I agree with you to some extent.
1) I agree that that scene, should be only between the two siblings and khushi shouldn't be there. It was unnecessary for her to be there, however, I wont say she was eavesdropping. She obviously knows how strong the bond is between the sibling, and anjali not talking to arnav is making her feel very guilty. She thinks everything is happening because of her. Even though, she only brought out the truth and nothing else.
2) I disagree with you, because khushi was only trying to provide arnav some moral support. I am pretty had arnav been in Khushi's place, he would have done the same thing.
3)I agree with you completely. When nani clearly told her not to go near anjali, she still did. I understand that she just wanted better for anjali, however she should remember that if anjali didnt want to talk to arnav, she would for sure not talk to her. She should have asked someone else to give the food to anjali.
I would say, that khushi holds her self responsible for everything thats happening, thus her behavior.
