealers section really took the cake... the fact that there was 13 of them really has something to say about the show yesterday. But this para
"What I loved most was that uhm... there was a slight Khushification of Arnav... in a good way, obviously! The Khushification of Arnav was Arnav moving on in life despite a setback. The Khushification was also laid in his decision of absolving Garima for her deeds in the past, it lay in the way he focussed only on his/their love without dragging her family into the scars of his past, it was set in his decision to keep faith, trust, and belief in their love, to look forward hopefully, to be together... hameshaa! 😳
was so good... that I fully 😭. I'm a little over emotional today I think... keep up the good work
Sandhya (mommamia):
Why do you push me to write everyday when you yourself are one of the very best on this thread? WHY!!!! You threatnen, everyone knows how afraid I am of the cyber danda... you coerce... you cajole or gentle nudge... but why don't U write everyday????? why I ask... not that all fires are off at work I expect you to be more active here... got it... by the by the last line of your post.
Now what ever it is we will not view Arnav or Khushi. It will be Arnav AND Khushi.
Was poetry in motion... doesn't it feel like we are season 2 of this show... muahh meri behena... without you I would be nothing...
KOEL (sunshine99):
OK its taking every ounce of restrain from me not to copy and paste your entire post on this thread... ever word beautifully written, is dipped in sound logic and love for the character that is ASR... for me it was a beautiful end to season 1... all that was before they got married and quite frankly there is fear edging in... is this going to be cliched route... but the CV's always exceed my expectations and so I'm keeping the faith...
A love story is not always a fairy tale that ends at the happily ever after note or a tragedy that sees an end with lovers pining forever...
It can still be unique and refreshing if it retains the middle path of differences and unity with intelligent story telling... because then it will be close to a love story that we live everyday in real life with it's trials and joys... and I would for one welcome this soch nayi...
End Note:
ASR has seen a growth in his character with the enriching life experiences.. can we please have the same for Khushiji too.. so that she does not end up doing things which makes us say in exasperation... kuch aur ab na karna.. kuch aur ab na kehna...
Every great love story always end with one or the other... but I would really like to see the adjustment of actually living together of Arnav and Khushi as you poined out... and the growing up of Khushi is very VERY necessary... because she is the one that yoyo's the most...
Thank you Koel for your beautiful words they are by far the sensible yet with a hint of dreamy, real with a hint of fantasy... a style of writing that is so uniquely yours...Muah maza aah gaya...
