Symbolism .. episode was full of them ( i don't do much of them so dint mention in analysis) ... Khushi always in her enthusiasm spoils the show .. & Arnav then has to come & make it right ... so Khushi being the emotional person was shutting the doors on them .. which Arnav was opening .. to let the relation proceed.

Now for my take : listen to the dialogue before .. he asks her u will come home na .. she says .. have u given me an OPTION .. then they have an intense eye lock .. he wants to say it .. & she desperately wants to hear it ... he wants to tell her u have to come back for me ... his insecurity makes him not say it since he won't be able to handle her rejection ...

She wants the words out of him .. its not coercion its not force .. she wants to stay back for their love to ..she too wants to start a normal married life ( note her expression when buaji tells her Sada Suhaagan raho .. she immediately looks at Arnav ..with a pleading look) ...

When Arnav fails to say it ... She closes the door in finality & frustration

Arnav opens this door for her ... he will say it ... infact he has already said the ILU .. but took the cowards way out of not telling it to her on her face .. which he will do ... so he is opening the doors to START their MARRIED LIFE ...

Now look at the scene immediately on opening of door .. they were conversing like a normal married couple ... & then bang ... nani comes to welcome her with an aarti ki thali .. ( Grah pravesh) ... the door to their marriage has started .. the matriarch has welcomed her ...

Remember when ever u seeing a romantic scene of this couple .. the underlying factor will always be "kyon farak padta hai " .. there will be a challenge & goad always .. thats the basis of their love ...😃
