Sigh. How I wished to remain happy after first 5 mins of today's episode..but no!
You know, since the past 2 episodes, I had started to find Anjali quite irritating...it was really strange for me, because I love Anjali. I've always loved her..and this sudden dislike towards her had had me perplexed. When I saw her crying bitterly today, holding her womb..only then I felt a pang of sympathy for her...and that too after quite long. And it stayed for seconds and then, whooosh! It was gone!
I wondered why. And I got my answer in your post.
Even though Arnav had declared that Anjali and Khushi are the two most important people in his life, its still Anjali first and Khushi second.
In my opinion, when there are more than one person who hold really important place in your heart and life, you must give them...different places. Unique places. It must not be held on a balance scale to weigh which side is heavier and which is not. It must be affected by situation.
Here, had Arnav told his Di and Nani the complete truth and about how and what exactly Khushi had been through, then this comforting Khushi, flirting with her, running like mad after his Di, begging his Di...wouldn't seem unfair.
It does now because even after claiming something, he is doing something else. Khushi is very simple. She doesn't get all this..and probably never will...but I think Arnav, being the kind of honorable man he is, he should have told everything. Even if Anjali, then, seemed in a state of shock.
One can never say who is MORE important in his/her life- his/her mother or the spouse. It depends upon the situation and how and when you have to give importance to whom. Anjali's wound is fresh, I agree. And, she's not even as strong as Khushi and needs support...but Khushi? Who is there with her? She is the one who had been repeatedly hurt. I feel that if this would go on, she would become numb.
I felt like shaking up Nani. She said-'aise hi Anjali bititya bahut kuch dekhe hai apni zindagi mein' and I felt like saying- 'toh kya khushi ko lollipop mile hain?'
I mean, its SO damn BIASED. No one is thinking that she kept quite for everyone's sake.
The ME promo, though hot, makes me wonder whether Khushi finally learnt that she is second in her husband's life? Or she is again going to goof it up and make herself the sacrificial lamb for Anjali-Arnav?
Or, did Arnav shout at her for messing up with his Di and she got hurt?
Whatever it maybe, I feel that this promo has the ability to give Khushi her due.
