Ego or Self respect

It is self respect because Arnav had a few chances after the kidnapping to tell Khushi that he loves her and wants her to remain his wife in all aspects what does he do brings in the contract, however much she loves him Khushi cannot remain at shantibhavan under these circumstances as the contract is running out.

It is ego. When you donot have solid ground to stand on but try to reach the sky it is ego not self respect. She talked out of her foot when she said she will manage.

If she could why the hell did she go back to him the 1st time. If she had the self respect then she should have just gone and managed herself. She had the opportunity.

In this scenario (and only this) Arnav did the right thing by going behind her and paying of the rent coz he considered his duty as SIL, but Khushi was the one who bought this up.

She did it for her ego, "I donot want your help, I will manage" She was pissed that it was done behind her back by Arnav. If Aakash had done this then there would not have been a word said by her.

its her self respect... she was always stigmatized as a gold digger by arnav. and he didn't give her any strong promises and didn't even open up his heart to her except the i love you through phone. so how can she trust him and accept his helps?
