CHARACTER SKETCH

Khushi Kumari Gupta age: 20

A girl of dreams and happiness and always puts a smile on every face as she pass on .

She is a fashion designing student in AR fashion engineering institute, Delhi and devotee of devi mayya. very afraid of love syndrome and her parents . she wanted blend modern fashion designs on traditional wears like sarees and popularise chikkan kari work .

Lavanya : age 20 aka la

Best friend of khushi in college she loves khushi so much will do anything for her and she is damn possessive of her . she is a loner and she is millionaire daughter late yash kashyap& additi. Secret box of Khushi .

Samyuktha : age:20 aka sam

Other friend in khushi's gang very supportive of la and khushi and too sweet and can't bear separation from khushi and la.

Payal khanna: age 21

She is the college senior to Khushi and she calls her jiji as she is very close to her .She is daughter of kunal Khanna and gauri Khanna

Gupta family

Shashi Gupta :

Highly principled man very strict and hates love because of his family past

He is a MD of Gupta chain of hotels in Lucknow. He loves Khushi a lot and always see her as the family's asset .

Garima Gupta :

She is a homemaker but educated and always supports her husband's decision.

Madhumati :

aunt of khushi lives in delhi and utters Nandkishore frequently

Kind hearted woman and loves khushi calls her sanka devi.

Malhotra family :

Ravi Malhotra and Priya Malhotra:

Parents of Raj and Yash and very close to Gupta family and owns garments business at lucknow.

Yash Malhotra age 20:

Best friend of Khushi from childhood and goes to same college.

Raj Malhotra age 25:

Presently the C.E.O of Malhotra group of industries.

Raizada family :

Naniji:

Sweet and loving person and grandma of Anjali , arnav and akash loves them a lot

She is tradition believer yet has modern thoughts.

Manorama mami and Manohar mama:

Maternal uncle and aunt of Anjali and Arnav and they love them as their children. parents of Akash.

Anjali raizada: age 26

Independent and mature women and did humanities and sociology. She handles people well especially her brother Arnav (chottey). She is the presently the head of ar fashion engineering institute Delhi and handles AR fashions in Arnav's absence.

Arnav Singh Raizada: age 25

A man of few words who is an MBA in Harvard University, London.

He is ruthless and powerful to make deals a multi tasker, rarely shows emotions and he has a dark past so he doesn't believe in god or existence of love. It is always money for him. He loves his sister very much.

Akash Singh Raizada: age 23

Very shy of girls other than his sister Anjali and he does his masters in fashion designing in AR fashions engineering institute and also works at AR in part time to gain business exposure in real world under ASR.

Shyam Khanna: age 27

Payal's cousin and a leading criminal lawyer in Delhi. He is an orphan and his moves are always fishy.

PART -1

The News

Khushi came home for her winter break from college but she was shocked to find the gupta house was fully decorated and it looked like a bride. she pinched herself to check whether she was dreaming as she was in her Arnav's thoughts and was very happy.

To her utter dismay her father said that she is getting married after two days and it was the surprise they had planned and today was her engagement day. He just hugged her and said he was so happy for her and can't wait to see her as a bride soon. She could not move or react and just made a big O and got shocked. Her mother and buaji rushed to her and got her luggage and pushed it in her bed room. Garima started to talk about the impending engagement and she said Malhotra and Gupta going to be family members finally.

Garima: Ya Khushi u r going to be engaged to Raj at today evening and am so excited and priya as well she will be here any minute to see u. So go and freshen up and get ready dear.

Buaji: Khushi here is ur engagement dress and see it is ur favourite colours pink and green. Ur dad himself purchased it for u.

Garima and buaji went away...

It took nearly 10 minutes to capitalise the news that shocked her to the core. she was stunned and she started to cry and went to her devi maiyya idol started to cry and rant to her and complaining that y she did this to her and plzz maa save me from this disaster.

Hey devimaiyya y it should happen to me????? ...am i that bad and unlucky to be deprived of my dreams ???y me maaa ????she could not understand y her fate is like this??

She saw her engagement dress it was her fav colour but to the controversy once her dad did not think whether this marriage would be her interest and even he did not care to say about this before the engagement day. She cried again and again. She could not think straight and called her best friend lavanya and said everything happened in her house.

lavanya asked did she inform Arnav about this and say him he will solve your problem and i will get payal and sam and will be arriving tonight don't worry dear i will sort them out plzz don't cry ... lavanya,sam and payal are damn worried and they rush to luck now in the next available flight.

At RM,

Anjali: chottey y r u so tensed??? Any deal is not finalised ah..

Arnav: not like that di iam trying a client i am not able to get through the call. Its damn switched off. He is all worked up and restless.

Anjali : ok chottey i am going to temple and pick me up by 6 ok

Arnav: ok di bye

Arnav in his self thoughts.. y do i get the feeling that something is wrong and my intuition is not i have to know what it is ??? let me call aman. He checked with aman too and absolutely it is fine ASR. Ok aman bye
