The CVs are slowly introducing the many ways that she has already donned that skin, . It is her pride that makes her walk into that CEO's office and rip him a new one. It is her pride that makes her destroy his office. I was thinking exactly the same , even the way she walked to his office and the WHAT THE was almost like a role reversal and ASR was totally loving it, and so were we. Is it becoming more of a case like how she used to tell him when he's angry he doesnt use his brain..A pride, that if we look closely, is manifesting itself exactly the way her husband's does. He can see it in her 'what the', in her clearing off the table, in her telling him to not talk when she is speaking ' hence the smirk. He can see how much she is his wife now, she cannot. His ghussa has become part of her and her smile part of him. and aint that the truth!!

He has put his ego aside to accept that he can't live without her (please don't tell me he hasn't, ASR of yore would not be lending a helping hand to someone ripping apart his office). He wants her to put herself and her love for him first, and to accept that being his wife gives her rights, that she is free to accept them, for the rest of her life.

Self imposed? It was imposed by ASR... he is the writer of his fate wonder why he hadn't anticipated her reacting this way.. 😆

I am not talking about the rent issue (such a stupid track)..but the fact that she refused to take it from him when he had offered it (actually paid it) nicely. On several occasions, he asked her what was bothering her and that she could tell him. And yet she refused. In my opinion, he was expecting her to react exactly how she is right now.

The contract blackmail (please shoot me for CVs inserting it at the last minute) was to keep her with him...and I don't think that is the reason she has left. She has left because she wanted to remove herself from a situation that is affecting the siblings' relationship. She is also hoping that the contract will give her the power to do so because then he would have nothing to hold her back because her (their) love and happiness is the last on her list. She knew (and she said so), he wouldn't have let her go otherwise.


Fans see Khushi's act of refusing the rent as her ego rather than as an act of self respect ...I also wonder why she does not stand up for her self respect and dignity elsewhere..

while fans find ASR's ego endearing they find it offensive when displayed by Khushi... wonder why...😃

As i mentioned above, she refused his help and had difficulty asking for it. That is her ego...not self respect. Fans always admire her self respect (her resignation last year - gosh it has been a while). And like Anu pointed out in her post...they reserve the worst of their traits for each other.

Also, ASR has an ego with everyone...she only reserves the best for him😆

CVs may have a plan... but we can only dissect what we are shown currently...

Bottom line, you are right, they could have handled this plot differently rather than showing it as a tussle between the couple..

Sigh...this is the problem my friend. They introduce such half baked plots built on flimsy premises that it is almost impossible to make sense out of it. They haven't even kept the character sketch the same so it is largely left to our interpretation...which varies mostly on the extremes. It shouldn't be so, right?

Love the discussion! We can only hope that the CVs discuss this half as much as we do😃

Everything i have written has at its base that they are in love with each other.
