Something wierd with Anjali

I just read a post analyzing Anjalis state of mind. There were some supporting her as she is a good woman who loves and trust her husband. -- I AGREE

Some were bashing her character as she is accusing Arnav of lying and hiding facts when she is doing worse. -- I AGREE

My point of concern is that if the Lady believes that her husband is innocent, then the natural culprit is Khushi, then how can the woman be happy seeing her brother getting engaged with the girl she believes is a home wrecker.

When their are two people making accusations against one another, you have to pick a side, you cannot just go on being lovey-dovey with both of them, the way Anjali is doing. This just is not realistic. But then this is drama, what if it is IPKKND, a show half the population breaths day in and day out, this still is drama.

What says???

You are sooo right.

She hears Khushi accuse Shyam of kidnapping Arnav & trying to kill him, but she is least bothered about it. She NEVER asks Arnav for an explanation. Everything is a big GALATPHAHAMI for her.

Boy, wouldn't researchers love to get hold of her brain!

Well i think when CVs tried to portray Anjali as not liking khushi, anjali started getting all these hate mails n stuff...
so maybe she said she dont want negative roles... or something...
thats y she is 50-50

yeah it is, but I don't think Shyam is brainwashing her against Khushi...I think he is just convincing how all are being misunderstood including Khushi...he is playing double game...one hand, he is just convincing Anjali that he loves oly her and all are misunderstood him...and on the otherside, he tells dadi how Khushi is a homw wrecker and all happening because of her..he is out of the house even he loves Anjali...so Anjali has no problem with hushi as of now...also, it's may be because she is noticing the change in ASR and believes as she should be that it's all because of Khushi...so that's why her weird behavior

Ok I know it's is a complcated situation but this is how I look at her behaviour. She seems to refuse to actually pick a side. The lady is very much psychologically challanged and does not see things as a normal person does.

She's unwilling to come out of her happy bubble and confront or rather pick a side. She's happy being with her husband and she's happy being with her brother and share his joys.

She delibrately shies away from even thinking abut the problem. She wants her husband back and she wants to be with her brother, but she REFUSES to pick a side; as in she doesn't even want to look into the root of the problem because deep down she knows if she delves too much into the problem she'll have to face some kind of ugly truth.

So she's happy being ignorant. She's actually scared to confront the situation.

It's strange I know but people can be delusional and and at times very irrational, and we are talking about Anjali here who also has a dark past, handicapped, had been shletered from reality and pampered like anything.

But Im not sure if it's the best idea to portray such a complex character in a TV show and give justice to it. In a book, we can very well write it down and explain her mentality, but in visual medium it's quite hard to make people realise what's happening because each person can pick out a different meaning.

I would have rather watched a grey/dark anjali completly hating Khushi rather than this complex character whome we have trouble understanding.

Yeah but didnt she hear khushi and Payal say that Shyam lived as their PG and had even got engaged to Khushi. She either believes it or she doesnt. She cannot think of it as a galatfahmi.
