Shilpa...i think his movie is releasing in Jan/Feb 2013..

U see any news of BS sells like hot cake..so all they have to do drag his name in any article and there will be millions of crazy fangirls bambarding their website/article😆😉

that is my POV...

i do not think he will quit the show even before knowing what is the BOX OFFICE verdict of his movie...yes he might take leave in Dec again for promoting his movie. Why would Star Plus sponsor his uk trip if he has plans to quit...

Don't know about any spoiler, but forget about all the news. Logically speaking, he cannot afford to quit the show. Reasons..

1. He is the lead. And the show draws audience because of him as one point. Story, Sanaya, other things being other points.
2. PH knows about the crowd going gaga over him. So, if he wants more money, they will definitely give it to him.
3. It is ASR character that made him famous. Otherwise, in Baat hamari pakki hai, he is just another ordinary soap actor. Nothing major.
4. His acting is very good, but there are lot of good actors without work in bollywood.
5. His movie has not yet released and until then nobody knows how successful he will be in bollywood.
6. He is good looking, but there are lot more good looking, can dance well, can act well guys out there who couldn't make it in bollywood.
7. If he is thinking of leaving for another show as another lead, think again. It will take some time for him to get out of this ASR character and until then, nobody will hire him. That is the main drawback of soap characters. Longer and stronger the character, harder it is get out of that image.

In a practical, reasonable, logical view, if he quits the show, he is making a big mistake in regards to his career.

If Barun quits it is the end of IPK. Nobody will accept any other actor as ASR. IPK is not like other shows. It stands on Sarun's shoulders. The TRP is above 2 just because of their chemistry.

@ Divs, you have point. Although I am worried too, there is really no point is discussing so much.

@ Sarika - He went to Delhi. His family lives there...and Karan Wahi also tweeted that his sister got engaged...so may have went there too. After all they are childhood friends.
