Nisha your post made me nostalgic...How I wish those days could come back again...!! Sigh!!

You know what would be my opinion on this issue.!! So yeah, I sincerely hope there could be a way to bring him back...Can a petition help us?

The script and story at LM time was so different with lot of intensity and magic.I just miss those days.

LNMDJ went off air cos it could never garner up enough numbers, agree. It had good story, great performances and memorable scenes. Each lead pair catered to a different set of audience and were appreciated.

I never watched DMG so have no clue, my friends who did watch it used to love it and quote lots of good moments from the show.

Now TM has praised the two specific scenes that Arshad directed, so obviously the guy is talented.

The show was much different then, the PH believed in its story and hence the conviction shown unlike the present where no one has any clue where it is headed.

LM AND Arshad Khan co-created the magic.

The only reason I responded was couple of the scenes that were included in the main post were directed by Arshad.

Lalit Mohanji was a perfectionist...it is for all to be seen...the past scenes of IPKKND are no comparison to the current ones...Exactly the scene where ASR looks at his injured palm after the guest house scene is memorable...(no barechested ASR there) yet there was magic in that scene. The diwali scenes where ASR walks his fingers on Khushi's foot...that touch is enthralling and magical...Lalit Sir tussi great ho...please come back... No offense to Arshad Khan...but there are geniuses and there are directors...and there are amateurs!

I dont wanna repeat the same thing NI coz u have beautifully said all. But InTV industry Producers are powerful and the ultimate boss at the end. In films still Directors have some authority. But in TV its the opposite. I have been a Tv serial freak since class 7. I have analysed them since the amanat days in zeetv till the new shows running now. All these years i havent seen such a change in serial format.
If a serail was family drama, it was family drama til the end. If a serial was Thriller, it was thriller till the end. If a serial was comedy, it was comedy till the end.But This is first time a love story changed in 12 months only to a diffrent story. Many of u here never watched serials passionately before IPKKND but i have been a loyalist of all TV serials since long time since SHANTI days in Doordarshan. I have lived myself with serials and after long time i got to see a show which was diffrent . I fell in love with IPKKND.But iam dissapointed since this few months
Sorry guys u might dislike them but i prefer these producers

Nothing to say more about LM after your post..he is a senior n adroit director...who has a power to bring real portraying from an actor..i would like to say producers lost a gem from ipk project..n until they r getting another LM or start to make again an embellished script for show they will not get back their previous IPK how much they negotiated with someone else!!
