The story revolves around Anjali and her relationships and their dynamics with Shyam - Arnav and Khushi. She is the central character for everything that is happening is in and around her. ( except that Khushi & arnav got married because of her ) ... but this being a love story i can give u 10 other ways these guys could land up married without the Anjali equation ...

Why is the love story dependent on Anjali ... today the Anjali problem remains unsolved ,.. but the lovers are united in soul right ??? they have come together ( at least in thoughts) despite the Anjali issue hanging on their heads ?

( yaar by the time this serial ends if i don't end up being an editor or a critique .. shame on me 😉)

Anna... There were lot of tracks where anjali did not come into picture.

Payal marriage track initially... then office track... then we had khushi engagement track.. So not all the tracks run of anjali. And being a story it has interweaving everywhere. So she may be a part but not centre everywhere.

Marriage track was soley on anji..see how they accentuated the arnav-anjali bond..!

then again anji took a back seat IMO...

it became a shyam oriented and based track and center was property, not rani sahiba.

See the concept didi ki saut is scrapped and seeing the way story progresses and seeing the audience addiction to arhi, It can never turn that way. IMO

Ohhhk ... so the concern is the story that I deciphered is around Anjali Jha, right??? I read Msin's post which Megha replied in earlier pages, read yours too not Winey's. Couldn't find her ...so, the concern here is msin thinks this is my track and who wants to see 3 different sets in a TV series when ppl have signed up for a "Love Story" right??? First and the foremost this is nt my track and I am not in the brainstorming session with Gautam and Gul. I only see the hints and links and then put the pieces in a circle and make it clear for you all what is exactly going to happen. The same way I did the Fables and layout of Khushi getting shot. It was a month back I guess. Today as I informed Winey that I was replying the PM before coming here, there was one PM asking me Zee News confirmed Khushi getting shot and whether I laid that track or not. I replied her that - yes, I laid the track and it was on May 14th and told her to read that. So, my question is was "Sleeping Beauty" my track??? NO. It was GH's track and may be I helped to close the loop holes; they already have the path but direction is where they always fumble. Hence, NEVER EVER say that this is DOOD's track.

Now, are you all ready to see how I would have make this story??? Read me here now.

when it was last year July, I never did analysis right??? But I said it in Current's thread that Lavanya will have a "Gracious Exit" and it will be Diwali when ASR will realize he is falling in love with Khushi. What happened??? We all know right what happened in Diwali??? This is how I see a storyline when I started watching the promos and the serial from day 1. BUT, BUT, BUT what happened after that??? The serial went DOWN THE DRAIN.

I remember sharing the story of IPK in Tant's thread here before even Redux was born and I started doing analysis and NOW I am CURSING myself why we didn't start REDUX early because then today the story line could have been so much better. You know what I wanted:-

1. Anjali will NEVER be pregnant
2. There will NEVER be a Wedding between Arnav and Khushi
3. When Shyam's truth would come out then Arnav and Khushi will be separated and they would have been the Rivals
4. Arnav and Khushi will be at loggerheads but Khushi will still tolerate and sustain Arnav's hatred because she would be guilty in hiding the truth from him
5. Arnav even though would torture Khushi mentally but would feel the same torture within himself and feel the pain for hurting Khushi
6. They will be separated yet they will be together and they would LON for each other.
7. Shyam will use his games and try to misdirect Arnav and Khushi but will end up bringing them closer
8. The time Anjali would have found out about Khushi and Shyam would be the moment ASR will learn Khushi's innocence
9. Then will be the moment their almost confession but because of Anjali AGAIN they will be separated
10. This time Arnav would have sacrificed his Khushi for his Di and Khushi would have supported him
11. Then when Anjali would have found out Shyam's truth and about to prove Shyam's truth and unite Khushi and Arnav physically, BAAM their Past would have resurfaced.
12. Again the hatred track and their longing
13. This would go on and we would have gotten our "Nafrat paas aane naa de...Mohabbat door jaane na de".
14. Then would have come the time I would end the serial, the last one month I would have shown the Confession (verbal), Wedding, Honeymoon and end with Consummation.

All the viewers wanted Love story, and I would have given them LOVE STORY. Not this DRAMA what is going on.

Now, I could sense even you all read my analysis, NONE have understood it. What does it mean by "Arnav Rekha"??? Yes, even with this Baby Split track, Gautam has again what ever way he have managed to keep the track of separation and once again Khushi and Arnav will jump in to save each other; the only difference is the baby will be the "Driving Factor". Samjhi???

I always say - "Read me carefully" ... Now you all know why??? 😆

Look at the past, we saw Arhi together but even then the story was revolving around Anjali and Payal be it their intial meeting, marriage or the current track. In the future also even though Anjali is the main character, the center, the execution will be such that the story will revolve around Arhi because they are the TRP puller.

If u say the story is about Sisters or siblings ...why is the serial called Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon ... why is the tag line ... Mohabbat door jaane na de ..." ( aaj than gayi yeh likh ilkh ke)

When did the story ever revolve around Anjali at all ... she was the means for Arnav to marry Khushi ( all under the guise of saving my sisters marriage for both)

If this is a love story .. that too of Arnav & Khushi then the central characters of the show are Arnav & Khushi ... the rest are means .. props... support to make these guys meet .. separate ...

Would love to know why u think the stories central characters are the sisters ?

Let me start from the begining:

How did they first meet? - Because of payal's marriage that is when their hate track started...

Why did she come to his house? -- because of anjali -- that is when their love started

After Lavanya, who got them together? --- It was payal, her marriage but that time it was hate + love

Why did Khushi keep the truth of shyam from teh Anjali and Arnav? - because of Anjali's obsessive love...

Why did they marry? - Because of Anjali and Payal (and that time that was no lover who was marrying her, it was only the brother) --- hence began the hate track...

But because the love had bloomed, even though they hated each other they still could not live without each other (thus the tagline) and hence Arnav's guilt after marriage , That time the brother was justified but after the holi confession it was the lover who came into the picture, because before that there was no formal declaration of love. Hence arnav was never sure about kHushi's love. he firmly belived that she loved Shyam but his punishment was only as a brother. If the holi confession would not have happened, then his redemption would not have make sense because the lover never sinned it was the brother who had sinned and he was justified in his action. But now the lover will remorse. because he did not believe her.

At this moment it is the fourth promo playing and now the Nafrat has changed to mohaabat...how the story goes from here will depend on whom Anjali believes, the brother or the husband...

Edited to add: The holi confession also happened because of Anjali as she made kHushi drink the bhanag and the actual also happened becasue of Anjali because she panicked and shyam was forced to make that call
