I'm not a great fan of Naniji. Naniji n her son Mamaji's relation is never realy shown... Let alone establish it. Bt does dat giv me the right to say 'eeeks' with dat green 'sticking tongue out' emoticon, when Naniji hug Mamaji..!

Why would people think it is weird for Anjali to show Arnav the sonography video or talk about her pregnancy?

I have male cousins who are both a lot older than me and a bit younger than me and trust me, we are close enough to discuss anything. When I say anything, I mean it.

But that doesn't mean we are harboring romantic feelings for each other. Our relation is totally platonic and we are like siblings. We respect each other's privacy but that doesn't stop us from asking weird questions or sharing weird things about ourselves.

Though we maintain a respectable distance with each other but if people thought of their innocent hugging as inappropriate, I can't even imagine what they'll say about us cousins. *EW*

People need to recognize the boundaries between reality and fiction ASAP. And seriously need to put a foot down on their imaginations before things go out of hand.

see Khushi hugs her babuji innumerable number of times... Why dont people point at that?
People had said that Arnav tried for a marital rape when he was trying to woo her...
Shyam hugged Khushi.. yet people understood the action and reaction...

Thats what I say, its nothing got to do with Khushi, Arnav, Anjali, HP or Laxmijee or tom dick and harry... its about demeaning the rest to keep your favorite on top...

Wonderful post!

I have always found the anjali-arnav brother sister relationshipe ever to be the best ever shown on TV. Just because the show has entered a phase where that relationship is given almost equal status as ArHi doesnt mean that it will ever change my opinion.

That is the problem with basher's ya noe? They themselves might be pretty close wid dre own brothers and all. But their excessive love or rather need to see ArHi scenes makes them react without thinking.

P.S. Dont bring in actors n cvs please, as I made clear in d main post itself dat, this isnt abt Justifying Arnav Anjali bond.

This post is not to criticise people who dont like that kind of a bond and Arnav Anjali equation n dependance. They r entitled to their opinion.

This post is only against those coments which saw a 'bro sis' relation as illicit/ disgusting etc. Dont confuse these two views.

Nobody is trying to justify anything here, least of all me. And I'm not confused either. If you could PERCEIVE my previous post properly, then you wouldn't say that I'm confused or criticizing someone. I'm addressing exactly what your post says...Henceforth, you really need to be clear about what people say when you start a debate dear😉

Anyway, I'm just trying to tell you that people interpret things as they PERCEIVE. And yes, it should be done in moderation and not go overboard like terming their hug 'cringeworthy' (I've personally not read those comments but am assuming that someone did say that since you made this post to discuss that). But again, people are different and what you may think is a problem of conscience may not seem so to others.

It doesnt even hurt me yaar..Such comments make cringe😆...I mean which century are they living in ? Dont they hug their siblings, parents, friends ? Why do they take everything sexually/romantically ? 🥱 Questioning their relationship like this was just narrow minded..

Sanju, Advice is the cheapest thing , so one can give bhashan...after all,it's free...but in this same forum several labels were 2 given to those who like ASR... teeny boppers, hormonal teens,arselickers to name a few...people did not think that liking a character and supporting is their POV...funny dat no one thought it was passing judgement on others...none those who preach about moral policing raised voice then...but when things are other way around, automatically u become moral police... what ever floats their bloat...
@ TM - Glad u made this topic...I agree that the portrayal by CVs is not something excellent but making such comments won't make us any better...and honestly I don't find anything wrong in hugging or touching cheeks of brother...I do that and we are grown ups...we even pull other's hair for fun... but some people really amaze me

As i now understand, y u took d topic, the other way was dat u were not aware of such bad coments. You didnt knw abt it and cant be blamed.

'the forum had discussd things like Anjali faints coz She wants to be carried by Arnav...to feel his biceps. (not even d actors were spared in dat comments)

another coment was 'is Anjali carrying Arnav's baby'?is dat the zabardast twist..?

These are just samples, the exact lines were worse! Is this what we call 'fun' in d forum?

Thank God, dat u didnt come across such coments... I was unlucky to read dat.
