Why ASR? Why not Khushi?

what I would hate is if they show Arnav returning tomorrow and with anger blazing in his eyes, slanders Garima and then turn towards Khushi to start marriage pheres. If that happens Khushi is not going to agree to marry him. Not after her defence of her mother today.

Maybe Arnav will ask her to choose between her mother or him and she would ofcourse be choosing Garima. Now in that case I wouldn't mind her picking up the point about his dad cheating on her mother.

I don't want to weigh the losses to see which is more or less. I guess Arnav would feel his loss to be greater and maybe Garima might feel hers is.. we don't know.

But I just felt that Khushi too might get hurt knowing that Arnav's dad caused problems for her mother just like Arnav is hurt upon hearing that Khushi's mother was the cause of the tragedy in his life...

Khushi has two good reasons not to marry ASR...
Shyam and Arnav's father... both the same... Actually Arnav's father is the culprit. And ofcourse the blinded dadi.

Exactly!! It shouldn't be upon only Arnav to decide whether he wants to marry Khushi after this. Because it works both ways... and Khushi too has suffered in this (because of Shyam) and her mother as well (because of Arnav's dad).

I think it would be nice if both Arnav and Khushi discuss this issue and realise that the past has affected both their families and they jointly decide to go ahead with the marriage despite everything...

@bold: That is a good question!! Yes, Khushi should ask them whether she would have believed even if Garima told the truth. Anjali did not have any right to question because when she was told the truth about her husband she decided to brush it all away as a misunderstanding...

@bold: If that happens, then Khushi should definitely point out that she too can blame him for his father's fault if she wanted to...

Yes, she may not think this way...

But I think there is a possibility that she might have to decide on whom to defend/ support - her mom or Arnav.

That is true..

But the thing is even though her mum was cheated, his mum is dead because of the situation. His case is more extreme than hers.

Besides Khushi wouldn't think like that. Yes she may feel hurt for her mum but she wouldn't stop the wedding because of it. I don't think she would judge Arnav by his dad's actions, she's not unfair like that.
