I completely agree, show a strong woman of this century, who doesn't need Arnav as much as he needs her. Relate to Sita only the aspect of strong woman , who chose her destiny and not let the so called king and the citizens choose it for her.

Khushi , if humiliated in the future, will rise above all this as a confident woman, BUT WHY?

Can't she get what she wants , Arnav backs her in every step of the way. This would relate to today's world and woman's position in it.

A person who brings smile to my lips when I see your question section. So you are according to your name - lovely name you have got.

Women are never spared - that is part of the culture and battle of distinct era. The society can claim to change but the progress is limited.

Whatever happened between them today, was it needed to do? They are marrying the next day - they cannot wait for day?

Whether you are crossing the signal in orange or red is not the question - why you crossed the signal when it is not in green is the question?

So, when the time comes - the blame comes of the lady and she has to go through the grind as she crossed the threshold. Again, do not think it is a gender discrimination - No, No. because we should be strong enough to handle the wrath of the society.

I hope Khushi developed that thick skin.

Just wanted to share...

A renowned author (Nabaneeta Dev Sen) has a story where the Patal pravesh of Vaidehi was actually a silent mechanism that Ram had had secretly built under the floor of his Raaj sabha to ensure Sita did drop down.

Sita had this tendency of threatening Ram with patal pravesh (dharti phat kyun nehi jaati main ussme sama kyun nehi jata type). Its said she had threatened him much during their Jungle mein mangal days and Ram was ready to use it to his advantage some day.

Kind of a longish RES. But as I said...please bear with me till I see the epi.
