I disagree with the first half of your post.

I think that he is perfect in romantic scenes. A lot of people felt that the hug in yesterday's episode wasn't intense enough but I honestly dont think it was meant to be intense!

On Khushi's part, she was in pain after the slap and she missed Arnav... she was feeling helpless & on Arnav's part, he was angry at himself for not being able to stop the slap and he was feeling sad & helpless as well... it was supposed to be a light comforting hug.

As for when they fall on the bed, I honestly dont think he kept his hand up so that he doesn't touch her..😕

His walking is amazing as usual... in yesterday's episode after his confrontation with dadi, the way he walked away was definitely in ASR mode and it was perfect.

He does not look oily and his hair is hot as always.

Im sorry but I disagree with every single word that was in the first half of your post.

I respectfully disagree. Il state the reasons too.

Its not just that im a Barun Sobti fan and i'm blindly defending him. I dont see any reason why all of a sudden he has problems touching sanaya or acting with her. We all know very well the comfort level they show.

Other than that, i think Barun is still bang on with his exressions. And the hugs.

The thing is we are used to seeing the arnav who fears losing khushi. An arnav who is extreme. This armav however is changed. Its not barun, its arnav. That arnav was passionate, extreme. This arnav is light, tender, gentle.

Todays hug was really nice, i didnt feel any problem in that. And even yesterdays was awesome. He was confused, he was devestated, shocked and thats why he didnt hug her tightly. Todays hug was perfect.

This is a gentle lover. He still fears losing khushi but he now knows she loves him, is there for him, he knows she knows he loves her. Things have changed.

Though i agree he does look tired nowadays.

I highly think its how the script demands and not how Barun is these days.

I cant reason out why suddenly he would have problems touching sanaya. They are really friendly, and share no awkwardness.

Due to some posts on the forum, we have just been noticing alot we havent done before.

Reasons:
The suhag ratt scene is missing sexual tension which he could have done better like diwali kiss, also yesterdays and todays hug is a big miss from his side for me.

I am true fan of him, but it doesn't mean i will overlook his mistakes, because i want him a super actor.

Umm, I disagree. 😕

Ofcourse you'll ask for a valid reason.
With the past threatening to come back in Arnav's life, his Dadi annoying him every single moment, the emergence of new feelings in him, the newly found comfort level with Khushi - you cannot except Arnav to be focusing on intense touchy-feely stuff.

This is an emotional phase they're going through. His eyes, face, body language and touch - everything has to be subtle and hesitant right now.
Barun is portraying that perfectly. The intensity has to come later when everything is sorted. Right now, he has to show that Arnav is worn out with the happenings recently.
Arnav's learning how to express correctly, he was never very good at it. He is still hesitant with Khushi's proximity. Barun shows that hesitancy very well.

About the haircut, well - I support you on that. He looks unkempt. But acting cannot be better than what we get. Without being OTT, and any cliched heavy duty dialogues, he is performing in a way that we feel for ASR. Our heart goes out to him.

i think about the romantic scenes and his "touch" i think he is totally in character. ASR IS a rough guy (meant to be) so its only natural of his character to be a little rough?

I am not talking about yesterday's hug i personally loved it. i am talking about his other romantic encounters now a days. I personally didnot like his expression when khushi came running to him in that agra episode

I didnot like his expression in SG

He does look oily dear please dont try and hide the flaws, bring it up they will mend it. Dont be blind please.

I disagree with every single word in your post - disregarding the positive points.

Okay listen:

Right now Arnav is going through different emotions. Therefore, Barun is displaying those and he is doing that like a perfectionist.

I absolutely adore the way he does the romantic scenes. He displays the blend of compassionate and passionate elements with refinement. I am absolutely fond of the way he hugs her - no one can do it better.

From no angle or corner does he look oily. He always looks sparkling.

i completely agree with u...now a days his romantic scenes r v bd especially his hugs secenes...sanaya is doing full justice but barun is not even doing proper hug...the point where story is now everyone wants more natural ,passionate hugs b/c both accepeted their feelings towards eachother but dont know why barun is looking so dull?
