I will start the analysis today with the quote that I used while opening Redux. As John Austin says ~

"Words are not (except in their own little corner) facts or things; we need therefore to prise them off the world, to hold them apart from and against it, so that we can realize their inadequacies and arbitrariness, and can re-look at the world without blinkers".

Today when I watched the episode, it took me to an elusive world. The first thing that came to my mind was illusion. To be very honest, I was for a moment taken aback with some of the scenes and today was one of the episodes that showed how tight and interwoven a scriptwriting can be. Even for a regular audience today's episode was a treat to watch. Every scene was nicely scripted and very compact. For a moment after I watched the episode I closed my eyes and then visualized what all I had recollected; believe me there are so many dialogues and words and scenes and even without dialogues the scenes were equally fantastic. This is one episode that kept me on the fence and made to recheck all the calculations that I had done before. I won't describe today's episode as brilliant or fantastic or excellent or good but I would say only one thing that - "Gautam I am IMPRESSED".

For the first time in IPK history, I have to say that I missed a major clue on Thursday's episode and today I am going to correct it. I am happy though that it didn't happen much later but today when I saw there is one missing link and the story is not fitting properly, I really had to rework on all the points. Since I was slightly busy today so I mentioned you all that will update my analysis a bit late but I am damn sure that I have a black tongue. Didn't I say some days back that whatever I say, it actually happens??? When I wrote I will be late I didn't realize that I will be late literally; not because of my work pressure but the episode is the reason I am late. When I opened Redux I gave the title "Blinkers" but after cracking the episode I felt it should have been "Divide and Rule". But "Blinkers" is what today's episode is all about. I guess many of you have already researched on this and may be many of you have understood who I am talking about. On a lighter note, actually after understanding the various layers of the episode, I am thinking I have the "Blinkers" on. And I should take it out to start seeing sideways. Well I remember Shyam's dialogue which I have mentioned earlier also - "Khushiji, iss golmol ke chakkar to todhiye, aur apne khayalon ko alag kijiye aur phir sochiye". I guess I have said this same thing in the "Norwester" analysis and today also I had to do the same thing. Don't get me wrong when I say that today's episode was not twisted, no it wasn't. But, today's episode wasn't twisted yet it was, in the storyline and in defining tracks. At the end of the analysis you all will know why I had kept the title as "Blinkers" and not anything else. Let us discuss a brief about "Blinkers".

What does it mean??? And why the above quote??? Blinkers are needed during horse racing. You all know why; so that horses can see straight and be focused. There will be many such situations in our lives where we need to put the blinkers on and also need to relook at the events without the blinkers. Isn't it??? Yes, indeed. So, when I say blinkers then it should be applicable to all of us. Even in today's episode and in the world of IPK it means the same. Also, it meant for me as I am cursing myself for not seeing the clue yesterday when it was in front of me. I have been getting many PMs and many readers asking me do I think that the creative team has so much thinking going on in every episode; I always reply them in affirmation and today I will prove that. Always remember if there is "No Vision" then there is no storytelling. A storytelling needs vision and the path ahead which is very very crucial and if there is no such ground work been done then the entire series would look as a standalone, pathetic and scattered episode and we will have no story. So, there needs to be a vision and there got to be a PATH that EXISTS.

Let me start. This entire analysis is very very important and so I request do not miss a single sentence as from this point whatever I will write is INFORMATIVE and I know this will answer all your queries.

When Arnav was missing and was kidnapped then due to Maami's mistake Anjali came to know about Arnav never reaching London. She is the connecting chord in the family and we all know this; It was that moment Arnav was asked to call her up so that Anjali's all doubts will be cleared on the spot. Arnav did call up and we have witnessed when Arnav spoke to Khushi he did confess his love for her. Isn't it??? More than story wise, business wise that was the most PATHETIC decision Gul and Gautam have ever made and I remember mentioning in my analysis after I returned that I need a "JUSTIFICATION" to this confession because if there is no justification shown then this entire confession fiasco turns to be a JOKE and nothing else. How did ASR come to this conclusion that Khushi is innocent and why did he feel like confessing to her at that moment when he was held captive??? We all needed this answer and without that this story line would look flawed but more than us Khushi needs to know this; because she deserves to know the answer and the logic behind it. I thank Gautam that he started to work on this and today for the first time we had got the "First Indication" regarding the "Justification to ILU". Yes, and you all will be amazed how beautifully today's episode was designed; in some scenes they have merged 2 tracks and designed it into one.

The story started when Arnav was about to confess his love for Khushi at the terrace but fate had other plans there; he witnessed the most horrifying site that he never expected even in his wildest nightmares. We all are aware that he witnessed Khushi in the arms of Shyam and from that moment he was "Blindfolded". Yes, he was and we saw him screaming in the middle of the road fighting with his inner soul, cursing him of trusting the only girl after his sister and that girl turned out to be a traitor and the main reason to put his sister's married life in jeopardy. Yes, that night this man after regaining consciousness have taken a very well thought decision; he being an opportunist have decided to kill 2 birds in one stone. ASR put forward a wedding proposal in front of Khushi to not only save his sister's married life but also to "Examine" whether what he witnessed up at the terrace to believe or not. He wanted to dig deep in the equation between Khushi and Shyam; yes, he himself wanted to marry her and he did but the purpose was solely different. There were 2 things going on in his mind that time; one, whether this girl is truthful or not and second, whether, what he saw have another side to it then he needed to save both his Sister's Baby and Khushi from Shyam's cluthes. ASR obviously took the "Biggest Risk" of his life with this decision and because he loved her he married her in a Temple but definitely he ridiculed her values and morality. This is when he was without "Blinkers" and wanted to judge the events from various perspectives. Remember my "Triangle" theory where I said ASR needs to keep Khushi under the same roof with Shyam so that he can "Test the Waters" and realize the "Fishiness" in Shyam - Khushi business??? Yes, that was the moment he was blindfolded as he was completely sitting on the fence. But today's episode showed the first indication where exactly ASR started to see the truth. When I watched the episode the only thing that didn't sit with me well was the moment where the "Black Cloth" fell down when ASR was unconscious. I told Tant, when she asked me about the episode that - it is this scene where the "Message" of the episode is defined. She said - yeah, now he will see the truth, the black cloth. I said naa, that is not as the MU was cleared long back and I know from where it was; that is what was shown today. Do you all know since when Arnav started the "Pretension and Testing the Waters"??? That was from the "Subconscious Holi Confession"??? Yes, the "Black Cloth" or the "Blindfold" fell down from that episode. Remember what I said on Mar 15th analysis???

Excerpts from Mar 15th Analysis - A Moment in Time:-

It was the Gazebo they first connected with each other in sadness as that day was Arnav's Parents' Death Anniversary and then carried their journey to the pool. That day Arnav stopped Khushi from leaving and today it was Khushi who stopped Arnav from leaving. Now, today is the day, when they completed their first phase of love, declaring "Humari Dhadhkanein"; in the light of happiness for it's auspicious Holi day and carried their journey to the pool, their "Taj Mahal" as Tant puts it. That day Arnav had made Khushi sat on the lounge chair and put the Payal on Khushi by the pool when he kneeled down to give her respect and opened his heart for the first time and this day also he made her lie on the same lounge chair by the pool and kneeled down by her side and opened his heart out. What if it's not in the conscious mind but they can say it in subconscious state right??? So what if they cannot remember tomorrow on what they confessed today but reality is what we think in our conscious mind, that generally comes from our subconscious feelings for as Sigmund Freud says - "The conscious mind may be compared to a fountain playing in the sun and falling back into the great subterranean pool of subconscious from which it rises". Loop closed on "Dhadhkan" indeed.

The loop was closed on "Biwi nehin maanoonga" with Arnav's unconscious acceptance as "Khushi is mine" but the loop that was open on "naahi biwi ka darja doonga" will end in Confession at the Temple as I mentioned above with Anjali's "Agar who ladki tumhe naa mili toh tumhari saanse ruk jayengi".

What Sigmund Fraud said??? Yes, like I mentioned above that whatever people say in their subconscious mind, is always the "TRUTH". That is the moment Arnav realized what he had witnessed up at the terrace is more than something that meets the eye and his "Pretense" started from that day. Well, you all will ask me now how did I come to this. I know you will. When the black cloth fell off did you all notice in which state ASR was??? Yes, he was unconscious and in that state he could see the truth. Now, think of the scene when Arnav was blindfolded and he was fighting the kidnappers. Look when he was blindfolded how ASR was kicking the door and wanted to walk ahead. Yes, door is a pathway to the truth; door opens new avenues and when he married Khushi he wanted to open the door of the truth and see the bigger picture but what happened then??? The kidnappers came and made his unconscious with the help of Chloroform; Now think what Shyam did in the "Holi Episode"??? He tricked Anjali to make Khushi consume bhang so that he can get the truth out of Khushi behind the marriage; isn't it??? But what happened that day??? Instead Khushi opened her heart in front of ASR, right??? Arnav also witnessed how Khushi almost spilled the truth in front of the entire Raizada and Gupta families; the next day after Holi we were shown that Arnav only remembers this confession and his eyes and heart have witnessed the truth. What did the kidnapper say??? "Darwaja kholte hi phir se ladna shuru kar dega, bilkul teda hai yeh". Isn't it??? The moment ASR realized the truth of Khushi he started to observe and test. Did you notice in the last scene today how Arnav pretended to be subconscious when the kidnapper ordered to bring him at the front??? Yes, that's what Arnav did then after the Holi Confession. Notice Arnav even changed the Will after the Holi Confession. We will getting more hints on this in the coming episodes on how did Arnav come to the conclusion that he needed to verbalize his feelings. The CVs need to create some FBs here where Arnav have witnessed Shyam and Khushi's interactions. Since then it was all "testing the waters" for Arnav and there will be many such events later on where we will know what exactly were the events that led ASR to confess his love for Khushi. This is also the reason that when Khushi clarified Shyam's entire masterplan, the "Lover" Arnav believed but the "Brother" Arnav didn't. No, he cannot because he needs a confirmation from his family and mainly the 7th Angel to assure him that brother Arnav also needs to forgive Khushi for hiding the truth because all she did was to save Anjali's belief and life. Unless 7th Angel and Naani give him this confirmation the brother Arnav will never be able to forgive Khushi.

Right now this is why ASR has the "Blinkers" on and is focused in his mission to find the truth behind the kidnapper and save himself and his family. This is also why I said Arnav will "Pretend" to believe Shyam when he will try to blacken Khushi because if he doesn't do that then how will he, himself clear out the "Mrs. ASR" name at the "Terrace Confrontation". I liked how the creative team has started to link the "Holi confession" to "Justify the ILU".

Now, let us come to the other segments. There were indications on how the terrace will end, what will happen in the Ramayan track after the baby was born and lastly the Python and Apollo track. I will go in sequence as per the story otherwise you will be confused as every scene have 2 different tracks interwoven.

In the kidnapper's place we saw how Maami saved Khushi by throwing red chilli powder, right??? I know red chilli is always associated with Khushi and this is how the "Wolf and the Lamb" will be played by her. Like I said earlier that Khushi will play the sweet talker as in "Maut ki meethai" and trick Shyam wherein he will learn that Arnav and Khushi were playing with him all along, that is proven today. Shyam will be kicked by ASR at the terrace which will be witnessed by Maami and NK, I suppose. This is where the Wolf and the Lamb will end with Shyam learning he was tricked. Indeed the title "Blinkers" is for Shyam also. What is Shyam doing right now??? He is focused in one direction and only thinking about acquiring the property. But did he try to take the blinkers off and see sideways??? No, he isn't.

After this scene we have the indication straight for "Python and Apollo" and "Ramayan Track". Notice what happened after this. The kidnapper stood up and then took the water, washed his eyes which cleared his vision. Now, here is where 2 tracks are weaved. Both red chilli and water are associated with Khushi and the kidnapper washing his eyes with water means he will learn the truth of Khushi, clean and clear. Remember in yesterday's analysis what I mentioned??? I mentioned that Maami blew the trumpet for Arnav's 2 repentance tracks. Never ever forget that. Arnav will need to have 2 repentance tracks - one for Khushi and other for Anjali. So, this scene of washing the face and eyes are related to the Terrace and also Anjali's Delivery. Hence, this scene indicated that after the "Terrace Confrontation" Shyam will learn the truth of Khushi and also this scene indicated that - "Shyam will learn that he was tricked about Anjali's miscarriage". That is why the kidnapper after washing the eyes and face said - "woh dono yahan bhi aaye the par unhein kuch mila nehin hain". Why I am saying this??? Because after this he mentioned - "haan main Dariya Ganj aa raha hoon".

What is Dariya Ganj??? It is near the water and river; it is near the roots of a dragonfly. it also meant Lukhnow, isn't it??? This is when Shyam will learn the truth of the delivery and he will head towards Lukhnow to abduct the baby for the wealth. As I mentioned always that before the delivery and after he will learn the details of the actual Will, there will be 2 attacks on the babies in the womb but he will be unsuccessful; at the same time he will be made believe that he was successful in his mission and that is why he will return to Lukhnow again after his trial period as in number 40. The detail of 2 attacks before the delivery was in the analysis - "Oracle". Have a look for information.

So, Shyam will reach Lukhnow after the news of the delivery. Now, what I am about to write, read very carefully and understand, because this is where I rechecked the calculations. I want to take you all here to the episode where Maami said to Khushi when they decided to search Arnav after the medicines been delivered at RM that - "you know phati saree divides and rules"??? They decided that Khushi will track 3 places and Maami 2 places for the information. I have not done any analysis during this period but I remember the dialogues. When Shyam will attack the second time as in "Snow White", the 3 dragonflies will move to Lukhnow. As per the story of "Python and Apollo", Arthemis (girl) was born first and Apollo (boy) was born second in most of the versions. Hence, we have the baby girl to be born first then the baby boy. Now is the BIGGEST HINT for the "Divide and Rule". Shyam will anyway learn that he was lied about the miscarriage but what he would NEVER knew that there are TWINS. Hence, when the baby will be born it will be a "Girl" which is what Shyam would learn and he is already aware that the actual WILL is in the name of the "Baby Girl". Hence, he will make a plan and try to get abduct the baby girl so he can again reach his "Saket" through this baby.

Here I loved the brain of Gautam. You all know me, unless I see a connection I never touch the indication. Anyway the "Divide and Rule" part I didn't touch as I was not confident where it fits. Today I know. I thank Purvi, because she made me think the Will "AR 36 K" again, and that is when I started to see the House Address of the Kidnapper in a different light. Let's see again:-

H.No. :- 2/2

Place:- Saket, which means heaven.

We already know there will be 2 attacks on the babies before the delivery but this above address is for after the delivery and Ramayan track and Python and Apollo track; yes, all the two tracks are woven here. Isn't it Brilliant. Yes, it is, indeed.

Now, remember what Maami said to Khushi when they were at Dariyaganj and the kidnapper turned around in suspicion. She said - "phati saree humka lagat hain ki humka yahan se doosri oor bhagay ke padhi". Now again remember the episode where Maami said about "divide and rule"; It was when Khushi and Maami had the "Suspicion" that Arnav was kidnapped and not after the confirmation with the phone call that he was kidnapped. Indeed. The same thing will happen here also as the moment Arnav and everyone will suspect Shyam's arrival at Lukhnow then they will apply the "Divide and Rule" Policy and "Split the babies". Remember Khushi said "2 people out of delhi and aap 2 places jaiye".

Look at the H.No. it's not 2x2 or it's not 2,2 but it is 2/2 which is 2 by 2, which is 2 divided by 2.

Which means the 2 babies will be at 2 different places. This is where "Arnav Rekha" fits in. Now, ASR is truly a Harvard Grad. Khushi and Maami will have the baby girl at Gomti Sadan and Arnav and Anjali will have the baby boy at Seesh Mahal. Yes, they are at their roots and this is why Arnav's monologue today - "nehin Khushi tumhein yahan nehin hona chahiye, I hope tum yahan nehin ho, main nehin chahta tum kisi musibat mein padho". This will be the "Arnav Rekha" most probably when they split the babies and will keep Shyam in illusion. But Shyam will allure Khushi to cross the Arnav Rekha right??? that is why we saw the blindfolded Arnav been carried to the van and Khushi fell weak and started running behind him to catch him even ignoring Maami's wise advise. Shyam's men will get the baby boy and that is why when Arnav was put in the van he was not blindfolded then and was sleeping like an INFANT, isn't it??? But the black cloth fell on the ground which indicates that Khushi will know she was tricked. That is why the "Blinkers" title is also for Khushi. She will not put the "Blinkers" on and will be easily allured by Shyam as in Ramayan how Ravan tricked Sita as in Khushi said - "Humara dil kehta hain woh yahan hain". Notice Arnav was taken away from "Dariya Ganj", from the roots of a dragonfly. Now, come to the dialogue in the beginning of the episode when Khushi said - "aap ne humhein bacha liya Maamiji"; this means the baby girl will be saved here because she was already shifted to another place with Khushi. Also the dialogue where Maamiji said at Dariya Ganj that - "ab toh humri paas red chilli bhi nahin hain". Yes, Yes, Shyam knows the truth now that Anjali have delivered the baby girl and that the miscarriage never happened. Now that's why the baby girl will be shifted away from Seesh Mahal to save her from Shyam Manhar Jha.

This is the moment Anjali will become hysteric; you know how??? Well yesterday remember after the cement accident Khushi wanted to hunt down the kidnapper's home and then Maami said - "tumra memory loss hui gava, Suna nehin un kidnapper ne phone pe ka kehat rahein"??? Are you all seeing the connections in the tracks??? Nodding you head isn't it??? Yes, I know. And this where Arnav will be of "Guilt" because Anjali will be hysteric when the baby boy will be taken away and so Maami's dialogue - "humka kuch hoi jaata toh Arnav bitwa kabhi free nehin ho paayega"; she meant she is needed to free Arnav of his "Guilt".

The last twist in the tale is here. In the last scene we saw Shyam slapped the kidnapper twice because they couldn't trace how Khushi reached "Dariya Ganj". Here, is the HINT. The kidnapper said - "Agli baar dhyaan rakhunga". When the baby boy will be abducted then, Shyam will learn that this is a boy but Anjali had delivered a girl and he will be aware at this point that Anjali delivered TWINS. What is there in the Apollo - Python story??? Apollo when he was 4 days old went to take avenge of his Mother from Python and this is why Shyam will have the baby Boy and so he will know that now "AR 36 K has 2 babies" and he needs to abduct 2 babies to reach his Saket, which is why we have 2/2.

Blinkers. Well ASR needs to be with it, whereas Shyam needs to be without it, Khushi needs to be without it and I, well need to be with and without it, wherever applicable. Enjoy the weekend.

❤️ An Ugly start to a new Beginning ❤️

Hola people!!! 🤗

What to say about the episode - it was a completely heart wrenching episode for me!! I am an emotional person on the whole - but I never realized that I would have tears in my eyes seeing Arnav beaten. Will it be too bad if I say - that it was an ugly start towards a new beginning. Nah!! The last 5 minutes seeing Arnav crippled and yet fighting back left me emotionally drained - yet I cannot ignore that finally we are moving towards making a new beginning. And I think I can say it with positivity that we do not need to believe any rumors and just believe in every hidden meaning in todays episode.

Coming to the episode Starting off with our dear Mami saving Khushi by throwing the red chillies and then beating the crap out of the kidnapper for he had dared to mess with her nephew - Arnav! Oh man! I loved Mami here. Her concern for Arnav was so well evident and it was adorable to watch! Just imagine - what is she going to do to Shyam when she comes to know that he has been responsible for messing up not only Arnav's but Anjali's life as well! God save Shyam! (Actually I hope not 😛) Also Mami is the one who is most definitely going to be supportive of Khushi when time comes. She is going to make sure that Arnav is aware of Khushi and her attempts to bring him alive. She will also be the one who will guide Arnav to Khushi for whatever was wrong between them was before and later a pretense but now she knows who Khushi is and what her feelings are. She is going to help Khushi even if she does not show it.

Khushi is moved by Mami's act and she hugs her. Mami does not express very well but she knows how grateful Khushi is. But again her worry for Arnav takes over her and she tells Khushi to move on with her search for Arnav and Khushi obliges and they continue with their search and reach where Arnav is. They see the kidnapper come there and address his goons and inform them about the boss. The first look and it was very evident that it was Shyam - so no surprises there.

Arnav on the other hand is blindfolded - he is finding his way across to escape - to find a way out - he is not giving up. Arnav Singh Raizada is a fighter and he tries his best to survive 😳 However, he is not able to find his way through completely. He manages to reach the door and bangs it using all his strength to find a way across. But this effort goes down in vain.

Meanwhile Shyam addresses the goons where the kidnapper tells him that the girl is searching for him and she is leaving no stone unturned to find Arnav. Arnav who is on the other side hears this and he freaks out for he knows its Khushi. He mentally curses Khushi for putting her life in danger for him. While he is thinking this - Khushi senses Arnav's presence and she tells Mami that she knows her Arnav is somewhere there and they need to search for him.

Shyam on the other hand leaves while Arnav is stuck and desperately attempts to free himself. While he is doing so - he hears the sounds of footsteps and is aware of the danger approaching him. He prepares himself mentally and physically and begins to fight against the goons at all odds. He musters all his strength and fights back as there is no tomorrow. He uses his ears, hieyes (under the blindfold) and strength to overpower his adversaries. But he cannot - fight till the end of time when the kidnapper comes and uses chloroform. And he faints. The scene was very real - U know why!? Because even though Arnav is the hero he is not a superman who would win against all odds - He is Arnav Singh Raizada - a simple human being and I am glad it was still kept real than him winning over the goons.

While here Mami and Khushi are trying their best to find out where Arnav is - when they see Shyam. No they do not recoginze him - but they do notice every movement of his. Mami and Khushi are about to leave when they see Shyam go - but that is when both of them see Arnav being carried out by the goons. He is being taken somewhere else and both Mami and Khushi cannot help but feel concerned. Khushi's eyes swell up in tears as she sees Arnav and Mami's face mirrors the concern she feels. Arnav on the other hand is carried out and that is when his blindfold drops. Khushi is unable to see Arnav like this and let him go when she is so near to him and he is within his reach. Mami tries to stop her but she flings her off to reach to her Arnav. 😳 Union of souls - They both live for each other - fight for each other - sacrifice for each other - hurt for each other - what else can be proof that their love is what is important to both of them and nothing else!?

The whole blindfold scene and its falling off just before Arnav is shifted off to some other place had an important symbolism to it. Guess what!? I will explain. The Misunderstanding. What is Arnav Singh Raizada blinded by!? A misunderstanding! He was blindfolded by it. Remember the words - "Woh lamha mere mann mein chap gaya hai" He was blinded by that one moment - which he did not choose to clarify from Khushi. He went and confronted the wrong person and believed him and since then he has been living in a battle between the heart and the mind. He was not able to seek the correct path and just like today he kept banging into everything while he kept trying to fight - his heart and mind have been banging within each other to seek the light.

Today when he learned that Khushi had come to save him - it was the light that he seeked. His heart had won over his mind that very day at the airport but the confirmation it seeks came in today. The blindfold dropped just before he was moved.
The misunderstanding has almost come into an end. Arnav is not going to misunderstand Khushi anymore. The blindfold is out and his belief in Khushi has strengthened. Now - he may fake it - or not show it - but he is NOT going to misunderstand HIS Khushi anymore. He may not have seen Shyam's face but just the knowledge that Khushi is searching for him will never make him believe Shyam. He will know its Shyam for he is Arnav. But the MU is far from happening. The clouds of darkness have begun to move away and Arnav has finally seen the light.

And then came the most ugly scene - I dont even know whether I should call it that but well I loved Arnav's determination to fight back - I cried for him at the same time. Seeing the mighty ASR on the grounds is definitely not a very pleasing sight and undoubtedly the precap made it worse. However, Arnav's determination to hold on to Shyam and to hit him and to not leave him till he was made weak was bang on! He was fighting against all odds. So many men and him alone - and he fought like a man!! 👏 👏 My eyes had tears when I saw him crippled on the ground and pushed off Shyam and then being beaten up by the goons. Shyam Manohar Jha, Your time is very near and is coming soon and this time, nothing will save you.

I loved the episode! Everything was perfect in my opinion! Right from the perfect blend of Mami and Khushi's equation to Shyam as the kidnapper to Arnav and Khushi's equation and to the fight!! The last 5 minutes made me teary eyed!! Could not see Arnav being hurt. I dont know that if this much makes me cry what will happen to me when the guy hurts himself!! 😭 😭 How am I gonna take it - I dont even know! His RTR is going to be the most emotional thing to be shown on Indian TV for we all will cry with Arnav. The only thing that I felt today was that its time for a new beginning for the worst is coming to an end and the truth is soon going to dawn!

Love and Light! :)

Anna

P.S : Loved BS / SI / Utkarsha today!! The whole episode kept my interest level to the maximum especially the end part!! Creatives take a bow for I feel that as long as the episode generates interest for the next day - U are doing a good job!! 👏 👏

P.P.S : Doodhs, I tried searching what Blinkers meant but google gave me vague definitions, so guess I will look forward to your explanation only then 😛

Looking forward to all the great posts people!

Lol Bush - you're meant to be in front of me!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Still in the middle of watching the episode - lol opening scene was brilliant! Maami ji is 'da bomb'! Love how the goon was blinded by chilli powder, I was in stitches when he started blinking furiously! Kahin woh "blinker" toh nahi!? 😲

Just finished watching the episode - finally! An all round *dishum dishum* episode, wasn't it!?

Another great episode - looks like CVs are on a roll with Barun's absence!

Again, I shall leave all the serious decoding to the glowing gems of redux - but here's pointing out a few things I did like:

Mami's ass kicking - Looks like I'm learning something new about these characters with each passing episode! Loved Maami Ji today and her desire to protect all those she holds dear. Despite all her nautunki, today's episode showed that when the time comes, she will be the first to fight for her family. You'd think blinding the goon would be sufficient to give them the chance to run away - but the moment she demanded to know whether the goon was responsible for Arnav's kidnapping and for beating him up, lol she went back to him in full force! Ok, fair enough, there was only so much damage she could do with a spoon, but the look of determination on her face was just marvellous! It's this attention to detail that I love and which says a lot about the different characters.

Even the scene where Khushi goes to hug her; that expression of slight resistance and discomfort was so evident, but so in tune with her character. And it's not because she's against phatti sari, far from it, it's just that she doesn't do emotions very well! The fact that she pointed out Khushi's tendency to cry over every little thing, for me, was a sign of her warming up to Khushi. I love how verbally insensitive she was to her tears, but deep down it probably pained her - so ASR like! 😆

Character determination - I love Arnav in dishum dishum mode, and here I have to agree with my dukhi friend Koel - couldn't have put it better!

If yesterday's episode was all about juxtaposed personalities, today's episode highlighted Arnav's and Khushi's likeness in trait.

Today I noticed Khushi's repeated emphasis on "proceeding forward" both in her search for Arnav and AFTER finding him. A nice way of reminding us of the progressive nature of the plot once Barun is back on on our screens 100%! It also serves to remind us of their stalemated relationship which will kick start once he is found!

Maami ji proved to be the voice of reason yet again this episode, but Khushi was having none of it. Her stubborn determination to chase after Arnav, even after being warned of the perils, shows a nature of her character that is perhaps impossible to change - a case of old habits die hard! She clearly hasn't learnt from her lesson yesterday, but if she did, that just wouldn't be Khushi! She's desperate to get her lover back, and will do anything to get it! 😆

Her refusal to take Maami's advice displayed a blind determination similar to Arnav's. I loved the scene where Arnav was blindfolded, and his determination to free himself kept leading him to crash and stumble in blind fury. Yet, he continued in this vein without any fear; a stubbornness which only sets to strengthen his fighting spirit, much like Khushi. Of course, his being blind folded has the added significance of portraying how he was left blinded from the truth which lead to all the misunderstanding in the first place, hence his determination to break free from it all. His vision might be a little crooked now, but it will soon straighten out! 😉
And sure enough, his vision soon cleared when his blindfold fell off, giving him the liberty to seek the truth with his own eyes. Which leads me to my most favourite moment of the episode...

Shyam ji the boss! - Assuming it is Shyam 😆

I just loved the evil menace today and the way in which the camera toyed with his appearance! Loved it! By this time, Arnav was free to use his vision, and he was very clever in the way in which he chose to use it. Not only did it help him to deceive the goons, but also the boss - the final hurdle left for him to cross. However, the moment he reached out for Shyam, filled with rage and disgust, his vision was once again blinded by the darkness to the point that I was left screaming - DID HE SEE HIM, DID HE NOT - OMG DID HE!?? Lol considering this is the last stage (or one of the stages) leading up to the clearance of the MU, it is vital that Arnav's vision is fully cleared. The fact that he's now in direct confrontation with Shyam; it's only a matter of time before he sees the extent of his true colours. Again, the camera work was excellent here, as it showed Arnav's line of vision in glimpse detail, depicting the steady unveiling of the truth he is determined to reach.

----------------------------
Afterthoughts -

There's been a lot of discussion surrounding Arnav's character and the qualities he possesses both as Arnav and ASR. Maybe it's because he's such a complex character, as well as the fact that Barun is able to capture many of the subtle nuances that brings this character to life; but then what about Khushi's character?

Sure, her character may not be as split as Arnav's but I do believe she's gained this double identity of being both KKG and KSR. For instance, her level of determination this episode, not that she didn't already possess this quality, seems to have magnified ever since she got married to Arnav - a glaring quality which both seem to have at the best of times, and at the worst! The two seem to have developed many shared qualities that they didn't have prior to the misunderstanding. Khushi's readiness to accept the challenges coming her way echoes Arnav's previous statement of when he told Khushi to not keep fearing them. In a way, each are set to complete the other - I look forward to where this next track leads us!

Kudos for all the posts guys - I look forward to reading them all! 😊

A note:

I loved the episode and would like to applaud the Cvs for handling Barun's absence quiet well (not earlier..no you didn't plan it well but now you are doing what you can)..though the last few days were turning into a drag fest but today proved to be action packed dhamaka..plus all the tracks are moving forward so 👏.

However would still like to point out that kidnapping and khushi mami investigations are being stretched beyond limit...please either involve NK or bring about some change as it is getting monotonous, before the TRPs fall again please ...do something...as I read somewhere..

Iss Chamatkari pitai ko kiya naam doon?

The episode started with kidnapper getting hold of khushi... while holding her he was looking tirchi nazar se neechay... his gaze kept falling to the ground constantly ...Why??? God knows.. Whether there was a cockroach there while shooting or he was just plain gauging the distance to fall...😉

Then mami the brilliant actress she is...could not bear it any longer and came in form and adorned her haye haye mirchi uff uff mirchi avatar...not only that today she also managed to fulfill her charlie's angels missing action sequence..😛

Mami said duck duck...and the kidnapper thought she is going to play duck duck goose..bechara got all game to play but was in for a surprise...tsk tsk!!

Mami ne chamatkari pitai kiya lagayi hamare kidnapper ke to bhaag hi khul gaye un se pitne ke baad talent ka bhandaar ban gaya and we got to see him enact rani mukherjee of black with sheer brilliance...not only that phir zaban bhi seedhi hui ...Arnav bitwa ki tarhan dammit bhi bola!!😲

AA khelen Zara!!

Selective hearing selective vision

A new game invented by mami, khushi and Shyam!!

Shyam cannot hear mami and khushi's khusar phusar, the tinkling bangles and cannot see khushi's bum peeping out from behind the drums and boxes...
*check when shown from khushi's angle*

Mami (even though she removed her red glares) and khushi cannot see and recognize him from his jhaar jhankar hair, early pregnancy tummy and super fitted clothes draped on his dolay sholay...
but then again when Anjali couldn't recognize him from behind in earlier episodes so where do mami and khushi stand😕

Blind Fury

Arnav in full mood to play but no one available so started playing himself... ...Rutger Hauer style...with the poles, step ladder and door...😳

Kidnappers who were rather bored got enticed by the fun he was having and joined in..now while playing something extra ordinary happened...
they discovered a new meaning and application of

Every action has an equal an opposite reaction.

One knee kick aage maro to the kidnapper...peechay wala kidnapper automatically opposite direction main fly kere ga..

the wonders of physics!!👏

The victory was celebrated by huddle jumping in one place for a few minutes...But spoilt sport smarty pants who had played safe to avoid being kicked and lose the mami chamatkari power came in later to anaesthetize Arnie boy with the same chamko detergent white hanky...jealous much!!

Naseeb uska kharab pohanch gaya shyam ke paas ke main bhi jhoola jhoolon ga...my turn on rocking chair...phir pit gaya bechara...tsk tsk

No wonder they had to hire a thakka hua goon...he has been hired as a punching bag...repeat maar khane se accent back to normal and khrab...kal ki saari akar bhi nikal gayi...

Ab shyamu ji...

first i thought that jaise jadooogar ki jaan parrot main hoti hia waise hi
shyam bitwa ki awaaz unke bootiphool se green bracelet main hia...aaj woh nahin thi haath main to bechare ko sign language se kaam chalana parh raha hai...

Then I thought maybe lawyer giri chor ker music composer banna chahta hia
but woh bhi kuch fit nahin hua then i realized my mistake aisa kuch nahin tha

Actually he was playing dumb charades and thus his anger as he did not want to play blind fury..and all were playing that...

He like a petulant child was perched on his rocking chair with his firm decision to play it no matter what...even though Arnav tried his level best
to pull him in the game but Shyamu being the leecher stayed put and bechara goons had to give in to his tantrums since he has paid them 500,000..and they
being the small time goons need any chillar that comes to them...Sad!!

( I wonder if they know that the tycoon they have kidnapped is worth millions and what shyamu will gain if he succeeds)

Precap

Since no one enjoyed shyamu's dumb charades today and
shyam and lead kidnapper have refused to play blind fury or even huddle jumping it has been mutually decided that Monday Arnav and his new friends will be playing Aankh macholi..with Arnav as the den!!

On a side note:

I was extremely happy to see Arnav's vest today...inspite of his vest getting dirty with splodges of dirt ...the chamko detergent maintained its magic
of white in the remaining areas...bravo...👏

Drool alert:

Also I fell in love with Arnie bitwa's well washed hair...sans gel...he looked super adorable today...😍

Sad alert:

I was super sad to see Arnav unconcious, hit and then thrown in shyamu's feetwa...😭

"Not all of us can do great things. But we can do great things with small love."

How beautifully Khushi has been follwing the above mentioned words & I fail to express my awe with Khushi, a nobdy in the millions gals in India yet how beatifully she is showing the world in love there are no egos, no U & me its just the well being of other is the most important
A great episode filled with correct amount on intrigue, emotion, action, love started with the kidnapper holding khushi at gunpoint scared to wits yet determined to fight and suddenly mami comes with red chilli powder and throw it on his blinding him, she questions Khuhsi abt the kidnapper & steps in to hit him
Chilli's are used in india to ward the evil off and bring the good ahead,,,, so may be the chillis here are signalling happy times ahead😉
she doesnt want to forgive him bcz he has touched her beloved son inspite of khushi repeatedly pointing out the need of the hr she keeps hitting him
Again once agn khushi hugs mami, leaving mami bowled out, she questions, did u hv any doubts abt me,,,, once agn we get a glimpse's of mamis golden heart,,,, she hasnt accepted khushi in her loved ones yet but she is slowly opening it for her, Arnav is her nephew closest to the inner circle she is ready to do anything for her even her allaince with khushi is honest & strongest till the moment their mission save arnav will not be completed,
Love comes and goes, and you think that love will last forever,
but the truth is that love cant be true if you haven't gotten
your heart broken by another one...
yes thats so true here,,,, they move steadily towards the address they think they mite find Arnav, they are without any amminuation yet Khushi is determined to move ahead, returning back is no option and they had behind the cartons and wondering abt a lot of things goons location etc but Khushi has only one focus that is Arnav...
Arnav is in a warehouse thumping doors with blindfolds, he is trying to get out somehow, we see today a diferent impatient Arnav, once is isnt as astute as he normally as he is, his sleek smooth persona is under duress... he is impatient, the astute Arnav is busted here into darkness searching answers,,,, he is trying to gauge out the puzzle which looks unreasobale to him BS was good here,,,,
He is trying and failing but his ears are attuned to find a ray of hope and he hears the goons taking and he listens to goons talkinga abt Khushi, he gets alerted & once agn he pleads for her safety in his thoughts, he wants her to be safe & protected
Strange here how they both are for each other, they both have been hurt, disillusioned & cheated by the very emotion yet the well being of each other helds the utmost importance, as soon as he thinks abt khushi, she feels his presence & vice versa but I fail to understand that how is it possible that after they utter their name that they feel the presence, pre marriage even in 10feet radius of each other they felt the presence post marriage/kidnapping its the name utterence which evokes the feeling of presence
The silhoute of a boss is trying to manage the goons & Arnav hideout & Khushi & mami are trying to gauge the info, action of the goons when suddenly they see an unconcious Arnav led out by goons

"Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up."
? Neil Gaiman, The Sandman, Vol. 9: The Kindly Ones
As soon as khushi sees this all the pent up agony anguish creep up and the carefully accumalted strength crumbles like a facade her heart is torn with looking to Arnav'scondition and once agn mami holds her back with reasoning, I dunt know how or why but mami's presence in their life at this junctions augurs all is gone be well bcz The Night is the darkest when morning is close by
the Goons & the boss are discussing abt Arnav & the boss wants to drag him there, but Arnav is already awake & peeping thru the crack and he isnt able to see him but has got some clues,,,, he pretends sensing the goons coming back... and then comes the INDIAN BOLLYWOOD ACTION,,, one guy against 5 steriod fed bouncers and ultimately he falls on the feet of the Boss... Oh I am so waiting for our Dear ASR to pull that pc of earth under his feet... he isnt the weak one who will be lost when he falls but he is the ASR who nvrs leaves his opponents so am sure he is gonna pull that rug frm under his feet...
Highlight of the day::: Goon telling he will crush ASR⭐️⭐️
BS/SI/Uttkarsha ji all were too good, the episode had well placedc scenes & a tight scripting...
Dedication for ASR
We don't die when death comes to us but we die when we are forgotten by our own dears.
Edited: When I saw the Redux title, I had a fair idea abt it yet googled to get the confirmation n I found this

Blinders, also known as blinkers or winkers, are a piece of horse tack that prevent the horse seeing to the rear and, in some cases, to the side. The term, in both "blinker" and "blinder" form is also used metaphorically to refer to people with an overly narrow focus or inability to see the larger picture.

this I believe is apt for the 4 players on the scene bcz each of them holds a pc of the truth but when these pcs will be combined & the complete truth will come out, like piecing the pcs of the puzzle but today but I would like to say
"A journey of thousand miles starts with the first step"
so all of them hv started the first steps towards that elusive truth which will shake the foundations of their world.
After CHITMANAS pointed abt the first qoute on this post is a juxtaposed version of the original qoute by Mother Teresa,,,, I have removed her name frm the improvised one... NO offence intended

"Never Never Never Never Never give up" -Winston Churchill

Arnav a man in control. We saw him blind folded and his hands tied. So he gave himself to inbuilt instincts to find a way and to sense objects around him. He was familiarizing himself with the surroundings he has been put in. He was on high alert. He is a phoenix in truest senses. He will rise like one from the ashes of despair because of his never say die attitude. He fought with those thugs till the last minute. And he was made unconscious. That particular scene where he was carried by those four thugs has etched in my mind. I was overwhelmed by his helplessness. That is because we have always seen him as a decision maker.
How many of you felt as if your heart was bleeding when you saw Arnav unconscious.. It was such a touchy scene for me.. The man who is always in control. the man who drives everything... the man who stands up for everyone.. the man who strives for others, who wants to see everyone around him happy, will go to any extent to safe guard his loved ones.. He was being carried by men in his unconscious state. By no means was he a weakened soul. He was an out and out warrior. Raizada family vanguard can never be dismissed so easily. He will fight and fight till the end.
She saw him in that helpless state. She lost all her senses and her only aim was to save him. Like how savithri brought back Satyavaan from the jaws of death, she will leave no stone unturned till he is by her side and in her life. She is one determined girl.
As Jeannette Winterson says " Life gives you enough hard knocks so it's unlikely you'll stay that sure of yourself." She will fight her wit ends to bring him back. Her next step .. knock on Divine door step.

Anna!!! So nice to see you here! 😊 Did you cry seeing ASR/Arnav being beaten up? I at least couldn't stand it! Poor ASR/Arnav being bashed around like that! 😭

================================================================

Blinkers... from what my father has told me about horses at a Derby, blinkers - also known as blinders - are an accessory put on horses to keep them focussed on the track ahead. These blinkers, cut out the side view, the crowds, the disturbances and prevents the horses from seeing to the rear.

I'm still scratching my head over who this 'Blinker' is addressed to, or meant for! Is it the dear CV's, or GH, or our ASR? Waiting for clearance on this doubt from DB! Will try writing on it if the 'blinkers' were meant for ASR.

(After 20 minutes) - Wait a minute, just re-read your quote DB, and it says 'to re-look at the world without blinkers' - and this is in context to the words that come our way, so in short, words are easily malleable and can be twisted to fit as and when required, so by holding them against the light and seeing them without blinkers on we will actually be able to see the real, true face of the situation/life!

So, this then is for ASR!

He has had blinkers on all this time! The blindfold... it blinded him from seeing the truth, from investigating what Shyam told him that night, from hearing the other side of the situation and from listening to his heart about Khushi!

The blinkers/blindfold is off - it fell off from Arnav's eyes when t
he kidnappers were carrying him into the van. So, the shroud of misunderstanding has finally fallen and mixed in the dust. Arnav has seen, heard and listened enough about Khushi's genuineness. Her care, devotion, determination, concern and support toward him has been established in him. The goondas words that she has been following them at every step is heard by Arnav, and he hopes against hope that she isn't there, lest she fall into danger!

Also, with blinkers on, you tend to be oblivious of other happenings around you as you are only focussed on the one glaring track ahead of you. In this way, Arnav, for so long, was focussing only on Shyam's words and the terrace sight.

The terrace sight, as ASR said, has been imprinted in his mind. That was probably the biggest blinder for him. Disallowing him to see beyond that. Making him see only Khushi in Shyam's arms, Khushi in love with his brother-in-law, Khushi belonging to someone else. This blinded him from all other reason and logic so far, until the airport scene.

Shyam's words too have had a great impact on making ASR see only what Shyam wanted him to see. Once ASR questions Shyam's words, once he removes those blinkers and sees Shyam for what he truly is, once he finds loopholes in Shyam's actions and words, and when he comes to know how low Shyam can stoop too - his clever, sharp mind will sabotage each of Shyam's plans.

Arnav, in his heart, already believes Khushi, he believed her the very day she told him the whole truth about Shyam, on the bridge. He just didn't admit his belief in her then, because of the blinker fixed across his head.

Now that the blindfold has slipped off, ASR will no longer fall prey to Shyam's word games.
The misunderstanding he had has loosened and fallen off from his mind. It is a kind of awakening, the eyes being free from seeing the blackness and the darkness being cast away to allow the light of truth to come in! The dawn of truth is not far...

continued after the weekend...

Okay, I just re-read what I wrote earlier and found a few doubts. Not to mention, the title of Redux had me puzzled a bit. In the earlier paragraph, I linked the title of Redux with DB's quote, but when now I just read the title on it's own, without the quote it sends a different meaning. DB, if it was 'blinkers off' alone, you would have written that as the title, but you have written only 'Blinkers', which means that the Blinkers were/are on. They were on as well as off depending on the circumstances I'm guessing.

Let me recapitulate in short what I wrote on Friday:

The blinkers were on for ASR when he witnessed the terrace scene.

I had also written that if ASR removed the blinkers and questioned Shyam's words and actions, then he would have a greater advantage of seeing things from other angles.

And now here is where I really was a dumb idiot! I had myself written a post in a previous Redux on Arnav having suspicions of Shyam ever since he saw Shyam with red roses, after they saw Khushi admiring them. He had stopped the monthly deposit in Shyam-Anjali's bank account soon after that, and further changed the Will. Extract of my post from IP Redux: Make-a-Niche (Mechanic):

THE ORIGIN

One sunny day, when the sky was blue and the birds were chirping, Khushi was declaring her love for red roses. Unknown to her were two men listening to her love story with the red roses - One, her phool-lekin-kaante-waala Arnav, and the other cactus-waala Shyam.

Later in the episode, Arnav catches Shyam taking a bouquet of red roses into the house, and demands to know what he is up to when Shyam comes back out. Shyam, at the time, covers it up with a silky-smooth, "Rani Sahiba aur honewaale bachche ke liye hai" and shows Arnav how he used the red roses to decorate the crib/cradle for the baby.

Suspicion is aroused in Arnav's mind over Shyam's actions.

Now following the above points, if ASR had his blinker ON toward Shyam all this time then he's the ASR he always has been! Shyam thinks he has a hold over ASR, but what is unknown to him is that ASR is keeping tabs over Shyam himself.

Additionally, my current findings simply makes the 8th paragraph in this post void. This one:
Shyam's words too have had a great impact on making ASR see only what Shyam wanted him to see.Once ASR questions Shyam's words, once he removes those blinkers and sees Shyam for what he truly is, once he finds loopholes in Shyam's actions and words, and when he comes to know how low Shyam can stoop too - his clever, sharp mind will sabotage each of Shyam's plans. -- This point is now void because ASR had already started questioning Shyam's words after the red roses incident. His blinkers toward Shyam had been fixed firmly at that time, ASR's plan of taking down Shyam had started right then, and even now ASR's blinkers are fixed on ahead toward getting to the kidnapper's identity and the reason behind it, even while he has not lost sight of his original target - Shyam.

Another kick in the rear for me was when I remembered that I had suspected ASR's moves earlier in my IP Redux: Mousetrap post, extract given below:

I still don't completely buy ASR's mode of throwing Khushi's truth aside (I'm half and half over my above explanation and the following para). You are a very shrewd person Arnav. You play it close to your chest. You are practical, sharp and cautious. Which is what makes me wonder if all this 'discarding Khushi's truth' is a move from your side?

Throwing Khushi off the track so that you can see how things unfold at RM?
If you had accepted her truth, the equation between the two of you would have changed, Shyam would certainly have noticed it, and then you wouldn't have much control over Shyam. But this way, by keeping Khushi in the dark (or in the shadows, whichever you prefer), Shyam will be pushed to reveal his true character in some silly way, thereby giving you an upper hand over him, plus you get to keep a check over him. (@Readers: mind you, this is just a rough thought circling my mind).

So you see, ASR was quietly noting down everything happening without letting anyone catch on to him. His blinker was focussed on Shyam and still is - how interesting!

Hence therefore, based on the above new realizations, we can conclude that:

ASR's blinker towards Shyam was ON after the red roses incident, even while his blinker was OFF towards the terrace scene!

I think I'll have to keep revising my own past posts so as to remember what I wrote where! Anyway, seems like my 'hunch' about ASR's moves then are true after all.

Now that was about ASR's blinker being on toward Shyam. What about his blinker being off toward the terrace scene?

The terrace was set for Arnav letting his feelings for Khushi being known to her. However, he got a severe shock on seeing Shyam and Khushi together. The scene was so strong that it imprinted itself in his mind, and with Shyam's false, cunning tales about him and Khushi, Arnav let in all the distractions, all the confusion, all the misunderstandings - all because he didn't have his blinkers on.

I am confused though, somewhere along the way Arnav seems to have got his priorities right. At first I had thought that his 'Khushi, I love you' was part-ASR and part-Arnav speaking, but when he asked her how she knew he was in trouble, I saw that he actually did mean it from his heart. As far as I know ASR/Arnav, he will let out his emotions only to people he really values and knows is genuine.

Remember him telling Garimaji and Buaji about why he is unable to call anyone else as 'Mother'? Do you know why he told them that so honestly? It's because he knew that Garimaji and Buaji are genuine, pure at heart and understanding. Nothing else would have made him speak out his true feelings like that.

So now, obviously he knows that Khushi is innocent, genuine and pure. Deep in his heart he has always known this, and believed her. It is his mind however that has to believe her and know that she is innocent. The lover in him is seeing Khushi with the Blinkers on, Shyam's lies, deceit and falsehoods about Khushi are not interfering with Arnav the lover's vision of Khushi.

But how about the vision of Khushi from ASR's view? After the 'bridge' scene, where Khushi laid out all the truth about Shyam to ASR/Arnav, the 'terrace' scene stopped appearing in his mind. Why?
There is something I am missing here, I don't know what. Again, as far as I know ASR, her words may have made a mark on Arnav the lover, but ASR will need more than that to believe her totally. I suppose the BIG confrontation between ASR-Shyam-Khushi is what will finally close the chapter of misunderstanding for ASR.

My gawd DB!! Your titles and quotes are just like the hints, metaphors and symbolisms in the episodes!! 😛 Itna zyaada toh main life mein kabhi bhi nahin sochti hoon! 😉 Thank you though! Through these mental exercises, at least I get to see kitni bhulakkad hoon, aur kitne mere hunch sahi nikal aate hai, and how near the mark I hit - thoda kam hai, lekin dheere dheere I'll get better under yours and Tants teachings! 😊

Moving on to my thoughts on the episode:

KHUSHI AND ARNAV = EQUALS

Watching today's episode I found another factor that binds Arnav-Khushi, besides love. No, not Rabba Ve, and surely not them sensing each other's presence, but the attitude of 'Never give up'.

These two truly have a spirit of 'Never say Die'! Each one keeps going on despite the odds, the risks, the dangers, the pain and the torture.

Arnav after being kidnapped and tied to a chair for seven days, cuts the rope and breaks free. He is captured once again, but attempts to find his way through the obstacles blindfolded, kicks at the door, and attacks his captors - all the while giving his best shots at getting himself out of the dark situation.

Khushi meanwhile has been a victim of a hard hit on her head by the kidnapper. She is captured and put in the neighboring cell where Arnav is held captive. With his help, they escape, but not for long as the goondas find Arnav and take him away, while Khushi is saved after, ahem, another thwack on the head by Arnav. This however doesn't deter her from pursuing her action of finding Arnav again. The high level of danger and risk staring at her fails to make her tremble, her love for Arnav is stronger than the fear of death threats and she is leaving no stones unturned to get him out safely.

Such equals at every step of the way! Both have been imbibing each other's qualities. Khushi has developed a fast-track mind, though ASR's practicality is lacking in her, but that's good, since her true nature is emotional, not totally practical, and anyway her current partner Maamiji is practical enough like ASR. While ASR, is tuning in to his heart now, but not letting emotions over-rule him totally.

They have an EQUAL amount of the right qualities of each other within them now! Quite an interesting combination! 😉

HINTS

Seems like I've already taken up enough space here, so will do it point wise and concisely. Here goes:

1. Red chilly powder: DB taught us that red chilli is associated with Khushi. Red chilli is the flavour given to the rest, and it also wards off evil influences. At this point all I can think of is that evil is not going to last for long. The end to the misunderstanding is almost near, and Shyam's greed, vanity and ego are going to be blinded and thwarted by both ASR and Khushi. The last few times we saw the occurrence of red chilli was at Preethika's wedding peparations where Arnav was sneezing with the red chillies being fried by Khushi, and then when Arnav tells her the truth of seeing her on the terrace with Shyam - there are red chillies spread out there.

2. Arnav making his way blindfolded: This was quite evident to almost anyone familiar with the storyline. ASR's mind was for so long blinded by the terrace scene which clouded his vision more when his faith, love and belief were left shattered by Shyam and Khushi. However, he didn't give up, he has been banging away at the door of truth ever since then. He first eliminates the obstacles in his path, clears a way, and makes a way to the door. This is just like ASR who has been working so long, chiselling away at Shyam's insecurities and removing Shyam's comfort and value. He has been making his way toward the truth all this time.

3. Teda ko seedha karna: Okay, like I've said before, I get 3-5 interpretations/theories per hint. Normally I just write down which seems the most apt. Today I have two vying for this position, so One: The teda-meda mess is going to clear out (like we didn't know that!) and Two: Shyam being straightened out for his misdeeds. (What, you thought I'll say about ASR, did you?)
😉

The rest of the hints were a bit tricky... not sure about the following:

4. Dariyaganj: As far as I can see, it is something to do with Arnav, since Dariya = Ocean, and Arnav's name means Ocean. Khushi, Maami, Arnav and the kidnappers are all at Dariyaganj. It's a hint of sorts toward the future - will all of them face each other once again?

5. Arnav's "Nahin Khushi tumhe yaha nahin hona chahiye...": Seems like Khushi and Arnav will separate in future for some time, there will be some kind of danger involved that will make Arnav keep her at a distance so that no harm comes her way.

There were more, but I couldn't reach any satisfactory conclusion regarding them, so will skip them and write them once I get a clear idea of them. Didn't get into the blindfold hint as it was clear to everyone, and I had anyway written about it in the above few paras.

Really sorry for the long post - weekend tha na, so got a bit carried away, didn't realize until now! 😊 Besides that, Barun Sobti is amazing with his eyes, and on Friday, he was amazing even with his eyes covered! Brilliant actor! Sanaya and Utkarshaji have been fabulous since the past few weeks! 👏

Chalo, ho gaya mera! 😃 Hope you had a great weekend, and wish you a pleasant week ahead!

Cheers,

Nia

For Arnav
If a man have patience, why should he need armour? But if he have anger in his heart, what other enemy need he fear? If he have knowledge, why should he need fire to consume evil ? If he lives among evil-disposed people, why need he be afraid of serpents ?
~ Bhartrihari

For Shyam
If he possess perfect wisdom, why should he strive for wealth? If he be modest, why should he require ornaments? If the muses are his friends, why should he need a kingdom ?
~ Bhartrihari

Mami ne dikhayi achi soojh boojh, ankhon mein di hai laal mirch jhok|
Bure kiye ka bura hoga phal, kabhi milega sood to kabhi asal!

The presence of mind of Mami worked as she blinds the guy with red chili
What goes around comes around since the guy has done wrong he'll so receive it...it will be with interest!

Mami ki samajhdaari ne bachayi dono ki jaan, Khushi isse nahin anjaan|
Karna chahti hai woh dhanyvaad,
Mami kahen aansoon ki na lagao tum barsaat|
Yeh vaqt nahin gavaane ka, samay hai Arnav ko dhoondhne ka|

Mami saved both their lives with quick thinking... Khushi has realized it
She expresses her gratitude...with eyes filled with tears
Mami suggests it not the time for showing gratitude, let's get back to the task of searching Arnav!

Ek kone se jo hai dikhta,
kya usse us apaharnkarta ko pehchaana hai ja sakta?
Bas mili hai choti si jhalak, kya dekh payenge uski shaql|

They can see the kidnapper partially...can they identify him with what they have seen?
This time it's just a glimpse... will they be able to see his face?

Ankhon par jo parda pada, raat ke saye mein jo hai 'Shakhs' khada|
Dono se hoga parda faash, sun payega apne rooh ki aawaaz!
Raat ab dhal chuki hai, bas intezaar hai kab hoga savera...

His eyes are covered with cloth ...his mind is clouded with false accusations & doubts... there is a guy standing in the dark.
Everything will become crystal clear... he will soon hear voice of his soul.
Night has come to an end...we just have to wait for the sun to rise...to welcome the morning, the first ray of light!

Gusse se nahin...lena hoga akal se kaam,
Tabhi arnav jaan payega kaun hai yeh insaan|
Sabak sikhane ke aur bhi aayenge mauke,
Pehle janana honge is shaks ke iraade...

Anger will not work, he'll have use his brain, then only he will be able to know the perpetrator. There will be time to teach him lesson...first the need is to know his intentions.

Right now what I missed yesterday to mention or comment!
Pam and Nia you both have elborately explained about Mami, the devil's advocate...here's what I liked
Pam loved your post on Mami and importance of her role in near future...
Interesting finding about Clockwise Direction. Thanks for sharing Nia!
Aptly said about Khushi, Kopal...she is unstopable in her quest for Arnav...even if it means sacrificing her own life. Lovely quote and explanation on both sisters; & muhavara Ankhon mein dhool Jhonkana!
Appu Lage raho :) Selective spoiler abhiyaan!
Supna
Andaaz-e bayan jo kiya hai aapne, IPK se lagaav jo kiya hai aapne...
Is safar mein jo aayein hain padaav, hum sab dekh rahein hain woh badlaav!
Din ab hota hai jis par shuru, shaam bhi wahin aake dhalti hai...kya karun😆?
Jhalak👏
Nishabd raha jaate hai hum sabhi, Har baar aapki roshni dekh kar,
Bin aapke ye sama to hoga magar itna sunhara nahi...
Ujala hai yahan to ek lau abhi legi izaazat, us rohni ki abhi meri jindagi ko hai jaroorat!
Samay ka kya hai ankh moondate hi nikal jayega...
Main phir mil jaaongi aap sab se ek naye mode par
Phir milke taye karenge woh suhana sunahara safar!
Thanks Jhalak U write well take over my responsibility too ...while I take a break 😊

UPDATED

"jaane jaan dhoondhti phir rahi,
hoon tujhe raat din
main yahaan se wahaan..
Mujhko awaaz do,
kho gaye ho sanam
tum kahaan.."

This is the song that came to mind after seeing Khushi searching for her "JAAN" restlessly and without taking a break.. Running here and there in his search.. But mostly Because of the vocal connection..
The minute they say the name. the other feels it... Things have definitely changed.. They just need to call the name, and "banda/bandi haazir hai"..😉

"BLINKERS"
By now we all know what are blinkers... what is the purpose of blinkers..
Blinkers in short can be related to the "TUNNEL VISION" a person has..
Having that sort of vision can be good or bad.. In most of the situations putting blinkers on is not really good.. Why??

Because it blocks all the peripheral vision.. So you are unable to see things in broader perspective.. But in some situations it is good.. Like currently if we put ourselves is ASR's shoes... He has been so far looking and evaluating everything except giving importance to his feelings and the hurt he caused to the girl he loved.. Now he needs to focus on his happiness... and he will never be happy till he makes Khushi his, completely and without a shadow of doubt in his mind.. and his Di safe from the Cheater..

"BLINDFOLD"
Why is blindfold fighting considered an art?? because it is not only tough, but also you have to depend on your other senses to protect yourself and defeat your opponent..
So after a lot of thinking about the reason as to what was the need to show him blindfold after he has already seen their faces.. I thought..

It is a message to us.. or a clue to us.. That though the terrace seen had blind folded him.. but eventually with time, and combined with the holi confession, ASR's other senses were strong.. he started to rely on them.. And when he relied on them to help him.. he was able to see things clearly.. The way he was able to throw perfect targets yesterday..
His determination yesterday proved that no matter what he will get to the bottom of this and free himself, Khushi and Anjali from the Snake's clutches..

The blindfold fell. When do we remove blindfold? Once the battle is over.. He no longer needed the blindfold, because he no longer needed to rely on his other senses... Whatever WAR that was raging between his heart and mind has been won by both.. He now knows the truth and he will use what he learnt to get happiness..

Things I loved:
MAMI.. loved the way she defended Khushi by throwing the chilli powder.. and how she beat the tattoo guy with spoon because he hurt Arnav..

Mami-Khushi hug.. Simply Adorable..

Barun's fighting.. No words..

Things I hated:
They knocked Arnie down.. 😭
The Precap... I need something to remove that vision from my brain.. Its imprinted there..

Love

Kopal 😊

While watching today's episode a dialogue from an old hindi movie"Hero Hiralal" kept ringing in my ears"phata poster nikla hero". In true grandiose Arnav Singh Raizada rose as a phoenix from the ashes to give a spirited fight to his captors...a worthy tribute to the macho heroes of Bollywood..a well executed cliche and my appreciation to the team at PH for the same 👏👏👏

A blind folded hero fighting off goons, overcoming the disadvantage of his blinkers by trusting his instincts- his sixth sense...His blinkers are no more his inhibitors he has learnt to see past them. They come off him duly when he is being taken away unconscious, unaware when this change happened. The result is what needs to be pondered upon more rather than the journey.

During a race blinkers are put on horses so that they do not loose focus from their goal.

His better half Khushi in her search for him has put her blinkers on. She does not want to be distracted from her goal to rescue Arnav. She has thrown caution to the winds, shelved her better judgement and is in sole pursuit of her love-Arnavji. Thankfully she has her guardian angel Mamiji to look out for her. She is an able jockey who will guide this spirited young girl to reach her destination successfully. Mamorama's presence of mind saves the day as the duo successfully manage to get away from the kidnapper. Interestingly Mamiji uses chilli powder to blind the bad guy.Chilli is a spice which adds flavor and aroma to any dish like Khushi adds colour and vigor in the lives she touches. If need arises chillies can be used as a weapon. Is it an indication that Khushi will use herself as the bait to bring about the downfall of Shyam in the future?

Manorama Singh Raizada who loves wearing glares interestingly also had a blinkered vision about class distinction. Coming from a humble background and not being too fond of it she spent her efforts in trying to to hob nob with the Richie Rich section of her society. Today she has put aside her blinkers and is helping Khushi rescue her nephew giving us a glimpse of Manorama who had lost her real essence behind the title of "Singh Raizada"

ShyamManohar Jha, the evil one gave us his silhouette appearance today... I loved the play of light and shadow surrounding him. It gave a feeling that he is indeed treading on an edgy ground which might shed light on his misdeed at any moment. The effect of building the menacing aura of the villain to contrast with the larger than life hero was nicely done...👍🏼 The momentum for the much anticipated clash of the arch rivals has me very excited.

Today morning during the chatting sessions a chance conversation about scriptures between iritz and redwine got me thinking on the various shades of our villain.
Like we have dasa avatars in mythology similarly we have the various shades of evilness being depicted by our villain Shyam .Lust, Greed, Murderous intention,Deceit. At times there is difficulty in weaving and staying true to so many facets of a larger than life character but it is a fun watch nevertheless and I would like to leave it at that sometimes.😳

The number game was highlighted again with dialogues which were pointers of the future events... I leave that to be opened and deciphered by the experts at Redux who do it best.
