Part 2

The monsoon rains had suddenly started slashing heavily and therefore the communication to the outer world was cut-off due to network failure. Khushi tried to contact Arnav but she could not get through him. He remained unavailable throughout the day. The flight booked by La got cancelled due to the inconsiderate climate.

They were delayed further by Payal's father whose health became unconditionally worse and Payal had to stay back .They were helpless and could not do anything and they were at the end of their wits.

La was getting highly impatient and restless and annoyed with the rain further. The rain which brought solace to her heart since her parent's death became her worst enemy today. She was cursing the damn rain her so called playmate. She again fell in the hands of the destiny yet again. She resolved herself to be strong for her Khushi and as well as for her, but here she was breaking again .she cried after a long time for her friend and entered the small shrine at her home which was closed since her parents left her.

She cried before Devi maiyya idol and prayed plz save my friend ma don't make me lose her at least. I have already lost my dear ones and not anymore plz... She prayed vehemently.

Khushi's ever effervescent mind became still and she became numb. Her silence prevailed and she was made puppet in the hands of their parents and destiny and the mirror mocked her for her fate and the decorations of the house and all the previous signs stood the witness of her impending doom.

A chill ran down her spine and what if everyone failed to stop this engagement and this thought dreaded her. She became cold. She took a drastic step to stop this for once by finishing off her life.

Several shock waves hit her mind when she thought what would happen to her dad once she takes her life, he has to answer rapid fire questions emitted from everyone and he will face humility before the society. She cannot let down her father even now and her parents had always been very loving and supportive in all her life. She hated herself for even thinking of suicide.

She was never a coward like this and she was always strong and never doubted her parents' decision. They were always right in making plans for her future and well being. Being made her decision she stood up to face the reality. She quickly washed her face and sorted out her state of mind. She became calm and composed.

At RM, Arnav fell unconscious due to his failure of taking his regular medicines for his diabetes he has been skipping his breakfast lately due to his unknown tension. Anjali would chide him daily to have his food but he would leave in pretense of some urgent work and promising he would take at office as usual he would be caught up at work and thus forgetting his food. Today also he has done the same thing he came back home to fetch an important deal file which he left in the morning.

Anjali jolted him to wake him up but he was swooning further, panic stricken she called the family doctor Dr. Saxena. Nani was worried and she was practically choking to watch her chottey lying on the bed still even after putting under medication and Dr. Saxena gave him drips to balance his body glucose level. mama and mami were worried for his negligence towards his health.

The start and the first bend in the story/race is pretty bumpy!!! I am sure U have some surprise in store for us😳😳 But please care for our ARSHI Great going!!! Do update through PM's.. Thanx..
