What she meant was that buaji was not related to Anjali. Like Khushi is not blood related to Payal's buaji.

Na re she means that Shyam is the son of Arnav's mom's buaji ... however the buaji is not a blood relation of Arnav's mom... just like Khushi and her Buaji 😊
