Khushi is someone who put her life in danger to save arnav.Lets accept that anjali clearly does not have it in herself to do something like that, to do whatever khushi did.She would probably just sit on her bed and cry.

How arnav can continue to be insensitive towards the girl who could put herself in danger to save HIM is something I don't understand.He does not need to stop loving his sister in order to acknowledge and respect whatever khushi did for him!

If my brother lied to me because he wanted to spend some time with his girlfriend or his wife I would just laugh it off and be happy for him.I think that is what every good (or atleast a normal) sister would and should do.

For first 1 year, people praised Anjali for being the best sister in the world, but the moment she became a little possessive about Arnav, the same people bashed her, thrashed her, to the level that some doubted if the baby in her womb is really Shyam's or Arnav's. I did argue with a lot of people about Anjali, but the day I saw a post on Arnav Anjali's physical proximity, I gave up.

We tend to get overpossessive about a fictional character.. each one of us try to prove that our favorite is rite, no matter what.. but when we see Anjali being possessive about Arnav, we question about it.. what should I call this? double standard?!?!

I dont say Anjali was right everytime, but everytime she did have a reason for every action of hers. I wont touch on her basic traits, because you people have already explained it beautifully, will just add one little thing...

She was thrown out of sheesh mahal 15 years back, but post her marriage with Shyam, she constructed another mahal and started living there, unaware of everything happening around her.. one fine day her mahal was broken into pieces and she had no clue what went wrong? when? how?

Idally in a situation like this, she would have expected her brother to stand by her, but what she was pretty different... her brother, who had once said she means the world to him had included Khushi too in the same list... He had chosen to believe his wife, who had no proof against her husband... so there came a fear... na pati ka saath hain aur na bhai ka... a fear and insecurity creeped in and everything that followed was a result of it !!

She was suffering and her brother was celebrating Khushi's bday... he lied to her to spend some time with his wife.. so all of a sudden his wife becomes his first priority... Why cant she become is what many asked. ofc she can, but any change will take its own time to sync in.

We can argue about her attitude a hundred odd times, but all I know is, there do exist people like Anjali... and there was nothing unnatural that .was shown in the show. I still hold immense respect for this relationship and its still because of their equation that I am hooked to this show !!

Finally, I have been part of IF from past 7 years, but I have never ever been this disappointed with people anytime before. Many people so blindly love a character here, that it doesnt take even a minute for them to pass a judgement, be it about a cha racter or the actor portraying it. I am just glad about two things:

1. Barun and Sanaya are not part of any social networking websites

2. This forum does have hundreds of people who write sensibly.. argue and fight sensibly. There are Arnav fans and Khushi fans... we fight everyday, but still manage be friends with each other... Hopefully someday our forum stands clean of disturbing posts...
