when you're pregnant your joints swell up...bangles may not fit, rings won't fit, some jewelry can suddenly cause rashes coz of your changing hormones...

Your hair changes, it can get thicker or thinner.

And as for being in pain...when one is in pain, people usually become more "extroverted"...most people don't hide away...
