This actually goes back to another discussion we were having on another thread where I talked about the "lack of management which leads to this kind of hell".See I may be repeating myself but here it is again -- when someone has a story to tell -- they should tell it. This show was not telling a story after the "forced wedding" -- it stalled. They let bad win too much -- for almost a year Shyam won every battle.Khushi was shown more as "bait" than a female leadArnav was away for 40 days after that. When he came back the story was so screwed up there was no moving forward.I dont think those girls would have said "all we want is Rabba Ve" if things moved forward at any point in time between March and end of June -- nothing changed. So, it is normal for the audience to make up their mind on "what entertained them before" -- all of them thought it was Rabba Ve stuff, when in reality, it was the strong and tight script that showed a balanced "FAMILY" story interspersed with some great romance between the lead pair. But when you take the lead pair out for 6 months, well people will make up their own minds on what they want to see.Even now, the problem is again "the stretched out Strong Anti-Hero scenes with the Great Dadi" and the way they wanted to deal with Anjali's problem was "get jealous of Khushi" -- this shows a lack of "power of thinking". If they showed Anjali "wanting to get stronger. The only reason Kushis character worked was because she "wanted to get better" at everything -- including what she did for her family.Anjali in her own way could have been shown as a "fighting person" instead making her a negative character will kill her overall. So, the people asking for things are never at fault -- it is the ones that are not able to find a way to keep those people "wanting more but entertained in the process" that is important. People "wanting" just says that they LOVED what you created.Cheers.
Urrmm thats exactly my point, you just used a better way to explain it. :)
There is always a better way to explain a certain situation.
What people failed to understand is that in IPK world the whole Anjali scene happened in 3 days- she was trying to get a grip on the reality, and they were bombared with hate mails. Plus for a person like Anjali she first needs to come to terms with the situation and only then she can try to be strong like you pointed out. Now that would have happened only if she was given time. There could have been a parallel track showing how she deals with her situation along with Arnav Khushi sorting out their differences.
Well her topic, is to be discussed another time! Because there is wayy too much I've got to say about her.
