i think u r missing the point here... back then, he character was this forever angry man, who only believes in what he thinks and does only what he deemed right. The attitude of 'I am the king of my world, I care a damn for anything or anybody, except my Di'... He now has evolved, Khushi's love had made him less angry and agitated. He is a changed man.
