but this scene's meaning is he applied mehedi from khushi's hand..n he perfectly did it..dude, actors had done what director told to do them..try to understand this simple matter..n who knows my be there was more touching scene b/w arhi.. but u will have to understand this is sp not star one so may be it was edited.

Sorry I disagree if he can plant 3 kisses on her, do Teri meri, the shirtless scene at Gupta house then I don't think he has a problem it's not only him that does a scene there are other factors which go along with it!

Ditto...Just watched the epi and seriously he was top notch today..What do they want him to do ? Uff..And yes I guess Barun is also the director of this show..He is blamed for almost every single thing..

nothing like that yaar...take it easy...I too noticed that it might be for his mehendi...I dont find any other reason..why he will not touch her ?? remember when he was all upto impress Khushi after kidnapping...? so many hugs n pulls...he did that perfectly didn't he ? I think u r observing too much...even he didnt notice that like u ! n u said he looked tensed ??? he was happy that he's getting married to his lady love thus his eyes got moist...check it again..if he can kiss her can't he touch her ??

I agree with you..Barun makes a conscious effort not to touch sanaya intimately..partly coz he is a newly AND happily married man n partly coz he is a gentleman who doesn't want to make his costar uncomfortable...both have said on numerous occasions how awkward it is to enact romantically intimate scenes..
Earlier I used to find Sanaya uncomfortable n conscious too..but now she seems absolutely in sync with her character's emotions in these moments..there is no hesitation or holding back on her part for quite some time now..but Barun still seems a little restrained..it is more noticeable now coz the no. of romantic scenes has increased a lot with the story progression...it does take away from the romance n intensity of the scene...but his expressions more than make up for it...
I love Sobti's acting...on one hand this restraint makes me respect him as a person...on the other I find it a tad bit unprofessional..you are an actor who has chosen to play the lead in a passionate romantic serial..I'm sure he knew what he was signing up for...if he had reservations of any kind he shouldn't have taken up such a role..TV is a visual medium..its just a little unfair to the story n the viewers who faithfully follow it...but as I said I understand where he is coming from n I can't help but admire him for it

Dont you think you are judging him way too much ? If the director had asked him to touch her then he would have done that..So please dont say he is unprofessional based on assumptions..He has touched her intimately even during the tere meri scenes..He was also married at that time..Arnav's hand had mehendi and so he couldnt touch her intimately..When he is good people say he is director's actor but its funny how when something goes wrong Barun is entirely blamed.

Exactly! He was married during BHPH and still did way more intimate scenes again did people forget Aane do na? I guess there reply would it was a camera angle kiss. You can never please anyone.

I just wish people would stop bringing his personal life into this. He is an actor and if he is not comfortable with such scenes then why is he acting? Exactly this show is everyones bread and butter and what is he going to get by being conscious during scenes? It's not like he goes upto Arshad and Aman and goes listen this is how I want the scene to be directed and executed, this is how I want it to be edited and this where I want the camera to be positioned.😕

As she said he has done Teri meri twice, Aane do na, diwali almost kiss that shirtless scene during GH so there you all found nothing wrong in him? I mean he is the only flawed one and everyone is a perfectionist there must have been something wrong right?

I feel the same..Specially people are way too judgemental..It would have still made sense if they just commented on his acting but bringing his marriage into everything isnt really necesssary..

Yes, the shirtless scene !..That scene was way more intimate..There were so many intimate scenes..Barun is ASR..ASR is Barun..That is why his one comment that anyone can play ASR's character made everyone hyper not just his fans..This show is famous for the couple..And if people say Barun isnt good at romancing then are they trying to say that chemistry is created by just one lead ?..Today I seriously found nothing wrong with him..Infact his expressions were bang on..

Clearly Chemistry is one sided on this show and he is the most flawed actor while everyone is a PERFECTIONIST.

I thought this flawed actor was very good!😃
