Love is acceptance

When Buaji expresses her wish to tie raksha dhaaga to Arnav and wonders why he can't accept it, Khushi tells her, "You know how much Arnavji loves and respects you all, isn't that enough? If he doesn't want the raksha dhaaga, forcing him is not right, isn't it?" Is this the same sankadevi who tried to force Arnav to follow traditions and used all kinds of tricks to get him to do things? But, love has changed her too and she understands her husband, accepts him unconditionally and respects his wishes. The day she came to know about his mother, she avowed silently that she'll support him always and that's exactly what this lovely wife has been doing. If this isn't love, I don't know what is.

Buaji teases Khushi saying that Arnav is sanki and how he has maha Sanka devi trying to support him. "Bahut ishq karti ho naa" ...any doubts? I just loved how Arnav was behind the door listening to all this comes back for his phone and when she gives him the phone, thanks her. Is it thanks just for the phone? Of course not. It's the thanks for her support, understanding, love and for everything that she's always done and continues to do for him.

Arnav falls more and more in love with his wife each day. He knows how important the rasme are to her, so what does he do? Very simple, finds out what roka is all about. He does this for his Khushi. He also knows how much Buaji respects and loves her daadamji like her own son. So, how can he refuse the raksha dhaaga that she wants to tie? During roka, Arnav gently reminds her of this and is happy with the look of joy on her face. Is he changed in the sense that he feels the need for rasme? Not at all. He's realized how giving into things here and there and doing what makes others happy, especially those who love you, gives you that much more joy. He's definitely accepted the guptas as part of his family. Love is the only thing that the more you give, the more you get back.

Someone told me that when two people get married, it's like the joining of two rivers, huge, isn't it? The families on both sides, their interactions and intermingling is just as important as the joining of the two souls. I just loved how they showed even Akash supporting his in-laws. Now, the guptas have two sons who'll take care of them. Isn't this wonderful?

1) Bolna kya seekh liya, humhe hi chup kara dete hain aaj kal ' Imagine sanka devi being silenced. But she still wants the last word, and says 'Ab chaliye' like a typical wife.😆

2) Sanka devi has become paraya and replaced Salman Khan with her Arnav ji. Poor Salman Khan, feel really sorry for him. Ab aap ka kya hoga Salman ji?😭

3) "Please pinch me, I'm not able to believe you are doing all this" is promptly followed by the husband, how can he reject his wife's request, right?😉

4) Loved how they showed the shift of Arnav from Di (emotional, crying) to Khushi (full of life, fun, love and joy)👏

5) "Aman ji ka phone aa gaya toh" oh Khushi, you really are a piece. Your husband is kissing you and all you can think about is Aman's phone.😆

6) The few kisses of Arnav did have their effect though; Khushi's decided to add Singh Raizada to her name😉

WHAT THE WHAT THE:

1) Shyam is literally living in RM? The way he was watching the video and next moment appeared in the bedroom is proof that he came either from basement or somewhere within the house. Does Anjali know about this?

2) It just gives me the creeps to know that all romantic moments of Arnav and Khushi are being watched by Shyam. I just wish they'd stop with the camera stuff completely.😡

3) What's wrong with these pictures: Just when we are deep into the show, these red banners come up all over the place, distracting us, covering the actor's faces and spoiling the whole affect. We can't even enjoy the show for the 20 minutes that it appears, so what's the whole point? PLEASE REMOVE THESE ADVERTISEMENT BANNERS OR FIND SOME OTHER PLACE FOR THEM.

Two Epic Scenes that stood out for me.

Akash Singh Raizada - Akash immediately diffusing the tension between Dadi & Buaji
and smoothing things over.

This was and always has been Akash Singh Raizada for me. A person who brilliantly and
tactfully diffuses tension by ensuring no one is offended and are pacified at the same
time.

He gave an Explanation to Dadi. I am also the Damaad of Guptaji and it is my call. And
if Daadi'S where is her own Damaad jaap is an indication, she got the message.

He sweetly took Buaji back to the celebrations assuring her in his own way, You don't
worry about Dadi. Bhai is there and so am I.

In the days to come, he will have a crucial role, remember he is the Bharat-Lakshman combo and a fantastic character, use him well.

Arnav-Khushi-Anjali: I might have to just eat my words tomorrow, but the equally Epic
Scene for me was during the celebration, Arnav watches Anjali busy attending to people
and is concerned, wants to go to her and then looks at Khushi dancing happily.

DECIDES and for the first time and chooses Khushi over Anjali.

So, if there was any doubt on who Arnav would chose if ever faced with such a tough
choice, let us just say he will stand by Khushi.

Some pointers:

1. If Akash told Dadi that it was his call and hence the Gupta Parents did not make it
to the function, can we have a call from Garima to Akash as FB expressing her concern about
the stress for Shashiji and also worried about what their presence in the function and
Akash assuring her that he would explain the situation to everyone and asking her not to
worry. He would talk to Arnav and Khushi about it too so they do not feel bad.

You see, as much as I loved what Akash did today, there has to be some scene like the
above that adds credence to what he did Cos Gupta Parents attended all Payash functions and Shashi was in a worse state then.

2. Shyam entering RM without being detected by the security guards or any of the family
memebers is seriously Unbelievable. Unless ofcourse as Bush aka Arhimaniac says they
are infact stone guards, well...

3. I am surprised Khushi is resorting to simple Namsatay...Shouldn't be doing the whole
charan sparsh thing...It is her inlaws. I REMEMBER Payal touching everyone's feet
every time she came to RM for the rituals...So how can such a major thing be
overlooked?

4. Main leads appearance - Why this Kolaveri Di?
Don't push your luck guys...It is a bloody miracle, Barun and Sanaya still manage to look good despite your best efforts to make them look bad.

5. ASR reading up on the rasam and showing interest in following them was a great
touch, him connecting them with their own moments was something we all wanted to
see.

So can we expect...Teej breaking of fast, Dupatta falling on her hand, the kids who
came for Navaratri calling him Jeeju and so on.

6. Promos and Promotions - Shouldn't there be a craze whipped up for the TRP
audience as well as the online audience for the wedding of THE couple of Television
assuming the carefully planted/leaked spoilers are true.

IN those promos, seriously guys keep it romantic, the more you show there will be a problem, the more you are going to turn away audience...Ki iss baar bhi kuch nahin honay waala.

The audience has waited for more than an year for these moments and NOOO
that does not mean Random Rabba veys with TFC (Giny & Johny - please note)...Rather
the cute Conversations and other moments that are being thoroughly welcomed and
cherished by the audience.

7. Di, Dadi & Aman...Good to see the SOH factor is still retained in the show.

8. If NK was around does it mean none of the Raizada functions will be photographed or video-graphed? Just wondering.

Great Episode, hope it just gets better from now on.

Sumi: this is the part I loved best…

"ab hum paraye ho gaye"..She could have done that long time back, when she felt her "dhak-dhak", when she knew that she loves him..Why now then? Because she was waiting for that acceptance, that acknowledgement, that assurance that she is what he wants for life. She has got it now, she knows in her heart what rishta she has with her rajkumar, she is claimed by him! Liked this for what it represented...Even in dreams, her hero, her fantasy is Arnav...and no one else.. And she wants to see him now as she always sees him in her dreams..smiling...and because he is her soul mate, he just does that!! I Loved seeing their smile. It brings such contentment!!

… that she has been waiting for his acceptance.

Divya: wow! Amazing how you brought in the Navarasas! Brilliant!

Supna: Eid Mubarak, meri jaan. You had me laughing with your poem on Dadi. For some reason, I got a picture of Dadi dancing Hrithik Roshan style to "Dhoom Macha le…" in my mind and can't seem to shake it off!

Hmmm…. Samajh lo Supna, samajh lo. Aur hum bhi samajh gaye… you are not at all averse to romance…

Areeba: loved the part about Shyam sitting in the darkness and evading light. Also the part about him watching in black and white, thus missing the colours… i.e. the entire truth.

Shwetha: I am glad that Akash got some dialogues and also took a stand last night… if only to see you so happy. Loved your pointers. Each one of them bang on

Mandy: we have never interacted before, but I have always loved your short and succinct posts.

Koel: your post left me feeling breathless. And yes; "Acha hua hum gir gaye…"
