Arnav rushed out of Khushi's room, trying to figure out from where the scream had come. He quickly brought his wrist to his lips, speaking in to his watch. "We've got a situation here at the hospital," he spoke.

A muffled sound came from the watch and slowly become clear, "Arnav, do you need back up?"

"There's no time, I'm going to take care of it. Just send in the clean up crew," with that said Arnav rushed down the corridor of the hospital. He stopped suddenly, noticing a nurse lying unconscious on the floor. "Sh*t" said Arnav as kneeled down to touch the nurse. He felt a pulse, she was still alive. Arnav spoke in to his watch once more "there's a nurse lying unconscious, I don't have the time to help her out, get someone here." There was no response.

"Damnit!" Arnav yelled, he picked up the nurse and began to walk towards the front desk.

"Put her down, we'll get her," Max's voice boomed in his watch.

"Glad of you to contact me now," Arnav replied angrily, putting the nurse down gently, sitting up on to the floor.

"Don't be snarky! What's happening over there?" Max asked.

"I don't know," Arnav replied "I just found the nurse lying unconscious. I heard a scream, I'm pretty sure it was her."

"Are they there?" Max asked.

"If they are, they're nearby," Arnav replied, as cooly as he could.

"Their going to be searching every damn room to find Khushi, find them and take them down before they get to her" Max said, with a hint of anxiousness in his voice.

"I know," Arnav replied and with that he walked back down the way he had come. He walked back towards Khushi's room, the hallway was eerie and quiet. He stopped at her room, realizing the door was still open just a crack. He stood with his back against the wall and peered in. Much to his relief she was still sitting there, Arnav let out the breath he was holding in. And slowly walked past the door. They hadn't made it to this hallway yet, and Arnav had to make sure they didn't. He quickly walked to the other end of the hallway, and turned left. It was like a cat-mouse game, Arnav raced down every which hallway he could find, occasionally coming back to check on Khushi.

"Arnav, come in, what's going on over there?" Max's voice boomed on his watch once again.

"I'm looking Max, they couldn't have vanished in to thin air" Arnav said, his irritation and anxiousness now rising.

"Well maybe if you-" Max's voice cut off as Arnav turned off the device. He couldn't hear Max's voice at this moment, nor would he risk making any sound. Arnav looked around a couple of more hallways but could find no one, not even a clue of where they had been. Maybe he should just take Khushi out of the hospital now? Yes, that's the best option he thought. So what if Max lost any evidence he could have obtained from these men hunting her, the biggest key to this case was Khushi anyways. Arnav couldn't risk her safety. He ran back through the corridors to the hallway where Khushi's room was situated. He stopped suddenly before entering the hallway. With a few quick movement he stepped back and leaned against a wall.

F**k, this just had to happen! Arnav's thought. At the other end of the hallway was a group of four men, dressed in black from head to toe, carrying guns. A sarcastic thought came to Arnav's mind, you'd think judging from the obviousness of their outfits they wouldn't be so stealthy. Just stop! Concentrate Arnav! Arnav slowly reached in to his suit jacket and pulled the gun attached to his backside. He crept along the wall, and slowly peaked out from behind the wall. The men were still huddled at the other end of the hallway, possibly in discussion with one another. Arnav waited, watching them, and at the opportune moment he jumped across the opening of the hallway to the other side. He had to make his way around and surprise them from the back. But what if they decided to charge the hallway at any point? Shit, shit, shit!

Arnav decided to risk it anyways, racing down the hall and turning right sharply. He reach the end of the other hallway and peaked down the hallway again. The men were still standing there, Arnav breathed a sigh of relief. He judged the distance between them, they were still quite far away, Arnav guessed near ten meters. He had to think quickly.

He stepped from behind his hiding spot behind the wall and yelled "yo boys!" The men turned around abruptly. "Don't you think you should pick on someone your own size...I mean come on, a female nurse?" Arnav continued.

"Who the f**k are you now?" said one of the men, showing Arnav his gun.

"That's a pretty toy, sure you know how to use it?" Arnav asked in a sarcastic tone.

"You son of a-" the man was cut off by the other man.

"Listen kid, if you value your life your life, you'll get out of here," said another man as he raised his gun and pointed it towards Arnav.

"I'm sorry gentlemen, but I can't do that, I'm going to have to arrest you on behalf of the United States government," Arnav said with a smirk on his voice.

The man holding the gun let out a deep laugh "your a cop? Shouldn't try to be a one man show." With that the man pulled the trigger on his gun. The loud shout of the gun echoed down the corridor. Arnav ducked as it hit the wall near him. The men released some more shots, as Arnav began to hear people screaming inside their rooms. Arnav got up and quickly ran down the hall, the men running behind him and shooting. He quickly turned a corner, the distance between them in the start giving him a good lead. Arnav saw an empty room, he quickly walked inside it. He peered from the small window of the room. Finally he saw the men run in to the hallway and come to a halt.

"Split up," a man said in a husky voice "and hunt down that bast*rd!" He then heard the men running down the hallway as one man remained. Arnav swung open the door of the room, and stepped out slowly, the man was about a meter away from him. With a few sudden movements he snaked his arm around the man's neck from the back. The man tried fighting him off but Arnav stuck his gun to his head. "Move and I'll shoot," said Arnav in a cold and emotionless voice. "Give me your gun," Arnav instructed the man. The man pretended to slowly be throwing down his gun, while actually attempting to shoot from behind. Arnav noticed quickly, kicking the gun out of the man's hand with his foot. The gun went flying in front of them.

He then twisted the man's neck with one sudden movement, the man fell to the ground, paralyzed. Arnav stepped over the body of the man and quickly grabbed his gun. "You just couldn't do it the easy way," Arnav whispered under his breath. He the bolted down the hallway.

Racing down the other hallways Arnav searched like a mad man trying to find the rest of the men. He stopped suddenly hearing footsteps behind him, he pulled out his gun and turned around abruptly. He was face to face with one of the men, both of them with their guns raised to each other. "Now how are we going to settle this?" the man asked with a smirk on his face.

"Like this" Arnav said charging at the man so quick, that he didn't have time to shoot. Arnav knocked the man over, his gun dropping to the ground. The man began to wrestle Arnav on the ground. Arnav laid a punch on the side of his jaw, the man crying out in pain.

"Oi!" A voice boomed from the hallway, Arnav and the man looked up, the two other men had come to join them. They pulled out their guns to shoot, the shots went off and and Arnav turned the man and himself to their sides, using them man as a shield for the bullets. The man was shot, his body stopped wriggling in Arnav's hands. Arnav lifted the man an inch of the ground and placed his gun beneath him, and shot both men coming towards him in the legs.

"Ahhh!" both men wailed as they fell back. Arnav then got up and kicked the body of the man he had used as a shield to the side. He took both his guns and went to the other two lying on the floor.

"For your information," He said as his raised his guns to the both mens' legs once more "I'm not a cop." The mens' eyes widened in fear as they try to crawl away.

"Please, don't kill us" one of the men begged.

Arnav smirked, "I wasn't planning to," Arnav replied coldly. With that Arnav turned on his watch and spoke in to it. "We got a clean up job, better send in the crew" he said.

"They're on their way" said the familiar voice of Max "and next time, don't cut me off."

"Next time don't keep disturbing me when I'm on a mission," Arnav retorted. "Anyways I'm going back to the room and taking her out of there," Arnav continued.

"What are you going to do about the blood on your shirt?" Max asked cooly.

"What the?! You were watching me the whole time...way to send in back up" Arnav said, his temperature rising through the roof.

"You said you could do it alone, and anyways I kind of enjoyed the whole show you put on," Max said with a hint of humour in his voice, he chuckled at his own joke.

"I'm glad I could put on quite a show," Arnav replied.
