Episode begins…

Arnav is searching for Anjali at the nursing home. He is about to ask at the reception when he hears someone calling, "Anjali…!" he turns to look for her.

Anjali is walking out of the consultation room, with the concerned doctor following her and calling out her name, which is what Arnav heard.

Arnav runs towards the call. Anjali enters a room, looks like a minor OT of some sort. She is eyeing some sort of instruments.

Arnav meets the doctor and asks her whether she has seen Anjali. D: I saw her going out.

Anjali FBs- Arnav throwing Shyam out, Khushi's speech about the baby.

Anjali picks up a pair of forceps.

Nani quietens her. And prays for both her children

CU: Arnav sees Anjali through the window. Anjali is handling the instruments. Dawning horror on arnav's face.
